This week, the gals stay in Canada to discuss an unsolved true crime case that has baffled individuals for more than 40 years. The case is that of Gordon Sanderson, an indigenous man who was travelling from Edmonton to Calgary in the 70's to see his brother. Unfortunately, he was never seen again. Simultaneously, a body was found in a septic tank near Tofield. The connections of Gordon's disappearance and, "Septic Tank Sam" weren't made for years, but thanks to DNA samples and the use of forensic genealogy - a connection was made. Tune in and hear more about the case, and learn what questions still remain. Need a distraction? We got you. Alberta RCMP detectives are looking for anyone who may have known or spoken to Gordon Sanderson before his death, or who may have information regarding this homicide. Anyone with information should contact the Tofield RCMP Detachment at 780-662-3353, or their local police. Podcast promo: Reverie True Crime - check them out!
