challenging stuff in thispodcast, I'm going to be sharing
with you, teaching you, guidingyou through the core practices
that I use every day to keepmyself coherent, harmonious,
continually healing, healthy,happy, functional and growing

Now I'm giving you someincredibly beautiful practices
today for free, because Ibelieve that this is the time
that we all need to be doingthese kinds of practices.
They can make a profoundlybeautiful difference in your
life and whenever you shift yourenergy with these practices,

that vibration ripples out fromyou to everyone around you and
it affects the whole world.
If you think of the whole earthand all of humanity as a big
pond, every time you do thispractice, it's like you're
dropping a stone in the pond andthere's ripples of greater
coherence and harmony are goingout.
You are an incredibly powerfulbeing and what you do matters.

Now there's going to be somedifferent practices I'm going to
teach you.
This podcast is going to beavailable, ongoing, for you to
come back to listen to themThey'll be coming to you in the
form of like a guided meditationand to repeat the practices and
repeat them and repeat them.
These practices, they're notlike a silver bullet that you

use once and fixes everything.
They are something you need tobe doing continually, because
every time you do the practice,you increase your capacity to do
the practice.
Every time you do the practice,you increase the strength and
the balance and the harmony inyour energy systems.
And then the next time you dopractice, you increase your
capacity again and again, layerby layer, little by little.

Now I suggest that you do thesepractices at least twice a day,
five days a week at a minimum.
That's the longer versions,because I'm going to be sharing
with you a longer version and avery compressed version that you
can do very quickly, anywhere,anytime, of each of these, and
these practices are incrediblyvaluable.
I have been practicing, refining, purifying these, what I call

energetic, spiritual well-beingtechnologies for decades, and
they do work.
They do make a practical,physiological, measurable
difference in your body and inyour life if you do them.
This is how I've recovered from20 plus years of chronic
fatigue syndrome and Lyme fullyrecovered, and just to maybe

give you a story that will helpinspire you to join me in doing
these practices, because I'll bedoing them every day and
essentially, we're joiningtogether as a practicing
community to support us all ingrowing and healing and shifting
our energy to greater coherenceand harmony.
So one of my students, when shecame to work with me, had such

extreme multi-chemicalsensitivities that they lived
out in the bush away from otherhumans, and they had to come
into town to go to thesupermarket to do the shopping
in the last half hour when itwas open so hopefully there'd be
no one else there with perfumethat they walk past and trigger
an anaphylactic reaction.
She went from that level ofextreme unwellness and

sensitivity.
Within two months she was ableto go and volunteer at a country
music festival with 40 000people attending.
From doing primarily the secondpractice that I'll be teaching
you today the whole energy bodybalance, somatic embodiment and
energy connection practice.
Now I've got to tell you shewas extraordinarily devoted.

She was doing this practiceliterally hundreds of times a
day, but it had a profoundlypositive effect on her
well-being.
Now we stand at a decision pointglobally for humanity and for
our beautiful home, ourbeautiful living planet Earth,

and there is immense potentialfor positive change and
transformation at this time andI want all of us to stay
connected to that because it isreal.
I've recently started learningfrom the elder shamans, the
Pakos of the Kera Nation, theindigenous people of Peru from

the high Andes, and one thingthat struck me about these wise,
wise elders, extremely powerfulteachers and practitioners, is
that they have no doom and gloomabout what is going on in this
planet.
They are remorselessly positiveand their message is that all

(06:13):
we have to do, all we humanshave to do, is get into right
relationship with all the livingenergies of this planet humans,
animals, plants, geographicalfeatures, waters, the wind, all

(06:36):
these living things and we willmove into an incredible period
of human history which will beamazingly uplifting, living in
harmony with this planet andcreating literally heaven on
earth.
At the same time, there isimmense potential for calamity,
for death and destruction on anunimaginable scale.
Now, I believe that we are theworld, all of us are already at

(07:01):
war with an illegal,illegitimate, fascist, nazi
government that is in theprocess of enacting a coup in
the USA.
I know from talking to friendsfrom Canada on social media that
that country is essentiallyactively preparing to be invaded
, because I think we shouldbelieve Dictator Trump when he

(07:26):
says that he's going to annexCanada and turn it into the 51st
state and invade Greenland andinvade Panama and take Gaza as
well.
I think he means it and I thinkwe need to believe he means it
and act accordingly.
And this is terrifying.
Right, there's no way aroundthat, but we must face this

(07:49):
reality, and what I really wantto do today is help you face
this reality with grace and easeand in a positive way, with
hope in our hearts that we havethe power to make changes and to
act in ways that are going tohelp us move through this and
come out the other side in thebest place that humanity has
ever been on planet Earth, sincebefore farming and industry

took over from the originalpeople, who were so good at
caring for this planet.

