(00:00):
Hello and welcome back to theWedding Atelier podcast.

(00:03):
I am so excited for this episodeas I'm excited for every one of
'em, but it is the first week ofschool.
I'm recording this in real time, and it just feels like a breath
of fresh air.
It is fall outside.
It's pretty, pretty chilly.
I think we're looking at the 50degrees.
We're looking at sometimes less.
Fall is here and winter's on theway.

(00:25):
So this is that time of yearwhere I get out my crockpot.
I think about making a pumpkinspice cake roast soups, like I'm
in soup season, full throttleright now.
And I just wanted to have acasual conversation about
Wedding Atelier because that isthe name of the podcast.
That is the name of this programthat I have been launching for

(00:46):
the past three years.
It'll be going on four yearsnext year, which is crazy.
The first time I launched thisprogram was January 31st, and to
see the wins that have happenedfrom this program to see how it
has grown and flourished, if Imay, and just I don't know,

(01:07):
developed its own path, its ownpersonality.
I'm just, this always happens infall, but I always just get so
quiet and slow and just likelistening and understanding.
What needs to be changed?
What needs to be shifted around?
And that's what I wanna talk toyou guys about today because
this program has gone through somuch.
And I'm gonna actually make apost about how wedding Atelier

(01:28):
came to be so you guys canfollow my journey.
It was wedding CEO.
Now it's wedding atelier.
We love trademarks, we love atrademark lawyer, and that cease
desist letter will not come tome, that is for sure, will not
come to me.
So I own the name.
It is mine.
But anyway, I just was thinkingabout like how it came to be so,
oh my gosh the beginning.

(01:49):
So when I first launched this, Iwas like, oh yeah, let me do
like a four month group program,we were just going through the
whole business blueprinttogether every week.
They made a half a milliondollars within the first year of
this program, and originally itwas four months and then
everybody wanted to renew.
And so we extended the programfrom four months to six months

(02:11):
to a year.
So now you get me for a year, and they made a half a million
dollars in a year.
And I was able to have atracking system where they could
submit their wins.
And there's a lot of wins thatwe haven't collected because I
didn't even get the trackingsystem till the end of fall that
year.
So who knows?
They probably made a million.
I don't know.
Point being is, it has justgrown.

(02:32):
We are like a couple thousandwins away from$3 million.
3,000,003 years was my goal.
And I am like smiling from earto ear because I'm just like, I
can't believe like we almost didit and I'm gonna yell at all my
students if you're listeningright now to submit your win so
that it's completely accurate, but it is just, it's the most

(02:55):
fulfilling thing in the world.
It's why I created this program.
That's why I started this.
Yes, I love helping people, butman.
To really be able to help andempower people to be confident
in their business, in theirprices, in their artistry, and
not attaching their artistry totheir worth, which is what a lot
of us do, and that's why wenever succeed in business.

(03:17):
It has changed my life almost asmuch as it's changed theirs.
Every when they post.
I do a happy dance no matterwhere I am.
I could be at the ice creamstore with my kids.
I could be washing dishes forcrying out loud, and I just get,
I still get so excited thatfeeling will never go away.
And I'm sorry that I'm just soyippy yapping about this offer,
but obviously I'm in love withit.
I'm in love for thetransformation it provides.

(03:38):
I'm in love.
With something that I wish I hadwhen I was charging three K for
three years, like why did I notraise my prices?
Why?
Why was I so scared that I wasgonna break my business?
It's just crazy how you can getso stuck in the hustle loop that
you're just like, okay, lemmejust do this, lemme do that.
And a lot of people havemessaged me on the side saying,

(03:58):
Hey, like your podcast hashelped me raise my prices.
I've raised them.
Thank you so much for the freeinformation you give.
And I'm so glad that thispodcast is that helpful, that
people are taking action andthey are raising their prices
like that.
I just love to give if you can'ttell.
Even though my love language iswords of affirmation and gift
giving, I love, love, lovegiving myself.

