Today's conversation is based around Erikson's 8 stages of psychosocial development. Specifically, I share my reflections on these stages as I approach 30, with so much diversity around me in terms of 'life stage'.
I speak to the lost years of COVID19 and how this impacted those in their late 20s / early 30s, as well as the insecurity of making decisions differently to those around you.
I explore developmental psychology and the lessons we learn from infancy through childhood and adolescence into adulthood. What happens when miss those lessons? How do we move forward?
