We’re very lucky this week to be sampling another dram from Tasmania, in the form of the Fanny’s Bay Single Malt Whisky. Our first 100% Malted Barley example from the Australian island, so we’re very excited to see how it tastes and find out all about their story. We’re also joined by Jamie Ryder, a hospitality copywriter, whisky fan and fiction author who likes to combine drinks, pop culture and philosophy. He's the editor of Yamato Magazine, a Japanese culture publication that celebrates Japanese drinks and more. He also runs Drink To That, a hospitality newsletter that promotes drinking stories and brands from all over the world. In addition, he's the creator of Tales Of The Frontier, a horror western world of monsters, magic and mayhem. His debut novella At The Dead Of Dusk is available now. Dave also shares the best drinks scientifically proven to keep you hydrated this Summer… very important!
