Kyra is an author, speaker, and self-empathy teacher. Her first book, “The Dictionary of Limiting Beliefs: Transforming your inner narrative to manifest a wholehearted life,” launched in June of this year and has quickly been adopted by spiritual seekers, coaches, and therapists as a transformational personal development tool. Kyra lives in a cabin in the woods of Muskoka, Canada, with her husband and daughter.
