In honor of National Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Awareness month, the What Man panel looks to equip both those struggling with PTSD and those who may know someone who is with the tools and the truth needed to meet this global issue.
We look to encourage the church to be more open and supportive, and we look to encourage everyone to seek help and know that you are not alone, you are NEVER alone, and you are supported, you are loved, because you are worth it.
We are not doctors, so you will not find medical advice, but what you will find is scripture and experience. Experience in that some of the panel (to include the host) have and even at times continue to struggle with PTSD, but through help, through support, and through Christ, we can overcome.
