RHOP-Polo, Potlucks & Possible Evictions

Podcast Summary – RHOP S10 E12: “Lease Is Up, Giddy Up”

The episode kicks off at Tia’s house as the ladies gather for a polo match outing, complete with a party bus and a crowd of Tia’s colleagues and clients from Childers Sotheby’s. Giselle makes it clear she’s there for champagne and food—not horses—while the group jokes, sings together, and awkwardly stomps divots (with Wendy loudly opting out due to literal “shit on the field”). Conversations turn tense as questions about Stacey’s loyalty, weddings, and friendships resurface.

The tone shifts dramatically when Angel is shown packing up just 18 hours later, revealing she and Bobby must unexpectedly leave their rented home due to a lease mix-up. Confusion swirls around whether Angel is moving back to Colorado temporarily, being double-booked, or flat-out evicted—fueling gossip among the group. Giselle and Ashley openly shade Angel’s situation, while Tia urges compassion.

Meanwhile, Wendy balances family time, a blown renovation budget, and planning her Fourth of July “Potomac & Ponies” potluck with Giselle. Stacey and Kiarna attempt to clear the air over past accusations, safety concerns, and rumors, agreeing to move forward more directly.

At the Potomac & Ponies party, dishes (and shade) are served—Popeyes chicken, catfish, mac & cheese, jollof rice, and Stacey’s “world-class” potato salad. Stacey shocks the group by arriving with her husband Thiemo, while Angel and Bobby arrive late, reigniting questions about her housing situation. The episode ends on a confrontational note as Wendy bluntly states what everyone’s been whispering: people are saying Angel was evicted.