So the first thing, the mostimportant thing, in my opinion,
the most important priority thatwe all need to have in our
lives at this time is ongoingself-care, ongoing healing,
because a lot of what's going onis likely to trigger a whole
lot of stuff inside each and allof us that we need to resolve,

heal, assimilate and integrate,and we also need to be working
on growth, evolution and we needto be taking care of our
individual and our family andour neighbourhood, security,
safety and all those things.
But the main message I want tosay here is you've got to fill
your cup first.
If your cup is empty, man,you're no good to man or beast

or any living thing.
And the news, this awful, awfulbarrage of terrible, illegal
things happening every day, andthe state of fear that this
triggers in all of us, ineveryone and it's designed to
trigger fear in us, by the way,I believe this is one of our
greatest enemies at this time.
So it's not.

What's going on is not justnews and actions.
There is an energy in it thatcomes into our energy fields and
comes into our beings andaffects our psycho-spiritual
state of being, ourconsciousness, very, very
powerfully, and the practicesthat I'm sharing with you and
giving to you in this podcastare all designed to help you

create and maintain and increasecoherence, to to be grounded,
to be resilient and be able tostay positive and functional in
the face of what's happening nowand what's coming.
I use all these practices everyday and, as I do them, I'm going
to share an extended version, adeep dive, and a compressed

anywhere, anytime.

Now, the first practice that I'mgoing to share with you today
is one about clearing yourbubble, and I will lead you

through this one and all otherpractice in the form of a guided
meditation.
This practice helps you pushall that incoming, oppressive,
low frequency energy ofconsciousness out of your bubble
so that you can get back to abeautiful energetic sovereignty
in yourself and get back to justyou, so that you're not being

(16:48):
actively sat upon by thefeelings and emotions of
everyone and everything that isnot you.
I'm finding I'm needing to usethis practice a lot at the
moment.
I was away at an intensivemeditation retreat on the
weekend and at the beginning ofthe retreat it was just like, oh
my God, the world.
Oh my God, everything'sterrible.
Oh my God, we're all going theweekend.
And at the beginning of theretreat it was just like, oh my
God, the world.
Oh my God, everything'sterrible.
Oh my God, we're all going todie.
And I did this practice and Igot back to me and suddenly then

I could engage with the retreatand the meditations in a really
beautiful way and get back tomyself and get back to myself so
as I guide you through thesepractices, if you're not
familiar with meditation, energywork, subtle energy and stuff
like that, it might seem alittle bit esoteric and a bit

(17:39):
unusual.
I encourage you just to go withthat and to allow it to be a
little bit unusual and different.
Use your imagination.
Whatever you experience as Ilead you through these practices
is perfect, uh, and you may ormay not experience these
practices in a sensory way.
It may or may not be in onedominant sense and others lesser

(17:59):
, or several dominant senses andothers lessers, you know.
You know you might get visualexperiences, you might get
auditory, you might getkinesthetic, you might get even
smell and taste.
You might get cognitive, justkind of knowing and
understanding in your body andyour energy systems.

(18:19):
However, you experience thesepractices absolutely perfect If
you go oh, nothing's happening.
Just use your imagination.
Your imagination is a powerful,powerful director of energy.
I will talk about and invitesource energy to come in to
surround me, to surround you, tosupport and empower these

(18:40):
processes.
Now, source is basically auniversal divine power.
Now, according to yourspiritual belief systems, you
might relate to source as god,great spirit, the universe,
whatever makes sense to you inyour spiritual understanding,
source is kind of like beyondall religions and concepts, um,

(19:03):
source is in alignment all thereligions, belief systems and
spiritual practices.
It's infinitely benevolent andcan only do good.
So, um, I encourage you toenjoy connecting with this
energy.
And after each practice, I'mgoing to play you another song
from my album which you can alsofind on spotify, by the way,
and give it a spin and help meget over a thousand plays on on
all the tracks that that wouldbe cool To help you integrate

