In this episode, I talk about the truth that while mindset really does matter — it isn’t everything. There are times in life, especially through grief and trauma, when we can be doing all the “right” things and still feel stuck, heavy, or disconnected. And that’s okay.

I share my own experiences of navigating deep loss and healing, and how I came to understand that real resilience isn’t about pushing through or bypassing our feelings — it’s about honoring them, alongside taking care of our physical and emotional wellbeing. Sometimes the body needs as much support as the mind does.

This conversation is an invitation to give yourself grace, lean into community, and remember that even in the midst of struggle, there is still beauty, growth, and life to be found.
