When I moved to Oak Harbor,because I was waiting for my
license to be issued and Icooked all day long.
I never got sick of it.
So then I enjoyed cooking andthey were like, why don't you
open a restaurant?
I was like I don't think I'mready to open a restaurant.

I was like that one I can do asa family club with the name,
and then we do kind of thecooking and everything.
What is like easier for me todo and also it is for people on
the island to uh experience.
But like I travel a lot in Asia,so my pork is a Korean based,
korean Gochujang peppermarinated.

The chicken and the shrimpthey're the same.
They're soy based, so withdifferent type of herbs like
lemon grass, garlic, ginger, sokind of sweet and savory.
People love spicy, so I alwayshave like jalapenos and more
sriracha for them if they wouldlove spice.
I like some spice.

see what the island wants.

Okay, so that's why I had theMusubi.
So what hours are you?
First of all, I guess you'rehere every day.
We're at the old Whippy IslandBank building on North East 7th,
yes, by 10.
And what's your hours here?
So usually Tuesday to Friday,11.30 to 5, unless I sell out
early.
But I tend to sell out probablyabout like 4, 4.30.

The reason I sell out a fewminutes early, like half an hour
, because I cannot cook any morerice.
When I'm out of rice then Ineed.
It takes like 40 minutes tocook rice.
That's why when I'm sell out, Ican offer fries, hot stickers,
you know, but most of the timethe wrap is gonna be out.
