Ethan Nagel is a distinguished former United States Marine Corps Corporal, acclaimed for his valor during the Global War on Terrorism. On July 27, 2009, while serving as the Recon Platoon Advisor with Embedded Training Team 1-11 in Afghanistan, Corporal Nagel exhibited extraordinary bravery under intense enemy fire. Despite sustaining multiple shrapnel wounds, he administered critical medical aid to a grievously injured Special Forces soldier, engaging enemy fighters at close range to prevent the soldier’s capture.His actions were pivotal in altering the battle’s outcome, earning him the Silver Star for conspicuous gallantry.
Following his military service, Ethan transitioned into thecreative industry, leveraging his passion for storytelling and visual arts. He founded Ethan Nagel Films, where he serves as a filmmaker, director, and photographer.
In addition to his filmmaking endeavors, Nagel is the owner and host of “Into the Breach,” a show that delves into various topics, and he hosts the Nine Line Apparel podcast, engaging audiences with discussions on military experiences and lifestyle.