(19:26):
and assimilate what's happening.
So these are impactfulpractices.
Nearly always when you startdoing practices like this, it's
going to perturb your system alittle bit and you might feel a
little bit worse before you feela whole lot better, or you just
might feel a whole lot better.
But if you do notice thatyou're starting to experience

(19:49):
things, clearing things,shifting things, this work is
very, very powerful for doingthat.
So the first practice we'regoing to do is the whole energy,
body, balance, clearing yourbubble, exercise.
And what we're going to do iswe're going to use our breath.
We're going to imagine thatwe're inviting source energy in
with our breath, breathing insource energy from above into

(20:11):
the central, central, centralchannel or core of our being,
from above our head to below ourfeet, right through our whole
bubble.
And then, as we breathe out,we're going to push out with our
will, with the support of thesource energy that we're
breathing in from above, and aswe breathe out, we're going to
push little by little from themiddle, everyone and everything

(20:37):
that is not us, out, out, out,out, out out, until it's about
110%, about 10%, beyond the edgeof our bubbles.
So, breathing in gently andthen breathing out and with your
will, pushing it out, just 2%.
Another breath in 4%, breathingsource gently and beautifully

(21:07):
in to fill that central space,then expanding that source
energy.
6%, breathing in eight percent,breathing in ten percent.

(21:35):
You can do these hand movements.
It'll help you if it helps youmake it stronger.
Breathing in 10% and you can dothese hand movements that'll
help you if it helps you make itstronger.
Breathing in, breathing everyoneand everything that's not you.
12% out of the middle and 14%,16%, 16%, 18%, 20%.

Breathing pure source in 22%.

We're doing this little bylittle, in 2% increments, so
it's easy and achievable.

more deeply, which is all signsof my parasympathetic nervous

When we get to these outerpercentages, you may or you may
not hit points of resistancewhere it suddenly gets like oh,

Most people I work with at somepoint have a moment of oh, this

I don't want to push everyone,everything out, because I really
love my dog.
Stuff like that doesn't matter,just do it.

You're not disconnecting fromanything.
If you, if you're pushing your,your beloveds and your dogs out
of your bubble, you'reuntangling from them, okay, and
all this other crappy, awful,heavy, evil, poisonous energy.
Well, you need that out of yoursystem.

I'm going to take you through aquick version of that.
So a quick version.
And what I'm going to encourageyou to do is to go through
these major practices in themorning, first thing, when you
wake up yes, you may have towake up a little earlier if you

want to fit them into your dayand listen to them.
Last thing, at night, beforeyou go to bed, the extended
versions, um, and the next thingwe're going to do is the whole
energy body balance.
No, we're going to do the quickversion of that.
First, clearing your bubble.
So, clearing your bubble, ifyou want to do it quickly, you
can just do it in three breaths.
If you get it solid at thebeginning of the day, you'll

(33:24):
find it gets easy to push it allback out quickly and fluidly
when you need to.
So you just go one in breath inOne third and a bit, two thirds
and two bits, breathing insores, 110%, that simple.

(33:46):
So the second practice thatwe're going to go through
together here I'm going to leadyou through and teach you and
share with you, is the WholeEnergy, body Balance, somatic
Embodiment and Energy Connectionpractice.
This practice is in anywhere,anytime, to continually empower,
to strengthen and energizeyourself while filling your cup
to overflowing, and you'll beconnecting with and cultivating

(34:08):
natural flows of vital lifeforce energies as you do this,
the more often you do it, themore you're going to benefit.
Um, doing the longer version,morning and night, and then lots
of little short versions duringthe day to reactivate,
restrengthen and keep empoweringthis process in your body as
you go through, is ideal.
And you know, if you ever needto, if you're at work and

something happens and you'relike I've got to get myself back
, just go to the toilet I needto go to.
No one is ever going to stopyou going to the toilet.
It's the perfect place to dothis.
So the first step there's threesteps that we lead you through
on this.
The first step is to tune intoyour posture.
Now, the first thing thathappens when you tune into your
posture is you naturallystraighten up, and as you
naturally straighten up, youwill feel your consciousness

(34:52):
shift to a more alert state ofbeing.
So just gently, softly relaxinginto a beautiful, aligned
posture, relaxing your belly,relaxing your shoulders,
relaxing your tongue and jaw,then maintaining that posture

(35:16):
alignment in a relaxed and easyway.
And the next step is to bringall of your awareness
continually, beautifully, intoand throughout the whole of your
physical body, simplyappreciating everything that
you're experiencing.
There's no need to try andunderstand what you're
experiencing, no need to make upstories about it, no need to
change it in any way either.

