2. Build “Presence Triggers” Into Your Day
a. Before every key conversation or meeting, reset and refocus.
b. Try This: Before you walk into a room, ask yourself: “Am I fully here, or am I somewhere else?” If the answer is “somewhere else,” take a deep breath and refocus.
3. Stop Rushing—Create Space Between Commitments
a. When meetings run back-to-back, you bring stress from the last one into the next.
b. Try This: Block 5 minutes between meetings to reset your mind. Leadership isn’t about speed—it’s about intentionality.
