Today we wanted to talk about something that can change the course of your life if you let it. Discipline. The key to success is not being motivated, being the best, or being perfect. That's all a fucking lie so throw that idea tf away!!
If you haven’t listed to our last episode, go listen! We talked about manifestation and visualization, which is the first of two major key. This week’s episode gives you (or reminds you of) the second. You cant always rely on motivation but you can on discipline. When you don’t feel motivated which WILL HAPPEN (you’re only human, afterall) you have to know that you can always fall back on your discipline and routine. When you are consistent with your goals you build the foundation of trust within yourself. When you trust yourself you become more confident in your abilities to achieve anything you set out to achieve. Your limiting beliefs about yourself and others will diminish, and you will open your mind, heart, and life to the best possible opportunities and outcomes. You deserve it.
