Casper Caldarola is the founder of the New York based, non-profit, Pollyanna, an organization designed to support the schools that have made a commitment to building a more inclusive school community through multi-constituent conference models, workshops, community assessments and racial literacy curriculum. She joins me today to talk about why this work is so important to both her and our communities, the mission she has set out to achieve, and the things she's doing in her personal and professional life to help foster creativity and productivity.
