A funny thing happened on our way to the podcast... we met Ed Matys. What else could we do but interview him. Come to find he was the creator, founder and president of New Mass. Media Inc. which published the Valley Advocate, Hartford Advocate, New Haven Advocate , Fairfield Advocate, and Syracuse New Times. He was co publisher of the New Orleans alternative newspaper, Figaro, and co founder of CitiBusiness. The list goes on! Like Nan, he also lives in New Orleans and Massachusetts. Suffice to say, there was plenty for Nan and Ed to talk about!
