Reflection on Last Week’s Habit:

What I Learned from Saying No More Often

Last week, I focused on setting boundaries and turning down projects that weren’t the right fit. A structured schedule and focus week made it easier to say no without guilt, leading to extra time for long-overdue business updates. Revamping my intake process was a major breakthrough, helping me better filter inquiries before they reach my inbox. Moving forward, I plan to be more intentional about protecting my work hours and refining my business processes.
