(00:00):
Hey everyone, so I am very sorry.
(00:02):
Did not know this episode or this case would be so long, so we had to set it to cut this
episode in two parts.
We didn't know that at first, so if the last episode was kind of like weird, that's why
we're still here.
And here is episode 21.
Enjoy.
Woo!
Lita had one of the worst discoveries.
(00:41):
Lita was found wearing ski pants that were badly damaged by fire, and she was found wearing
two sweaters and no jacket or boots.
One foot was covered and wrapped in a sweater, assuming she had tried to keep her feet warm.
Searchers initially found her body face down in a stream of melting snow.
(01:02):
When the rescue team attempted to recover her body, they noticed something very terrifying.
Her eyes are missing.
To note, many suggest that this could be because of decaying.
I guess it is possible that eyes do decay quicker than the rest of the body might in
certain terms like that, but she had been found fully flashed all that such, but she
(01:25):
had no eyes, and on top of that, her tongue had been removed.
I don't know what to make of that.
Okay, now that I'm remembering this case, I do remember this was the part that like
stumped me.
It stumped me too.
Because...
Why was her tongue missing?
Because I get the eyes.
I mean, I was...
It was like face down, but also there would come with more damage to the face, not just
(01:52):
the eyes, I feel like.
But also, I feel like we also have to think about what happened in the events leading
up to that.
So let's say that one of her team members did...
Oh, we'll get to it.
Oh, we'll get to it.
Okay.
That's one of my ones too.
Oh my god.
That's one of my conspiracies to come up with.
I know exactly what you're going to say.
(02:12):
Oh my gosh.
Okay, well...
I have to.
I forgot about her.
Yeah, that was the weirdest thing, I think.
That was really weird.
Yeah, she had no eyes and again, it wasn't deemed that it was decaying, but researchers
are suggesting that it could be decay.
Again...
The tongue is like...
But the tongue is...
It stumps you.
(02:33):
That's what really gets me.
But also, they should be able to see if a tongue was cut or pulled out.
It was cut clean off.
It was cut.
Yeah.
Yeah, so...
It's cut.
I can't figure out because there's no weapons or was no sign of anything.
And...
Yeah, but there's also eight feet of snow.
Yeah.
And even then, they had to wait longer to find her body and recover it.
(02:56):
Unfortunately, because they couldn't find her body at first with the others, they had
to wait for the snow to start melting.
But when they did find this body, this is how it was found.
Now, Shia also suffered from brutal impacts to the chest and multiple fracture ribs.
The blow was so powerful that it caused her heart to combust.
(03:17):
It was that bad.
Jesus.
So that pretty much brings us to the story of the Diet Love Pass incident.
Let's talk about the conspiracies.
It's the fact that they're the only people that know what happened and they're not alive.
And they're not alive to see.
(03:38):
Yeah.
Yeah.
It bugs me to no extent.
I wish I had answers, but we'll just have to give you guys the best conspiracies that
we have I found online.
And yeah.
So one thing to note, I think that's kind of creepy.
I don't think it has anything to do with anything, but just so happens that this mountain, by
(03:58):
the way, that they had climbed up was the Colatz Seekal, which in English translates
to the Dan Mountain.
I think that's just a little creepy in itself.
Don't know what that means.
Well, it's literally translated.
It's like, mountain for no reason now, is it?
(04:19):
Okay.
Period.
So that's all I'm saying.
First conspiracy.
Well first, let's make note of this.
And I didn't say this before.
This isn't a conspiracy, but this is a no.
I just wanted to make real quick before we start this.
I didn't see the scene have been taken and are still missing to this day.
(04:41):
First note to make taken by who?
No one knows.
Just hasn't been seen.
Things that were supposed to be at the scene weren't found.
So one of them were were remember when I said Igor had a camera.
Yeah.
Wasn't found.
Okay.
No one ever found it.
It was taken clearly from the scene.
They never found where it was at this mountain.
(05:03):
They still look for even evidence after they found all the bodies.
Never found Igor's camera.
He always had his camera on him.
They found other cameras, just never found his.
Okay.
But let's also keep in mind once again, eight feet of snow is a pretty good hiding spot.
Even when it melts, let's also keep in mind it melts.
(05:23):
We're on a mountain.
I'm sure there's some type of elevation, some type of slope for it to slide down.
