Karim Kerachni is a serial entrepreneur, real estate franchise developer, and adventurous globe trotter. He was born in Canada with Algerian parents, grew up in France, lived in Kuwait, and is currently spending a year in Malaysia. Karim is passionate about being an entrepreneur, launching and growing businesses, and exploring the world while he’s doing it. His motto is “Work to live, don’t live to work.”
With 13+ years experience in Sales and Management across North America and France in his early career, Karim found his true calling in launching new ventures, creating systems and processes, and business development at large. Karim defines himself as an entrepreneur more than a business owner: once the business is up and running, he’s ready to move on to the next adventure!
Karim started a residential and commercial cleaning company called Steamates in Nova Scotia which afforded him the time to focus on his next journey, doing franchise development in Massachusetts for PropertyGuys.com, the largest private home sale network in North America. Karim shares about his story, how he's able to be successful while being on the other side of the world, and how he plans to grow in the future.
