This week we recorded this episode for us too, life has been so hectic and emotions have been all over the place, sometimes it’s hard to stay motivated when life just keeps happening, which is why we decided to talk about this, also to give you all our honest thoughts on how we also struggle with motivation, however, staying disciplined can be a bit easier, challenging still but easier, we show up for work daily, even when we don’t have the motivation but since it’s something we “HAVE” to do, we do it. Why not do that for ourselves too?