That's a good point.
Fall, get lost into oblivion.
Yeah.
Good point.
Or someone took it.
Or someone took it.
I mean that is the possibility, but also who else would have known that.
That who else would have known they were there?
(05:44):
Who else would have also just so happened to be there at the same time as this group?
Like I feel like not many people would be like, oh, it's Tuesday morning.
I'm going to go hike this mountain of snow.
You know what I'm saying?
Like on the same day as these people hold on to that thought because you might have a
(06:05):
slight shift in thought.
Maybe not.
But I'll get to this really interesting point.
I'm just surprised if someone was, but yeah, go ahead.
Maybe not just anybody, but maybe somebody.
I don't know.
Okay.
But any who, sorry.
Unless Mr. Mayan came back.
I mean, oof, oof.
Team, you're going to keep going.
(06:26):
Okay.
But now bear in mind the students on this exhibition were all friends, like you have
said with one another.
There was one specific conspiracy I have found that maybe Igor was jealous and in the federal
rage tried to kill all of his friends.
(06:48):
I don't want to agree with that.
I don't see that happening again from all the evidence I found.
I didn't know them obviously personally, but all the, the research I've done, all the
evidence I found, it did not seem like any of them were capable of killing each other.
It did not seem, seem like, but you don't know people.
People snap in a minute.
So if he's killing his friends just because he's jealous, but then he was also found dead.
(07:12):
So it's like they're all found.
A lot of them were found without shoes on.
Yeah.
And it's such like a weird circumstance, like in terms of like none of them having shoes
like why weren't they having shoes on?
They were not being dressed appropriately.
Yeah.
Or the cuts on the tent.
Yeah.
Like it looked like they were trying to flee something.
Like it's what someone.
And then this girl's pants were on fire.
(07:35):
And yeah, her pants were found burnt.
So let's get it on.
Okay.
I'm like, I got to know.
So again, one other piece of information I wanted to make was that the diary that we
mentioned was one diary, it was found in the rip tent.
So that was that found one of the conspiracies was the shame and conspiracy.
(08:00):
So like I said, the main sea tribe was it is or is or was, I don't know now, but it
was a tribe that was predominantly in that area around the mountain.
They didn't live on the mountain, but they lived around it.
So a lot suggests that maybe the group had stumbled upon a secret shaman area and the
(08:25):
man sea tribe had caught them and did something with them.
Tee, I feel like that's possible.
It's a possible thing.
Yeah.
In a way.
But one thing I also mentioned that kind of deters me from that is that the man sea
tribe actually helped with the whole entire thing.
They actually were the ones that helped to set up search parties.
(08:47):
So why would they do this?
Some people are like sadistic, but I feel like their, I feel like their intentions probably
weren't.
And then we also have to think about to the cause, the actual cause of that, the reason
they died was hypothermia.
So I feel like I keep saying, let's keep that in mind, but let's keep that in mind.
(09:07):
Yeah.
That it wasn't something else.
Like the blow to the chest was not the cause of death for the one person.
It was hypothermia.
So that blow to the chest would have come after.
Maybe something happened after.
Or maybe something did attack them.
(09:30):
Maybe repeat that one more time because I knocked the.
Okay.
No problem.
So it was something did attack them and they did ended up falling over and dying slowly.
Again, in my mind, if let's say it was murder, so many things, it could be.
(09:50):
Yeah.
But in the thing is too, that all the conspirators, all the researchers, they all agree that they
don't think they died mistakenly by natural causes.
They truly believe that this group of students had died by something like foul play foul
play was involved.
And it's weird because you can look at it both ways.
(10:11):
You can see it as these students maybe somewhere on something.
I didn't find anything about them being on drugs or anything.
They didn't seem like that, that kind of student.
They're there for a reason.
They're there to work on the research or there to work on school things.
Like they're there for a reason.
They didn't have time to do all that kind of stuff.
So maybe you don't know, but who knows.
(10:33):
I also guess too, in all fairness, all of them dying from hypothermia, all of them in
the same vicinity because you would think like...
But it's still weird because they're so experienced.
So why would they...
They've done this before.
Yeah, but let's say one of them for whatever reason ended up passing away.
(10:54):
Let's say me and you, me and you went on this mountain, we're experienced.
You ended up passing away.
Like personally, I'm on a mountain.
