My name is Pearl and I am hereto share with you a 15-minute
yoga nidra practice tostrengthen your self-love,
forgiveness and acceptance.
You are invited now to take acomfortable position, lying on
your back.
You may wish to do so on a cozycouch, a soft recliner or, more

traditionally, on a yoga mat.
You may consider using a pillowlike it prop, or perhaps a
bolster underneath your knees tomaintain a comfortable position
throughout your practice.
As your yoga nidra practicebegins to deepen, you may notice

that these props will no longerserve you.
Until then, please makeyourself comfortable with all
the support you need the raptus.
There will be moments ofcomfort and of discomfort.
Welcome all these sensations asa messenger and allow them to

move through you, acknowledgingtheir presence without judgment
or resistance.
Remember that during all statesof consciousness, the abundant
benefit of yoga nidra will bereceived and that throughout
this experience, there will bepauses for breath and reflection

throughout the journey.
Before we continue on Now,let's take three natural breaths
together Inhale through yournose.
Exhale side out of your mouth.
Inhale and exhale.
Breathe in and breathe outThroughout this practice.

Wherever there is a pause, letyour attention come back to your
natural breath.
There is no need to changeanything.
Yoga tells us that we areexactly where we're supposed to
be and exactly how we'resupposed to be.
So be as you are, whileremaining awake during this

practice is your choice.
I encourage you to explore thepower of conscious awareness as
you navigate the depths of thisexperience.
Trust that you are fullysupported by the Earth beneath
you, feel her gentle embracelike a cozy cocoon, grounding

and nurturing you with everybreath.
Allow yourself to sink deeperinto this sanctuary where warmth
and comfort abound.
Embrace this sacred space as arefuge of acceptance.
Release any expectations orself-judgment and simply be as

Breathe in, breathe out anddown, take a moment to settle

When you are ready, we shallembark on this sacred journey
together.
To begin, gently, bring yourattention to your breath and
observe the quality of yourbreath without judgment.
Resist the urge to change it inany way.

Notice is it short or deep,hired or soft, loud or quiet,
slow or sad.
Notice these things as a lovingobsession.
Yoga teaches us that we areexactly where we're supposed to

be and exactly who we'resupposed to be.
There is no other way Ourjourney begins.
Imagine yourself standing atthe edge of a mass and ancient
forest.
As you open your eyes in yourmind's eye, take in the

magnificent sight of toweringtrees stretching towards the
heavens.
Notice how the sunlight filtersthrough the dense foliage,
casting a gentle glow over theforest floor.
Feel a sense of pain andreverence for the wisdom and
strength held within these woods.

Now shift your attention toyour sense of touch.
Feel the coolness of the earthbeneath your feet, as if you
were standing on a carpet ofmoss and falling lead.
Sense the grounding energyrising up through the soles of

your feet, connecting you to thenurturing embrace of the earth.
Allow yourself to feelsupported, knowing that the
earth wields you in her lovingarm.
Bring your attention to yourbreath.

Become aware of the soft,whispering breath rushing
against your skin.
Feel the delicate caress as itrustles through the lead,

Let the breeze carry away anyresidual tension or negative,
leaving you feeling lighter andmore at peace In this tranquil
setting.
Let your sense of smell awake.

Allow the scent to envelop,awakening your intuition and
deepening your connection toyour inner wisdom.

Draw your attention to thesound that's around you.

These sounds are a reminder thatlife is ever slowing and you
are part of this beautifultapestry of existence.

Now turn your attention inward,wish luck on your journey and

Recognize that everything youdid was an act of survival

Visualize a warm, golden lightradiating from the core of the
earth, rising up and envelopingyou in its gentle embrace

any wounds.
As you bathe in this healinglight, allow forgiveness to flow
through you, washing away anyself-judgment.
Embrace yourself withcompassion behind them, knowing

Now imagine the serene, crystalclear stream flowing by.
Approach it and nail down,dipping your hands into the
water.
Feel its corners against yourskin.
Cop your hands, allowing thewater to collect within them.

Hold this one, infusing it withyour intention to forgive and
accept yourself unconditionally.
As you release the water backinto the stream, you should
merge with the current,symbolizing your willingness to
reach God and lose.

Take a few moments to bask inthe healing energy of
self-forgiveness and acceptance.
Allow this energy to permeateevery aspect of your being, from
deep within your soul all theway to the surface of your
