We need more women in the automotive industry, and although there is progress, we can always do better. And when we chatted with Lynn Calder, CEO and President at INEOS, we realized a theme in the automotive industry: there are so many avenues that drive us into this industry. And that we know more than we think or give ourselves credit for today.
But women, we must change our mindset and be our own biggest advocates. We are ready. Now.