(35:37):
Just be beautifully presentwith this act of divine, sacred
self-witnessing.
Then, at the same time, bring,bringing continuously, all of
your awareness into andthroughout the whole of your
energy body, the bubble of youthat surrounds your physical
being, and, at the same time,bringing all of your awareness

(35:59):
into the space that surroundsyour energy body.
I'm going to cycle through thata few times.
So, bringing continually andgently, all of your awareness
into and throughout yourphysical body, being present
with everything that you'reexperiencing, appreciating
everything that you'reexperiencing.
At the same time, gently andcontinually bringing all of your

(36:20):
awareness into and throughoutthe whole of your energy body.
At the same time, gently andcontinuously bringing the whole
of your awareness into andthroughout the space surrounding
your bubble.
At the same time, bringing allof your awareness into and
throughout the whole of yourphysical body, relaxing into
everything you're experiencing,at the same time bringing all of

(36:42):
your awareness into andthroughout the whole of your
energy bubble and just noticingwhat you notice, no matter how
small or large or here or not,you're noticing anything.
Bringing it all into andthroughout the whole of your,
your awareness.
And now we're going to moveinto just checking with your

(37:04):
posture.
Make sure you're still alignedand keep on bringing all your
awareness into and throughoutyour physical body, your energy
body and the space surroundingyour body, as much as you can.
If you lose track, that is okaytoo.
Now we're going to help youconnect with natural flows of
vital life force, energies, orchi, that have been moving
through your body, your wholelife.
But every time you connect withthem, it's like going to the

(37:24):
gym, the chi gym.
Every time you connect withthem, your capacity to hold and
express them increases.
So, opening up to the beautifulnatural flow of chi energy from
the earth up through your feet,up through your body, out
through your head, and naturallycirculates back and down and
around like a fountain.
You can think of this as beingwater like, like a spring of

(37:46):
beautiful, pure, fresh water,like energy welling up through
your body, out through your head, circulating back down and
around, and, at the same time,there is a second stream of chi
from the sun pouring down andthrough your head, down through
your body, out through your feetand, like a reverse waterfall,
simultaneously flowing in theopposite direction to the the

(38:06):
yin chi from the earth, but yangchi from the sun, and this is
like a sunbeam, warm,penetrating.
The one from the earth is cool,receptive and like water-like.
So then, allowing that tocontinue and a little bit above
the outside of your bubble, is asource connection point.

(38:27):
You can imagine, with yourimagination and intention, that
your whole being is plugginginto this source connection
point and your whole being islighting up with source energy,
like a light bulb that's beenplugged into the power and
turned on, and all seven of yourmajor chakras, energy centers,
the crown, third eye, throat,heart, solar plexus, sacral and

root, which are violet, indigo,blue, green, yellow, orange and
red, are simultaneously drinkingin generous amounts of the yin
chi, the yang chi and sourceenergy, until every chakra is

radiating to fill your wholebeing with this beautiful

rainbow activation of sourceenergy and yin and yang chi.
Until you, your body's fillingand your hands are overflowing.
It's pouring out your feet backinto the earth, pouring out
through your gaze, through yourvoice, and being actively
expressed in every gesture thatyou are making, in your
consciousness and yourphysiology physical,
non-physical, visible andinvisible.

Notice how you feel.
You're probably feeling a wholelot more energized and coherent
and wonderful at this point.
Now, that's the full version,the short version.
You just do one breath,postural alignment.
The second breath to bring allof your awareness into and

So we've got one more practiceto do, and then I'm also going
to share with you a a healingprocess which will be more for
you to receive than to activelypractice.
The next thing that I want toteach you share with you more
accurately, um is is the firebreath practice.

