That's not about hustle, butembodiment.
She's also the host of wealthembodied and brings together
ancient wisdom, quantummechanics, and business strategy
in a way that's truly magnetic.

(01:27):
Welcome, Alara.

Alara (01:29):
Hello Beverly.
Thank you so much for having mehere.

Beverly (01:32):
I actually was on a podcast earlier today as the
guest and I talked about hustleversus soul, so I'm super
excited about this conversation.
'cause I've been talking aboutthis for a while too, and I know
that probably have a little bitof a different approach, but
probably some similarities too.
So let's go back to thebeginning of your
entrepreneurial journey.
What led you to start yourbusiness and what did those
early days look like for you andthe oracle of wealth?

Alara (01:54):
This is actually my third business, this business was
divinely orchestrated before Iwas doing this business.
I was working with horses anddoing physical body work on
performance horses.
And I was an animalcommunicator.
And one day my higher self cameto me and said, you're gonna
start working with people?
And I was like, no, I'm not.
Thank you.
Goodbye.
It wasn't up to me.
And that is what happened.

(02:16):
I moved through my resistanceand now I adore it.
But that is the open, honestquestion there.

Beverly (02:20):
How did you start animal communication?
It's funny, I wanted to be amarine biologist before I became
a marketer, but how did theanimal communication love start?

Alara (02:27):
That's super interesting, Beverly.
'cause I was a scuba divinginstructor many years ago and
all of those things aregorgeous.
I'll have to tell you, they'reall beautiful.
The animal communication startednaturally just when I was
working with the horses andworking on their bodies.
I was doing physical therapy totheir bodies and they started
talking to me about what wasreally going on and what was
really causing them the issuesand the stress, and oftentimes

(02:48):
even trauma that they hadbefore.
The owners that I worked withwere very good people.
You are only a good person ifyou're hiring a physical
therapist for your horse.
But previous owners, oftentimesthat trauma would come out as I
was working on the horse.
So that all happenedorganically.
And it was one of those giftsthat at first I just
communicated to the horse and Ididn't tell anybody about it.
And then it was like, okay, somy closest clients who I felt

(03:11):
very safe with, I exposed tothem my gift and it just really
took off.
And from there it was like, okay, this is this one of those
things I have to do'cause I cando it.

Beverly (03:20):
So how did you move from animal communications to
Oracle Wealth?
Was there a spark or moment thatshifted entirely where you're
supposed to be?
Was there one moment or was it aseries of moments that said,
okay, this is where I need togo?

Alara (03:30):
No.
That's when Higher Self came inand said, you're gonna start
working with people.
And at that point I had shiftedcompletely out of equine
physical therapy.
'cause it required me to govisit the animals.
And it took a lot of time andmuscle.
And I'd gone through twopregnancies.
So I was doing animalcommunication full time and
Yeah.
And Higher Self said, you'regonna start working with people.
And I was like, no, I'm not.
And then all of the calls afterthat, the information that was

(03:54):
coming through was not about theanimal, it was about the owner.
And I was like I better own thisbecause it doesn't seem right
that they're calling me up abouttheir dog and I'm telling them
all about them.
So I better rebrand this veryquickly so that people don't
feel, they never did, they neverfelt like I was misleading them
or anything.
Yeah.
But it was important for me tobe of integrity.

Beverly (04:12):
Awesome.
One of our clients is anaturopathic, doctor, she runs a
pet food store.
And so she's all about thedifferent modalities of healing
from the inside out, which isamazing.
So that's why I was so curious.
I love this so much.
Tell me about who you help asthe oracle of wealth.
Dive deep into your niche, butalso talk about the
transformation that you offer.

(04:32):
Give us like a real worldexample of someone that you have
worked with.

