So this is our mobile sauna.
We are Good Medicine WhidbeyIsland and, yeah, this is going
to be our mobile sauna servicethat we're offering on the
island.

So for people that don't know what a sauna is, tell
people what's it going to belike inside.

It's going to be between 150 and 200 degrees
Fahrenheit.
We have some stones on top ofour stove, throw some water and
get that nice steam, that loolloop as they call it in finland,
low loop yep, we're gonna havean authentic finnish sauna
experience here on south wouldbe island okay so you come out,

you're like medium rare, maybewell done uh, yeah, well done
well done, yeah, and are youguys gonna have a cold plunge as
well?

We're going to be rolling thisbeautiful, authentic Finnish
sauna down to local beaches sothat people can experience the
between 48 and 54 degree Salishsea water, and it's going to be
great.
What gave you the inspirationto come up with this idea?

So a couple years ago , jamie, myself and a good
friend of ours, jeremy, westarted a cold clench group here
at Robinson Beach.
So on Sunday mornings we havewhat we used to refer to as
Splash Church and we'd go inthere and we tried to hover
around 11 minutes in the wateryear round, rain or shine, snow,