(04:20):
So anyway, back to WeddingAtelier.
What is included in thisprogram?
We are launching this program onSeptember 23rd, but if you're on
the wait list on Monday, you geta 24 hour early bird bonus.
And I'm not gonna say what it isbecause you have to be on the
wait list.

(04:40):
But if you're on the wait listfor this program, for the
masterclass, you are RSVP'd.
You have the opportunity onMonday to snag this 24 hour
bonus before the class starts.
Before my masterclass on how tobook 10 k weddings start and
yeah, you're not gonna wannamiss it.
I have been coming up with somefun goodies and just little
things to get you guys excitedas well, but also get you

(05:02):
results as fast as possible.
I've had students literally justfrom the one-on-one intensive
bonus, get their result on thatcall Many of the student case
studies and interviews that youhear was from the one-on-one
intensive.
They were the first come, firstserve, got the bonus.
We mapped it out on a call.

(05:22):
I gave them the prices that Ithink would work best, and then
they booked the couples.
it could be that simple.
It could be that easy.
Sometimes just like you needsomeone to tell you to just do
this, try it, and if not, we'llgo back to the drawing board.
we'll figure it out.
Don't take business soseriously.
It's not that serious.
It's fun.
It can be fun if you make itfun.
If you make it serious, then itis serious.

(05:42):
But the model of myself, myprogram, my offerings, we're
seriously unserious.
We're serious about business, unserious about everything else.
We will laugh on the calls.
We will laugh in the chat, laughat each other, laugh at
ourselves, and then keep itmoving.
Because you gotta work on yourmindset to be in a place where
it's just not that serious.
If something doesn't goaccording to plan.

(06:03):
Okay, let's try again.
Okay.
That's what I tell my son.
Try again.
He gets so frustrated'cause hecan't tie his shoes.
Do you wanna just try to tieyour shoes?
You wanna try to make the bunnyloop?
And then pull it around insteadof being like, ah, I just can't
tie my shoes.
Or Ah, I can't make six figures.
I can't book my highest package.
I can't raise my prices.
Okay what are the things that wecan do?

(06:24):
What are we in control of?
Although surprise, you'reactually in control, especially
because you are the businessowner Okay, a couple of things.
Get on that wait list.
You want that early bonus.
And that's all I'm gonna say.
And if you just wanna RSVP forthe masterclass, definitely
come.
You wanna see what it looks liketo charge 10 K for weddings?

(06:46):
You wanna know what thatlifestyle is like?
I know you do.
'cause that's, hopefully, that'swhy you listen to this podcast.
You want more out of life.
You're not okay with being inthe same place this year that
you were last year.
And if.
This resonates with you at all?
That was me.
Okay.
That is my biggest fear is to bein the same place every single
year.
Literally, time is flying by andI'm not moving forward.

(07:08):
And we don't want that for you.
So that's why we have a wholemodule dedicated to mindset.
The amount of pep talks that arein the artist to CEO mindset
module are gonna blow your mind.
You're gonna be called out inthe best way because I love you.
I'm gonna tell you the truth.
Okay.
I'm the girl who, if you havebroccoli in your teeth, I'm just
gonna rub it and we're good.
We're good.

(07:28):
We're gonna move on.
Okay.
We don't need to embarrass you,we're just gonna call it out and
we're gonna move it forward.
Okay.
So I keep chasing a squirrel'cause I don't have notes in
front of me.
All of my apologies, everybody.
But if you just wanna have itchit chat with me.
I did warn you that we're justchatting.
This is casual, this is cool.
This is me without bulletpoints.

(07:50):
So anyway, as I mentioned, probably long time ago, before
the summer, we have a rebrandstudio.
So we give you literally theentire transformation of your
whole business in one program.
We have a rebrand studio, wehave a copywriter in house.
She was my wedding copywriterfor my rebrand that helped me
charge 10 K.

