This week we talk with the Music Maestro himself Lincoln Noel, that's Noel as in the first, not Noel as in Gallagher.
Lincoln has had a 42-year career in the wedding industry and if you look at his photo you may think how is that possible he doesn't look old enough. Well my friends to us regular folk he isn't but this guy started working weddings at the ripe ol'age of 13 years old! That's right not even out of senior school.
Lincoln's passion for music started in infancy and he has never looked back. Having his focus so clear from day one has lead to an amazing career working in, TV, Theater, on the concert stage and for many wonderful couples across the decades.
In this interview, Lincoln shares his Journey from, schoolboy church organ player to the Maestro Master of Ceremonies he is today. He even played at our very own Northamptonian Jo Whiley's wedding back in 1991.
When asked what advice he had for newbies starting out in the wedding business his advice was advice for us all. Remember you are part of a collage, check your ego at the door my friend a wedding is not the place for you to shine you are there to enhance the day of the couple. Take a listen for some great storytelling and advice.