I'm by myself.
Like I am not going to stay with your dead body.
Like much love.
Love you very much.
No, I get it.
I totally would do the same thing.
But at this point, there's nothing I can do.
(11:15):
So you would think like at this point, let's say one of them or even two of the group members
did pass away, you would think the rest of them would pack up their shit and head out
at that point.
Like you don't think that they would stay.
So if they're all passing away at the same, maybe not at the same time, but in the same
vicinity too, like you have to remember that they're all...
(11:35):
In different parts.
Cause those footprints kind of give you that...
Yeah, but they're not like very far away either, right?
Like they're only like a thousand feet, which I guess is like a little bit of a distance.
A thousand feet or like a couple miles away from each other, but they weren't far off.
So maybe they did start like walking away or something or maybe their bodies somehow
traveled like fell down the...
Good point.
As the snow is like, you know, doing what snow does.
(11:57):
Yeah.
Moving.
You're moving, yeah.
No, that's a good point.
That is a really good point.
There's so much.
Like there are so many possibilities.
I feel like you could just keep thinking about this forever.
We could do this all day.
Let's do a couple more conspiracies and...
Okay.
We'll do some crazy conspiracies that are a little out there.
One conspiracy that I found was a Russian Yeti.
(12:18):
Two.
Two.
Now.
We're getting crazy.
Now, the only reason why I mention, even mention the Russian Yeti is because, first
of all, the Monty tribe had given lots of feedback and reports about a Russian Yeti.
They're not the only ones that have, because I feel like in this time, if you're telling
(12:41):
people I've seen a Yeti, they're going to look at you sideways.
There's actually pictures that they have taken of something that looks exactly like a Yeti.
Say, but a Russian one.
So, that Russian Yeti.
Now, that's really interesting because, I mean, if you're one of the people that are
a little more optimism, have a little more optimism, maybe like you could see something
(13:04):
like that happening.
Don't know.
But there are pictures of this, quote, unquote, Yeti that has been found on this mountain.
By the way, Death Mountain.
So possibly we don't know.
But that's one.
Just a thought.
See, that would be crazy.
That would be a really crazy one.
That would be a really crazy one.
(13:25):
Now, our next theory is one I think could be more plausible, which is military testing.
Now the only reason why I'm more inclined to see this as a plausible reason is because,
(13:46):
number one, thousands of people had attended the funerals of these students after and it
was something that the KGB in the military just actually wanted to prevent.
On top of that, after this whole thing blew up and the case kind of become a huge mystery
to the world, they tried really hard to actually cover up a lot of this evidence and they actually
(14:10):
had kept evidence from this case for a long time.
There's still evidence that people don't even know about that happened on this case
that the Russian government has refused to give over.
So it's interesting.
It's a very creepy man.
It's shady.
It's so shady.
That's the reason.
Why?
(14:30):
Yeah, that's what I'm wondering.
Some say UFOs.
Another reason why I would mention this.
Hear me out.
A separate team of hikers weeks after the initial death of the hikers were hiking not
too far from the Dyatlov Pass incident and one member, his name was Vlad.
(14:53):
We're going to call him Vlad.
Vlad had mentioned when they see unusual lights in the sky when he and the team frantically
looked out of their tents.
They claimed to have seen bright spheres in the sky just lighting up and it disappeared
behind some trees.
So what they presumed it was was a comet.
(15:13):
But another had suggested that a comet would not fly that close to Earth and land not leaving
some kind of damage behind or something.
Yeah, like literally there would be some kind of like blowout or like explosion.
Yeah, exactly.
Melt.
Now what's also really eerie too is that the footage that they found on one of the cameras,
one of the last ones, it was a picture of the sky and it was a bubble light.
(15:37):
It's probably just a sun.
Literally.
So I give that as a conspiracy theory because maybe it wasn't aliens.
Maybe it was.
We don't know.
But if it was something that people thought was aliens, what if it was something that
(15:59):
the military was working on?
Again, one of the conspiracies is that the military in this area, which by the way, weren't
found testing and doing things like that on this mountain before, had done something to
these people.
Maybe they tried to cover something up.
They didn't want them knowing something they had seen.
We don't know.
(16:19):
But it would explain why some of them were found without a tongue.
It would explain without they were found dead in these different areas.
They really said see no evil, speak no evil.
