Season 2 Episode 6: When You Just Don’t Have It In You

In this episode, I open up about the days when you just don’t have it in you — when the weight of it all feels like too much and even the smallest steps forward feel impossible. I talk about my own experiences with emotional overwhelm, grief, and the pressure to keep showing up when your body and heart are asking you to slow down.

I share how learning to truly listen to my body, honour my nervous system, and give myself permission to pause became powerful parts of my healing journey. This conversation is about vulnerability, self-compassion, and remembering that sometimes the most productive thing we can do is rest.

From breakdown to breakthrough, I’ve learned that healing isn’t linear — it’s layered, messy, and deeply human. My hope is that this episode reminds you that you’re not alone, that the pause is powerful, and that even when it feels like nothing’s working out… it’s always working out.
