Term Limits and the Debate as to whether the US should pass a constitutional amendment that limits the age that a person can run for congress is alive and well after several recent outbursts (or lack thereof lol) from Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky during press conferences in which he obviously experienced some sort of cognititve or nueral episode (In my opinion he appeared to have seizures in both). But the conversation hasnt been limited to Senator McConnell as others, namely POTUS Joe Biden, Senator Dianne Feinstein from California, and Senator John Fetterman from Pennsylvania have all had their own share of "cognitive events" ranging from freezing up to forgetting that they were on planet earth.