Literally, it's Blair Witch.
Who is missing their ears?
Freakin yeah.
I'm hearing no evil.
I hope that's not the truth.
(16:40):
It just creeps me in the fuck out.
I feel like you can't put this shit past.
I mean think about it.
Things, unfortunately.
And they're covering things up.
They're hiding things.
I don't want to get marked by the government.
Yeah, don't come for us, please.
We're just reading things we found off the internet.
But maybe.
I don't know.
That chills me out though.
(17:00):
I think if this was.
Oh, freaking me out.
If it was the government, why would they?
Why would they kill them?
Why are they hiding?
Why are they hiding?
Why did they choose to get angry when all of these people attended the kids funerals?
Why would that happen?
It's just so weird.
The last theory that I have is chemical radiation.
(17:23):
Now an examiner had taken the clothes of the students that they have found and did find
at normal amounts of radiation.
So it could make sense as to the reason why they were found dead.
So maybe they were not able to breathe.
They're trying to cut themselves out of this tent.
They're trying to run from, I don't know, not being able to breathe.
(17:47):
And they just died from hypothermia.
That's what I can think of.
The only thing I can wrestle up in my head is that these students were all sleeping one
night without shoes on, without a coat on.
Maybe they were warm enough.
Don't know.
But maybe something or someone had to disturb them, scared them off.
(18:09):
They were trying to get out their tent.
They had grabbed a knife, tried to get out, said they're running, or at least said they're
walking and then said they're running or whatever happened there.
The other part, I don't know.
I can't speak for that.
It's just so freaking, but yeah, that is the mysterious and still to this day, unsolved
(18:35):
case of the Diet Love Pass incident.
Listen, all I'm saying is let's not totally wash away the chance of an avalanche.
I say that too.
I still say I trust what professionals had said.
(18:58):
They said that when they got to the scene via helicopter, a lot of people also got their
by foot.
They said there was no sign.
If the avalanche had come down on that mountain, they would not have been even able to walk
through that mountain for months to come until the snow melted.
Well, let's say there was a small shift of snow, like maybe not even just a huge avalanche.
(19:18):
But clearly there was a small shift of snow enough to collapse that tent to trap somebody
in who needed to get out.
That's a good point.
So let's look at that.
Just for the first thing though.
That's not even going to be the whole thing, but maybe that was the start.
The first part, that scared them initially.
(19:40):
Maybe, and then also, okay, so there's a tent they don't have their clothes on.
Maybe they were all in the tent and with that many people, and then if you think about it,
the one girl had a sweater wrapped around her foot and then they all had their warm
stuff.
It was still around them, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Or it was underneath the covers or whatever.
(20:00):
So it was still around them.
So let's say there are literally nine people are sleeping in this tent with stuff wrapped
around them.
I don't know how big this tent was.
I'm assuming it wasn't that big.
Well, actually it might have been because where else would the other people been sleeping?
It actually could have been.
And it was one tent that was found wrecked, just completely wrecked.
Yeah, and then if there were other tents, could have gotten blown away.
(20:25):
There's so many things, but anyway, let's say it was big enough for these nine people.
I'm sure, it's a tundra.
It's freezing, but maybe somehow, some way, surprisingly, I don't know if anyone's ever
tested it, but maybe there was somehow enough warmth there.
Maybe that's why they weren't wearing their coats.
(20:46):
That's the really good hypothesis, actually.
Or they were pulling, like, instead of being on the one person, which I mean would treat
the tropical heat.
I didn't say this before.
It's over multiple.
Yeah, I didn't say this before.
The three guys that we have found were later found bundled up together.
(21:06):
Like they weren't by the tent, but they were found a mile away and they were all cuddled
up together, like as if they were trying to stay warm together.
So maybe, but it still doesn't make sense, like what, if they were running, maybe they
were running from an avalanche.
Let's say they were running from an avalanche.
A small shift in snow, let's not even be dramatic of an avalanche.
I guess an avalanche can still be a small shift in snow.
(21:28):
I guess we'll be able to think of avalanches.
Yeah, but they're saying like there's no avalanche.
They're saying there's no proof of an avalanche, but clearly there's enough of snow to collapse
the tent to have somebody escape.
Okay, so let's say that happens.
Small snow.
Yeah, small snowball.
Right.