Alara (04:36):
I help women and I help those entrepreneurs, the female
visionary entrepreneurs who youknow, have been in business and
have felt like for some reasonall of everything they've
learned about business hasrubbed them the wrong way.
The bro marketing, thedifferent, strategies and
systems just doesn't feel likeit aligns to who they really

(04:56):
are.
And they've done the things andthey keep, doing it because
that's what everybody says todo, but deep inside they feel a
resistance, they feel amisalignment, and they know that
there's another way to dobusiness.
I'm really here to help them toconnect to their aliveness,
their feminine power, theirerotic wealth, and learn how to

(05:19):
move that through their bodies.
Move it through into theirbusiness and become highly
magnetic and absolutelytransform business and how we do
business as women.
So most of my clients come to meand they have a business.
Many of them come and they havea successful business.
Some of them come and they'restarting off.

(05:40):
They've often been in energiesof control, of exhaustion, of
burnout.
They are hustling, they'restriving, and they're done.
Like it doesn't feel good tothem anymore.
And what happens when we work iswe reconnect them to their
power.
'cause none of that is power.
None of all of that energy ispower.
That's all the frequency offorce.

(06:02):
And force will always burn youout because it doesn't
organically sustain itself.
In the frequency of force, youhave to have something pushing
against it.
So you always have to show upand push, hustle, strive, grind,
do the things, have the endlessto-do lists, not have enough
time, not have, the luxury ofdoing the things that you want
in life.
That's all force.
Power, however, is where weactually get to do a lot less

(06:26):
because every action that we'retaking is deeply intentional.
And highly impactful.
And it creates a ripple.
So now you have tremendous timeto play, to be with your family,
to go on vacations, do whateverlights you up, because every
action that you take in yourbusiness creates a ripple
effect.
So it's a massive transformationfrom the inside out.

(06:51):
And we work a lot with thenervous system and the mind and
getting into the body andunderstanding what is alignment,
what does it feel like to bealigned?
What does it feel like to feelempowered, expanded, embodied in
your power, in the resonance ofyour unique brand,'cause you're
a genius.
There's nobody out in the planetthat is like you.

(07:13):
You're special in who you are,and there's a particular voice,
a particular expression, particular gifts and medicine
that want to come through you.
And so I help them to embodythat and learn how to bring that
through in their business.
But it goes into their lives, ittransforms their relationships,
all of that.
So for instance, I had onewoman, she was coming to me and

(07:34):
she had already a successfulbusiness.
She was making like$48,000 amonth.
And we got her in a couple ofmonths, making$83,000 a month,
working three hours a week.
Now I will say she wasestablished.
And then I've taken other womenwho are not established, and
making zero, or making, a couplehundred, a couple of thousand

(07:54):
dollars.
For instance, I had one womanwho came to me and she'd been
struggling for several years.
She was, making a thousand to$3,000 a month.
And we got her up to 15 kconsistent months, relatively
short.
It was about six to eight monthsthat took us.

Beverly (08:09):
So I heard a couple things that are definitely very
similar to my approach and whatI have been through personally
that you're sharing.
I consider myself a highperforming female founder, who
was caught in a competition trapand was carrying a should
suitcase.
I should have my business thisway.
'cause society said this is whatsuccess looks like.
So the suitcase was prettyfreaking heavy and I was pushing

(08:31):
it along.
Until I was burnt out completelyand actually almost closed the
doors to my business.
And what I realized at that timewas that I had been helping my
other clients, I call it awakentheir magic in what they do.
Everybody has magic thatsometimes it's already inside of
you.
I don't have to go and create itfor you.
It's in there.
It's just awakening it and thenactivating it and amplifying it

(08:52):
is what we do from a marketingand branding standpoint here at
Wickedly Branded.
But it's interesting because somany of my clients have so much
in their heads and until we pullit out, I call myself a
marketing therapist.
When we pull it out and we putit on paper in this really
aspirational way, do they evensee the magic that is possible?
And when you unlock that, awakenthat, uncover that, all those

(09:14):
things there is an energeticshift that happens and you can't
tap down the magic anymore.
For whatever reason, once it'sunleashed, watch out because
it's not gonna go back in thebox.
And I feel so completely honoredto be in that realm, working in
that work.
I've had my own struggles withit.
I was able to overcome itmyself.
I'm sure there's more to go inthe process.

(09:36):
I'm a recovering perfectionist,all the things, right?
So they get in your way.
But I think it's a reallypowerful transformation when you
can help people really live intheir purpose, their zone of
genius in a way that trulyaligns with what you're supposed
to be doing and feels so good tolive in that you can't go back
to what it was before.

