Flourish Coworking Space in Westchester, PA is a hub for community building and empowering female entrepreneurs. However, it does not exist today without a history of struggles. In today’s episode of We Grow Together, Laura DiFrancesco discusses the journey of opening and sustaining Flourish through a time of uncertainty. The business opened in March 2020, the beginning of the global Covid-19 pandemic. For a space that operates by people visiting in-person, Flourish was hit hard by the quarantine and the lingering fear that followed the shut-down. Despite the pandemic and Laura’s other personal obstacles, she still values the business to this day. Laura shares her love for Flourish, an idea that was conceived during her days in law school, and discusses what the future may hold for the business.