So let's say that happens, but it still doesn't make sense as to why, first of all, why do
(21:48):
you-
I mean, there are other things.
So that's why I'm saying like that's like the start.
Yeah.
Like that is like maybe the start of where shit went wrong.
Okay, so let's say we solve that part.
So let's say there was a small shift in snow and maybe they got even trapped inside the
tent or something.
They're trying to get out.
That's when they start maybe trying to run and trying to shelter something.
(22:10):
They're panicking.
So what was the other part?
So I guess the other part is why- let me look at her name.
I don't want to say it wrong.
Okay, so the other part is why did Loida- why was she found without a tongue?
See, this is my other thing though, like that I don't know, but I remember too, you can
(22:35):
think about like animals, but the thing is, is she's face down, but also like, I mean,
if a moose comes walking up in that bitch, I don't know if that's like weather for a
moose, but like a big animal comes walking up in that bitch.
Like I bet it can nudge it over.
Right?
Like nudge her over.
I mean, freaking boo, like nudges my head with some force.
(22:56):
Like I feel like a big animal can probably nudge her over.
Let's say, but the only thing with that for me is how clean it is.
Like only eyes and clean cut of a tongue that like makes me think like animals are kind
of not there, which also makes me think, okay, let's say there was some jealousy.
Let's say there was a fight.
Let's say there was something where she unfortunately it was foul play, but only her.
(23:21):
Yeah.
Like I feel like that could also be a thing.
That could be a thing.
Maybe she was only foul play.
She was the only girl, right?
She was theirs too.
There are two.
What was the other one?
So the other girl was, I'm sorry.
No, it's okay.
I'll be listening.
I just be gone.
No, there, and again, guys, there's so many names and we're names in the story that it's
really hard to know.
(23:42):
But, um, so the other one was Zina and Zina have been found further uphill.
And that was someone that Igor had really liked.
She was the one that was found sideways in the fetal position and she wasn't wearing
any shoes or a jacket or clothes or anything like that.
Um, again, and even, uh, even compared to the Avalanche theory, I'm sorry, not Avalanche
(24:05):
theory, but like, okay, again, even compared to like the small shift in snow theory.
Okay.
So like if I was in a tent and I got trapped in it or something happened to her, I'm scared.
I would still make myself have time to grab something to know that I would not live very
long if I'm going to run through the snow without shoes on or if I'm going to run through
(24:28):
the snow without a coat on.
And they had it right there in the, in the tent.
So like, why did they leave that there?
Maybe it's that collapse though, or maybe they're just not thinking like the fight or
flight.
True, the fight or flight kind of things.
Just like, yeah.
Like we need to get out.
And then if you think about it too, like imagine you're like sleeping and then something
falls on you and you like can't breathe.
(24:49):
Yeah.
You're like, fuck, like I need to get out of here.
Get out of here.
Yeah.
I guess in the, in the sake of like if you're sleeping, you're not going to be thinking
about.
Yeah.
Because we don't have any time to grab something.
We don't have any like time zones.
Like we don't know what time like the snow fell.
We don't know what time.
Yeah.
Shit hit the fan.
We don't know what time these people passed away.
(25:09):
Like we don't know.
Yeah.
So I feel like that's why there's just so many things, but I, I feel like that small
shifts of snow, like maybe that, I mean, that is the only plausible reason I feel like they
would have cut the tent instead of going instead of opening it.
Opening it.
Is whatever that little bit of snow, wherever it came from fell on it.
(25:30):
And scared them.
Scared them out of there.
Like literally the only reason.
Like I cannot think.
That's a really good, no, that's quite honestly.
Why they would cut the tent open.
Just thought that is a really good like, think, like thought of reason because again, it's
hard to know because these students.
We don't know.
Were found in again a weird situation.
Yeah.
And I mean, like I'm like, I keep saying like they were all found in a very weird situation.
(25:54):
So I just truly feel like that was the start of it, man.
And then they all tragedy just struck them all.
Like I mean, you're not going to survive long with bare feet and negative whatever weather.
Like you are not going to get far.
You are going to get hypothermia.
Like your toes are going to freeze.
(26:15):
Right.
And that's going to take over the rest of your body.
Yeah.
Right.
Your organs are going to start shutting down.
Like.
So I guess what we can close out this case knowing that we won't solve it ourselves.
We might be out of something.