Now, this is the originalversion of this that I learned.
It came from the sweet medicinecommunity and teachers, and
it's been inspired by versionsthat have been shared in books
about the work of Toltec shamanDon Juan, by a few different

people whose names momentarilyescape me my apologies for those
people whose names I can't give.
So this practice stimulates,awakens, strengthens and
cultivates the kundalini, or thesexual creative life force
energies of a human being.
Again, I do this five morningsa week and I find it incredibly

helpful for maintaining a strongcoherence of my energy,
shifting to higher bands ofvibration.
It's a really beautiful thingto do and I encourage you to do
it.
What we're going to?
So the first thing when we'redoing this is because we're

(46:41):
working from the root chakra uponce we start actively breathing
, which is a common pattern inthe western world.
However, if you just work fromthe root chakra up, you can tend
to blow out the higher chakras,like the third iron crown, and
cause cumberland psychosis,which is not very helpful.
So what we're going to startoff by is inviting and I'm

(47:02):
asking you to do this with me sothat we're all together
inviting source energy to flowdown into the crown chakra to
gently feel, harmonized, clear,balance the crown chakra.
Then blow down in the third eyechakra and gently harmonize,
clear and balance, and then blowdown into the throat chakra,

(47:23):
gently harmonize, clear andbalance, and then blow down into
the solar plexus chakra, gentlyharmonizing, clearing and
balancing.
Then flow down the sacralchakra, gently harmonizing,
clearing and balancing.
Flow down in the root chakra,gently harmonizing and balancing
.
What we're going to do when wecome to the active breathing
part, which is what we're goingto do next, is to breathe source

energy down and concentrate it,expand it into the root chakra
and then, as you breathe outwith will and intention, it's
like you're directing the energyof your breath into the root
chakra.
Like then, as you breathe outwith will and intention, it's
like you're directing the energyof your breath into the root
chakra, like you'd blow on afire and that is going to fan
that beautiful, fiery life forceenergy, expand it like a fire

does when you blow on it.
And then we're going to work upthrough the chakras, back in
through the skeleton and intothe cells and then out
throughout the whole energy body.
And when you breathe in youwant to bring a little gentle PC
lock of the muscles around yourperineum.
So breathing in all that intothe chakra, then breathing out

with force and intention, with abreath through pursed lips.
Second breath for the rootchakra, third breath for the
root chakra.
Then you keep breathing intothe root chakra and that fire
energy is going to expand upthrough everywhere.
So breathing in, expanding intothe sacral.

(48:57):
Second breath for the sacral,third breath for the sacral.
First breath for the solarplexus.
Second breath for the solarplexus, third breath for the

(49:25):
solar plexus.
First breath for the heart,second for the heart, third for
the heart.
First for the throat, secondfor the throat, always breathing
into the root chakra, expandingup for the third breath into

(49:51):
the throat.
Breathing in the root first,expansion up into the third eye,
back into the third eye, thirdinto the third eye, first into

(50:18):
the crown.
Now the next breath is going togo all through the skeleton,
bone marrow, nervous system,central nervous system and
endocrine system.
Breathing in the root chakra andbreathing into the root chakra.
Then breathing that five breathright up through down and out
from the crown chakra downthrough the skeleton of the root

Third breath for the skeleton,bone marrow, central nervous
system, endocrine system.
First breath into theneurofascial network, going from
the bones right out through thesoft tissues.
Second breath the neurofascialnetwork.

(51:03):
Third breath for theneurofascial network.
First breath for all the cellsand mitochondria in the body,
always in the root chakra.
Then expanding heating,intensifying from there.
Second breath for all the cellsin the body and the

(51:24):
mitochondria.
Third breath, all the timebreathing generous amounts of
source down, concentrating inthe root chakra.
Breathing into all the DNA ofyour whole being.
Third breath Breathing into allthe molecules, the atoms, the

(51:51):
subatomic particles and all thespace contained within your
physical body, expanding into,from the root chakra through the
chakras, through the skeleton,bone marrow, central nervous
system, all the cells.
Then into the molecules, atom,subatomic particles and space
between pc lock.

(52:12):
Now we're going to do the PClock, breathing that all until
it expands out into your energybody.
First breath with energy body.
Second breath of expanding theenergy body.
Third breath, expanding theenergy body.

(52:36):
Fourth breath, fifth breath,sixth breath, seventh breath,
eighth breath, ninth breath,eighth breath, ninth breath.

(52:59):
Now you're likely to be feelingquite altered by this point,
very energized, and your stateof consciousness really elevated
to a nice, pure, present,grounded state of being.
Quick version of this is justthree breaths for all three
chakras, all seven chakras, one.