(08:11):
She doesn't even offercopywriting anymore, but she'll
do it for me'cause she loves meand yeah, and we were friends in
real life actually.
So her being your guys'exclusive wedding copywriter,
the way that she writes wordsand doesn't use the same jargon
that everybody else sees, and ifyou don't even hire her, she
gives a copy masterclass in thecourse.

(08:32):
So you get so, so much supportif you're like, okay, I knew I
wanna raise my prices.
I'm in the right mindset.
I'm here.
Like I'm ready for this.
Then we have the rebrand studio.
You can join the program, getthe support from me, the
reviews, the community, thecalls, and then also boom,
schedule your rebrand with usand you're good to go.
You are good to go and you'll beoff well before 12 months.

(08:55):
But as you grow and scale inyour business, you still have 12
months of support, which isprobably one of the most
important things is while I lovea quick and snappy program, it
does get you results.
It does get you going, but onceyou get to a place where you're
like, now what do I do now?
Where do I go?
We give you the extra months ofsupport in that way.
Now you can get wins in sevendays.

(09:18):
30 days and 90 days, most of ourstudents get double or triple.
Most of our clients double ortriple their prices within the
first 90 days.
So that is a non-negotiable.
That is something that willhappen.
It is the first few modules ofthis program.
And then from there we're gonnatweak the sales psychology
process and how you like to selldifferent ways you can sell, how

(09:38):
to get a cash injection, how tosell on Instagram without being
salesy.
It's more storytelling.
It's more fun.
one of the biggest values of meand I probably need to remap out
my own artist story is like.
My biggest value is makingbusiness fun.
Okay.
Making, creating fun, I feellike.
In the sea of entrepreneurshipand the sea of everybody

(09:59):
launching and selling andgrowing their business, it can
get monotonous.
And I just don't like to do thesame thing all the time.
I like a little bit of variety.
I like to be on my toes, and sowe want you to build a business
that you love and loves youback.
Okay?
That actually lights you up.
I don't want you to build aprison cell, but then you're

(10:20):
making so much money.
And you debate on burning thewhole thing to the ground like
that is not what we want.
And so we teach you just how tobe your own boss.
We give you the tools, we giveyou the strategies, and you can
do whatever you want with them.
And I feel like that's one ofthe coolest things that I
provide as a left hand creativeis that I like to do things out
of the box.

(10:41):
I like to do things differentlyand I want the same thing for my
students.
They come up with such amazingideas, like my alumni that have
been in here for 12 months oreven longer, they have come up
with their own sales plans, their own ideas, their own ways
of creating a business.
And I'll have them teach amasterclass being like, Hey,
this person was right whereyou're at, but now this is what

(11:02):
they're doing.
This is this kind of things thatthey're playing with and they're
becoming an artist, and I feellike at our core, as a
photographer, we are artists, but we get so caught up in the
business because it is 80%business and 20% artistry, if
not even less.
And so I want there to be a goodbalance of this artist to CEO

(11:22):
dance where you can put on theCEO hat, but then take it off
and go back to being an artistand having a flow and having a
balance and knowing when to puteach hat on.
One of my favorite concepts thatI have created from my
left-handed brain was the artiststory.
And it's pretty much just whyyou do what you do, how you do
it, and how you are the onlyperson who can do it.