We might be.
We might be.
You never know.
Um, okay.
(26:36):
One thing I can say, I think I'm onto your, your theory.
The small app.
I keep saying evidence.
I mean, small evidence, small evidence, small thing of snow.
I could see that one thing I'm still also confused on is why would the government try
so hard to cover this up and shove it under the rock the way they did?
(27:01):
I mean, maybe there was like something sketchy happening in the vicinity that the government
didn't want getting out or getting like letting the public know maybe it didn't affect them
specifically like because I feel, I mean the radiation is weird, but like I'm sure we all
have some radiation levels or some shit.
Some of us more than others.
I'm sure.
Um, I mean, and clearly wherever they are.
(27:24):
Like, and there has been proven that they have been doing some weird shit on that mountain.
Yeah.
So there's probably radiation in the air already.
Yeah.
Good point.
And it's already been proven that they're doing stuff on the mountain and they're probably
like, Hey, you can't do this anymore.
And they're like, okay, but like they keep doing it.
So maybe it's just like, they just didn't want to get found out.
(27:45):
That could explain the ball of light that the other people had seen and that was found
on the camera.
Exactly.
Like maybe it was something.
Yeah.
Like it was something the government was working on.
They didn't want them to know.
Yeah.
But I don't know if that had any effect of why these people passed away.
Yeah.
To me, like, I mean, maybe I'm just trying to be too like cut and dry with it and too
(28:07):
simple.
No, no, no, we need this both sides.
Because literally like imagine this because the only thing is Lita's missing eyes and
tongue.
That's like more unexplainable.
Yeah.
And the way they're all found like literally seems like it starts with this small.
It seems like it.
It's snow on the tent.
Like the more you say it, the more I can see it.
(28:27):
They are ripping the tent over, freaking out, running out of there because they're like,
Holy shit.
Like what is going on?
And they don't even, they might not even know that it's snow.
And I mean, at that point too, they're probably suffocating in this tent because it's collapsed.
So they're running out and then like I keep saying like they don't, they're not wearing
(28:48):
clothes.
Like they're not wearing clothes.
They're not wearing shoes.
They're not going to get far.
And the three of them were found huddled trying to keep warm because they're freezing and
dying of hypothermia.
The one is found in fetal position.
So maybe freezing of hypothermia.
I keep in mind they did find like the scar scrapes, everything on their bodies.
But that's just going to come with running.
(29:09):
Well, I was going to say that.
I was going to say that.
Because maybe they can't run.
Yeah, sorry.
No, you're okay.
No.
I mean, like that's going to come with running and I'm sorry, but like if you've ever had
snow, like if you've ever experienced snow, like even in Michigan, sometimes that shit
freezes and it's hard.
Yeah.
If you fall in that, like you're going to get scrapes.
(29:31):
You're going to get bruises.
Yeah, yeah.
No, you're okay.
And then not only that, like are we positive that those bruises, scrapes, et cetera, happened
exactly in that moment?
Yeah.
Because they also just did a seven hour trek there.
Yeah.
Seriously, no, I was going to say, good, you're right on the point.
I think you're right on the point there.
No, I was just going to definitely say.
You're like, I'm good.
(29:54):
Government FBI.
FBI needs to hire me because I just debunked this whole case except for Lita.
And then.
I'm still stuck on that.
I don't know.
Let's think about Lita.
Okay.
She wasn't the girl that Igor liked.
No.
No.
I was also like, this is what stumps me too.
(30:17):
But also they're saying, we can't find a weapon.
Once again, eight feet of snow or however much snow, it's easy to hide or fall into or
get smushed into or whatever.
Then they're saying they had to wait for the snow to melt when snow melts and it's on a
(30:38):
mountain.
It's probably sliding down.
Like it's not like you dropped your phone in Walmart last winter and it's still sitting
there because it's flat.
We're out on the mountain.
I feel like there's some type of small slope.
There's got to be some type of angle.
It's probably not perfectly flat.
(31:00):
So at that point, it could have just fallen straight off the fucking mountain.
That's a really good addition.
In terms of Yuri Yodin, he did pass away in 2013 if I'm not mistaken.
Not long ago, he did live out the rest of his life pretty much, which is great.
(31:23):
Yeah.
What is his thoughts?
What does he say?
Yeah.
A lot of what I found, he still believes that there was foul play.
