Gerardo strongly believes that instead of starting a business, one should buy an existing one and not start it from scratch. In this way, you will be having an existing business where you can learn and implement systems, processes, and servant leadership.
Therefore, learning the right way to start a restaurant business (or almost any other brick & mortar business) by understanding how not to do it and why.
