But it's important to remember that it doesn’t define you and how we respond in the hours and days after these things happen, can play a large role in whether we keep ourselves stuck in binge eating patterns, or start learning to end them for good.

I'll explore some dos and don'ts and provide practical steps to help you navigate the aftermath of a binge so you can release feelings of shame and guilt, feel better faster and have some hope of actually breaking the binge cycle.