I mean, it's easy to think that.
I think it's really easy to think that.
All things that maybe you didn't find in your research that we didn't cover or that
we're forgetting about.
(31:43):
Oh, definitely.
There's always so much of it.
Yeah.
Especially this case.
It's a very large case.
I mean, there's nine people.
It's in depth.
Yeah.
It gets super in depth.
I feel like we just scratched the surface because there's so many other weird things
that led up to this.
Even with the older guy, people were onto him because of his background and the military.
(32:04):
Yeah.
But he also passed away too.
But he also passed away too.
And then it's just weird the way things work out.
And either way it goes, I think we were sticking on the whole, the snow.
Small shifts of snow, people.
That I'm checking out.
Second, I don't want to get in trouble for saying this.
(32:28):
I think, and I'll say this.
I think some peoples may have had some part in this.
I said peoples.
And I say, who?
Some peoples.
Some peoples.
Don't come for us.
We're sticking with those two.
Story closed.
I mean, that's all I'm saying.
(32:50):
And I mean, I can see why the surviving victim, Murie, would think that there's foul play.
I'm sure in a sense that maybe there was.
Maybe.
But I just don't believe.
It's not like they found gunshot wounds.
It's not like they found knife wounds.
No, nothing like that.
Literally autopsy shows that they died of hypothermia.
(33:13):
I feel like it's just, yeah, there are a lot of weird things.
But I feel like you just can't get caught up on all the weird things because maybe they
make sense if we knew.
If we knew what it was actually, maybe it would make sense.
Yeah, I don't know.
I know.
I mean, maybe I'm delirious people.
It's midnight.
(33:33):
No, I'm like, maybe I'm losing my mind.
But like, maybe I'm just being too simple.
But that's all I'm saying.
No, small patches.
No, yeah, hypothermia.
On the case.
Close on the show where you talk about murders on a show where you talk about the paranormal.
We have to have a cyst in the room.
(33:54):
Level headed.
That's level headed.
I'm like, silver lining.
I am not that silver lining is small patch.
So I had to.
Yeah.
Case closed.
Anyone don't come for us.
Case closed when the lights goes out.
It was nice seeing you.
Good night.
Oh my God, I swear this case has definitely stumped me for a while.
(34:17):
I mean, I feel like I would have to do some of my own research and see if I can find any
more small details to go off of because I know that I've watched something about this
case for sure.
There's many.
But I do remember there were lots of.
Yeah, I guess guys in terms of like if you want to like look deeper into this case, I
always post my show notes.
(34:38):
I mean, sorry, my citations and the show notes and all.
I have referenced a book that I'll post in the show notes.
I have referenced a documentary.
It's about this guy who actually was curious enough to go to Diet Love Pass and he was
basically trying to see if he could find more evidence because like most cases that you'll
(35:03):
find about this case is pretty much a surface level stuff.
Like there's so much.
And like again, there's a lot of encrypted stuff about this case that is hidden and for
effect and we know this that people just don't want anyone knowing about.
Don't know why.
Can't figure that part out either.
But there is information that is archived for confidentiality.
(35:27):
So there are a lot of other things you can find about this case.
But take it as you will.
Take it with a grain of salt.
Don't let us know.
Honestly, I want to know.
I want to know.
I want to know every little thing about what happened here because it's still just your
theories to do that.
(35:48):
We're thinking too simple.
Are we forgetting something?
Do we not know of something?
Yeah, again, we know this case is elaborate.
But just let us know.
Let us know what you think.
I'm curious.
Yeah, I am too.
I'm curious.
It's a curious one.
I think this is a good 20th episode.
This is a good mystery.
It's a good mystery.
This is a mystery.
It's fun doing these unsolved cases.
(36:10):
I love a good mystery.
I like thinking about it.
But the thing is is I'm never good at mysteries because I always don't think into it enough.
But for this case, I just feel like you don't need to overthink it.
You might not need to.
Or maybe I just didn't do a good job of all my research.
There's nine people.
Yeah.
Nine people.
(36:30):
Yeah.
How could nine people?
And they're all found.
I keep going on this, but they're all found.
The three are together.
The rest of them are spread out a thousand feet away, a hundred feet away, whatever.
It just seems to me that they were freaking the fuck out.
They split up into smaller groups because they're like, our shelter is gone.
