What is an elite performer? Without question, professional athletes are in a class of their own! There are some phenomenally talented people in this world! After years of working with them in their grueling schedules and demanding lifestyles, business executives and entertainment industry professionals are also high level achievers, which I like to call Business Athletes and Artist Athletes. Also on the roster are moms, teachers, social workers, construction workers and many others that are elite performers in their own right looking to push their personal boundaries day in and day out. From my perspective, it is the mindset that set these people apart, not the profession or title. I have a passion to remind people of their own high level potential and equip them with the tools to be exceptional in their field. On this podcast I am joined by Craig Dinkel. Craig is a sprint freestyle and fly swimmer, he trained and competed for years on a world-class level, was coached by two different Olympic coaches as well as the second winningest swim coach in NCAA’s history in all divisions. Some of his accomplishments are: * He twice qualified for Olympic Trials * Earned 23 All-Americans * Set 4 NCAA records * Won 3 NCAA Team Titles * Competed in several International competitions * Won 3 gold medals at Jr. Olympics * Was the fastest inductee into his collegiate Hall of Fame * AND One of his records held for 20 years, the same record that qualified him as the 2nd fastest sprint freestyler in the world at one time. In addition to his exceptional and elite athleticism, Craig is owner of Biotropic Labs, a supplement brand that I love! He and I discuss his brand, some of the formulations and how it all came to be. I had such a great time talking with him and hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did!
