International Women’s Day 2025 with Conscious Combat Club and Hana Assafiri

In the lead up to International Women's Day we chat with the founders of Conscious Combat Club, Georgia Verry and Penny McKay. This brilliant initiative facilitates trauma-informed kickboxing classes for women and gender-diverse people impacted by violence and other trauma.