(36:51):
We're running low on food.
Like Lita's fucking eyes are missing.
We got to go.
We got to figure this out.
We got to go.
Our boots and all of our shit is underneath here.
Yeah.
And then at this point too, if you think about it, the three that are in our huddle knew what
(37:11):
was coming.
So they were just staying close.
They were just trying to stay warm, stay close because they knew that that was their last
resort.
So that's almost like, I mean, that's heartbreaking, but it's also just like a human reaction to
it, which is kind of sweet in a way in a really fucked up way.
But like, I mean, they knew that's what I'm saying.
(37:33):
Like I feel like there's just not a lot of foul play.
Like personally to me, like it just seems so like that's just what happened.
They knew like they knew like they had no choice.
They're stuck in a mountain.
Their shit's gone.
It's underneath snow.
They're cold.
(37:55):
So what do you say about the flashlight that was found on top of the snow?
On top of the snow.
Where was that?
This is next to the tent.
So the tent was found with a patch of salt on top of it.
And that was the one that was ripped up.
The searchers had found the flashlight on top of the snow.
So that's if like, here's my water bottle.
(38:17):
Like it was just like sitting on top of the snow as if it wasn't even, it was like placer.
Like that, I guess I forgot about that part, but that kind of like, it's like, why?
I mean, it's like what?
But also at the same time, like maybe they were using that flashlight, like maybe before
they went to bed, they propped it up.
So if they had to use the bathroom.
But keep in mind, this is a week and a half later.
(38:38):
It was still snowing a lot.
So why wouldn't that be covered by snow?
You see what I mean?
Yeah.
That's a little more like of a curious thing.
But then too, like let's say, cause we don't know the timelines of when they all passed
away, like did they all pass away at the same time?
Like do we know that?
Good point.
So let's say like one or two of them were alive.
(39:00):
Yeah.
Like up until the week they were found or whatever.
Like maybe they were using it.
Good point.
Maybe.
Like they were ordered to eating fucking Lea's, Lea's tongue.
Yeah.
For food.
Like maybe.
Like do we know?
Someone let us know.
Maybe we need to research some more.
Maybe part two.
Let us know.
(39:20):
Let us know.
This episode is so long.
Yeah, literally.
There's a lot to cut out though, but let us know if like we know if they all passed away
at the same time.
Like let us know.
Like clearly the three huddled might have.
Yeah.
Honestly, if you guys can let me know.
Because I again, I try finding as much as I could about this case.
(39:40):
You can honestly extensively search in terms of the autopsies.
The autopsies do you show a lot?
And I think I covered a lot of most of that of what happened to a lot of the bodies, but
it I like I don't know what was in the digestive system.
I don't know that what was, you know, these things are not things that is are easy to
(40:01):
find.
So that's like a little more time.
Yeah.
I think that's a good time.
Good for you though.
All I'm saying is like, like I just maybe I think I just need more information.
Like yeah, I think I need more information to like really digest.
Digest what happened.
Yeah.
I mean truly maybe the flashlight was propped up like that.
(40:24):
Yeah.
A few of them were alive.
Up until they were found.
Up until that certain point.
And they ended up dying out.
Somehow.
Somehow.
I mean a week seems like highly unlikely.
Yeah.
I don't know the other explanation for that one.
That one would stop me if what I said it wouldn't happen.
Yeah.
That one would stop me.
(40:44):
I don't know.
I have a question mark up top of my head right now.
Oh yeah.
Well, with that everyone, thank you for sitting through it with us in this episode.
Thank you for listening to my crazy conspiracies.
No.

We can make it anonymous.
We'll be like, Anon said.
Anon.
(42:33):
Allegedly.
Anon.
Allegedly.
Allegedly.
And I am not sure yet, but this episode may be split into two parts.
So if it gets chopped off in the middle by this.
Yeah.
It gets a little choppy.
Yeah.
I am super sorry about that.
We just want to make it easier to digest for you guys.
(42:53):
Yeah.
Definitely.
This would definitely be episode two, the ending of this, but hopefully you guys like
these two episodes if they are split into two.
If not, so be it.
We can work some TV magic and add our outro to the first episode.
No, seriously, we will.
I'm sure Kendall can figure that out.
Definitely.
(43:14):
All right.
So with that, we will see you win the light.
Goes out.