(11:45):
And that's gonna weed out theprice shopping.
The budget couples, thehaggling, because when you value
your work and you know who youare, they're gonna value what
you have to offer.
And that's gonna be thedifferentiating factor that
allows you to double yourprices, triple your prices,
until you're in 10 K, and you'renot even looking back because

(12:05):
you have built the demand foryour specific business.
I don't wanna hear anythingabout the saturated market, Amy
Moore.
Okay.
If anything, it proves thatthere is more opportunity and
everybody wants this.
All you have to do is learn howto stand out and just be
yourself.
We're gonna help you uncoverthose truths.
We're gonna help you uncoveryour secret sauce, which we have
so many trainings that breakthat down and it's a lot closer

(12:29):
to you than you think.
Give yourself a little bit ofcredit.
You're awesome.
You made it this far, you'regonna be okay.
Now, if you could take anythingaway from this yapping podcast
episode as we're in fall, now isa really good time to map out
your next few months and figureout where you wanna be next

(12:50):
year.
I have a quarterly calendarbecause quarters is how I do
best.
If I'm gonna have a result, Ineed it over the next.
30, 60, 90 days, not just 30days.
I need some time to be able tomap out my thoughts and so we
have four months left of theyear.
Now is the time to start askingyourself, where do I wanna be
next year?
What do I wanna create?
What do I want to do, and how amI gonna get there?

(13:11):
What is it gonna take?
What mindset block do I need toovercome so I can take that
action?
I feel like if you're alwaysthinking and never doing that is
a form of procrastination.
Just like they say, if you'reconstantly consuming and never
taking action, it'sprocrastination.
And once we open the doors tothis program you have access to
the plan like a millionaire CEO,12 month plan to reach your

(13:35):
highest goals, and it will helpyou stay on track for sure.
In December, We're gonna do itlive.
We're gonna plan your year.
We're gonna talk about ourgoals.
We're gonna talk about how we'regonna get there.
We're gonna lay it all out inthis millionaire plan.
And I have been doing this, ohmy gosh, over a decade.
when I first got started inphotography, there was this

(13:56):
thing called a business plan, and I, read the blog post from
2004.
That taught me how to map itout.
But then I was able to createsomething that actually was more
goal oriented, time blocked.
And also mapping out how I'mgonna do it and then balance my
life too, because I'm a mother.
My business took off when I wasa mother to a newborn, and then

(14:17):
my daughter was in preschool, but my son was born.
I feel like every time I had a.
Baby.
My business exploded.
It was crazy.
And so this is motherhood proof, life proof.
It's just a brain dump, sothat'll be fun too.
We'll work on mapping out yourideas.
You still have so much time.
Couples are booking last minuteeven more.
Last minute than normal.
I had one of my students say shebooked a wedding a couple weeks

(14:39):
before their wedding.
Do you wanna book couples lastminute at your low prices, or do
you wanna have a pricing planwhere you're like, actually, I
just raised them.
I just raised them and I'm readyfor a last minute wedding.
That's the kind of strategy andgoals I want you to have.
And after working with me,you're gonna be become so

(14:59):
confident in your CEO ability.
You'll be surprised at yourself.
You'll be like, I don't evenunderstand how I live my life
running my business Just like anartist.
Without having CEO knowledge andstructures and strategies You'll
be able to pull anything out ofyour hat.
You'll know how to structure, you'll know how to sell, and
you'll be able to market andmake it fun again.

(15:19):
If you haven't watched my,what's working right now on
Instagram Masterclass.
Go to my Instagram bio to mylinks page.
You can go ahead and watch that.
That was a free training we didin Wedding Atelier, how
Instagram has changed, andeither you can hop on board or
get left behind.
If you wanna get in on this, ifyou wanna get visibility, if you

(15:39):
wanna create again and have fun, instead of just dancing on reels
and hoping something sticks, there are other ways of creating
content that is fun.
So anyway, thank you forlistening to this episode.
I know it was a little lastminute, a little casual, but
this is what it's like when wehop on a one-on-one call
together.
This is what you get.
It's me.
The last call, RSVP, get on thewait list and I'm gonna be

(16:03):
sending you emails about thekind of transformations we
provide in Wedding Atelier, answering the kind of questions
that you might have about theprogram.
So join the list.
And I will chat with you inemail.
If you have any questions, feelfree to DM me.
Feel free to reply back to theemails and I will see you guys
in the next episode.
Bye.