(53:27):
Then three more breaths for thewhole skeleton central nervous
system, bone marrow, endocrinesystem cells, mitochondria
Whoops.
No endocrine system cells,mitochondria whoops.
No neurofacial network cells,mitochondria, dna molecules,

(53:52):
atoms, subatomic particles.
In the space between threebreaths, and then three breaths
out from the root chakra,expanding right out to fill the
energy body as well.
And even with a quick version,always remember to bring source
energy down through all thechakras to gently balance,
harmonize and clear before youdo the next step.
You might be feeling a littlebit different by now.

(54:15):
I know I am.
I'm feeling comprehensivelydifferent.
So we're going to have anothersong, which is Temple Door, and
I ask you just to refresh.
You know, push everything outof your bubble Posture, bringing
all your awareness into andthroughout your physical body
and your energy body in thespace outside your energy body.
Yin chi pouring up through yourbody, yang chi pouring down

(54:39):
through your body, plugging intosource, continually lighting
body and your energy body in thespace outside your energy body,
yin chi pouring up through yourbody, yang chi pouring down
through your body, plugging intosource, continually lighting up
with source energy, all sevenchakras generously drinking in
abundant amounts of yin yang andsource until you're radiating
that rainbow source activation.
So you're generouslyoverflowing continually.
And then we've just done thefire breath as well.
So just enjoy this song and bevery present with everything
that you're experiencing in themost beautiful way possible.

permission, to come in andsurround and hold your entire

this beautiful pure sourceenergy filling your whole being,

happening at all for you.
This energy will only move intoyour system if you actively

throat chakra and still movingdown and only a little way out
through your energy body andcoming in or only moving out,
it's not complete yet you justhit pause and and you stay
paused until you feel like yourheart are beautifully completely
filled with this beautiful puresource energy.
So now I'm going to move on thenext step, where I'm going to

ask for your permission toinvite the source energy that
has now filled your entire beingand consciousness in every way
possible, as beautifully aspossible, to increase fractal
complexity, the fractal richness, the fractal depth, the fractal
vitality and the fractalrichness, the fractal depth, the

fractal vitality and thefractal sophistication of all of
the energy systems on allscales of fractal dimension,
throughout the whole of yourbeing.
And the intention of thisprocess is that it sets you up
for non-dramatic, beautiful,graceful, easy evolution.

Evolution in terms of steady,incremental evolution, but also
sometimes evolutionary leapsthat you have, these beautiful
shifts in coherence, inconsciousness, in harmony,
balance, in empowermentthroughout your being over time.
Now it's highly likely you'regoing to need more time here,

because I'm going to move on andgo through the rest of the

Both forms are really beautiful.
I absolutely.
For me, it's non-negotiable tobe doing Qigong five mornings a
week and I would encourage youto consider doing the same.
Yoga is a great alternative.

that has a whole lot of yoga anda whole lot of Qigong.

He's a beautiful teacher.
Exercise is incredibly important.
It can be very easy, whenthere's a lot going on and
you're being overwhelmed by badnews and scary things, to drop
your self-care practice and stopyour exercise programs.
Don't do that.
Keep exercising.
Resistance exercise, you know,five days a week is super

(01:06:35):
important, even if you're justdoing push-ups.
If you can't do a push-up offthe floor, do them off your
knees.
If you can't do them off yourknees, do them against the wall.
Just do something.
Aerobic exercise, some kind ofdaily meditation, relaxation.
Eating well is incrediblyimportant.
It can be very easy to go intocomfort eating when you're under
stress and afraid of things andand worried about things.

(01:06:55):
So a little bit of comforteating when you're under stress
and afraid of things and worriedabout things.
So a little bit of comforteating.
Well, that's okay.
I mean, I do love chocolate,I've got to tell you.
But don't do it to excess, tothe point where it's harming you
.
Cutting out harmful things fromyour diet as much as you can,
particularly stimulants likecoffee.
Um, and it goes without saying,smoking tobacco is bad for you,
uh, but cut out the kind ofsugar and fat too.

Don't do too much of that sortof stuff.
Now you know, let's talk aboutwhat we can do in your life, in
this world, to make a realimpactful difference.
Now, the Trump regime is anillegal, illegitimate, fascist
Nazi government dictatorship.

Mr Vance VP yesterday wassaying well, no, I don't think
that the President shouldactually take any notice of
