In this episode of the Why Wait podcast, I share my personal journey of discovering the low carb lifestyle that transformed my relationship with food and helped me maintain my 30kg weight loss for over two decades. I explain how despite following what I thought was "healthy eating" advice and exercising regularly, my weight was slowly creeping up until I met with a nutritionist who introduced me to low carb eating. I reveal how switching from high-carb foods to protein-rich meals with healthy fats not only helped me lose those stubborn extra kilos but also eliminated my constant hunger, improved my energy levels, and ultimately inspired my career as a nutritionist and weight loss coach for women who struggle with similar challenges.