(09:56):
I always use the the example of,I used to wake up at 3:00 AM
being completely stressed and Iwake up at 3:00 AM and I have so
many ideas and I'm excited aboutwhat is available to me now.
So did you experience thisjourney?
Did you have to find your wayand awaken your magic?
What did that look like for youto get to here?
What was it about thisparticular business that you had

(10:19):
to like awaken and get to here?

Alara (10:22):
I was running a spiritual mentorship business that was
very successful from the get go.
I was making six figures and Ihad multiple six figures in the
bank.
And honestly from the externalit was like, it's all there,
right?
I'm doing the thing I love, I'mmaking money, I am helping
people transform.
And I had this little voice inmy head that was like more.

(10:43):
More more.
And it was coming from scarcityand lack.
Have money is not wealth.
Money is money.
Wealth is an embodied state ofbeing, that is, from my
perspective, deeply connected incommunion with source, with
nature, with creation in it ofitself.
So even though I had it all Iwent through an experience where

(11:05):
my money was stolen from me, andI watched my six figures in my
bank account go down to zero.
I've always had this gift ofcreating what I want in my life
very easily.
As a child, even people wouldalways say to me like, how do
you do it?
You just get what you want.
So I've always been able to dothat and so literally I was
like, it's just money.
I'll just create it all back.
And that's not what happened.

(11:26):
What happened with my six figurebusiness then collapsed and I
went into debt for the firsttime in my life, and that's when
it really hit me.
Everybody focuses on the theft, but it didn't hit me then I
actually was like, I got this.
It was when I went into debt andI watched my business stop
bringing in clients, everythingcame to a halt that I was like,
okay.
What is really going on here.

(11:48):
And I work very closely with themother.
So in creation we have atrinity, we have the mother, the
father, the child.
They're all God, they're allsource, they're all creation.
They're different aspects of ourinternal dialogue, feminine,
masculine child.
And I work very closely with themother and she came in and she
showed me that power, wealth, and sex are all basically the

(12:11):
same frequencies.
And I held a lot of shame aroundmoney in my spiritual business.
I had this push pull.
I was spiritual, right?
I was a mentor and that was longbefore I even understood what
that meant.
So when I became in my spiritualbusiness, I had this desire to
be wealthy, and then I had thisshame around that that's not
spiritual.

(12:31):
That's materialistic, that'segoic because that's
superficial.
And so I shoved that down and Ishamed and judged myself for
desiring it, even though thedesire was actually innate,
innocent and pure.
And same with my sexual energy.
I had grown up, I got sexuallymolested by my grandfather.
So I held a lot of shame therealso.

(12:51):
And the mother took me throughthe healing of that shame and
also showed me my relationshipto money because that shame had
really created a dysfunctionalrelationship to money and
dysfunctional relationshippretty much to everything.
And one day she said, ask moneyhow you show up?
And I was like, okay.
So I said, money, how do I showup?

(13:12):
And money was like, you don'tshow up.
You want something from me.
There's no reciprocation of youto me.
And honestly, that blew me away,'cause I practiced gratitude.
But I didn't have intimacy withmoney.
I didn't wanna look at myfinances.
Because I held shame there.
I didn't want to have deeprelationship with money because

(13:33):
I felt shame for ever evenwanting it.
So the shame was blocking mefrom my power.
So through that transformationthat the mother took me through
recreated it all but it's from acompletely different frequency.
Everything I do comes from astate of pleasure.
It comes from my erotic current.
It comes from this deep space, this deep intimacy with my

(13:55):
sexual energy, with my power.
None of it comes from the mindbecause the mind is radically
limited in its ability tocreate.
Our womb, however, the actualvessel that literally creates
life is here to hold purecreative life potential in it
and help us utilize thatfrequency, AKA power, money, sex

(14:18):
to create our reality.
So everything I do comes fromthis deep state of aliveness,
arousal, playfulness, joy.
And I have a deep relationshipto money and mother and my body
and and my clients.

Beverly (14:32):
Yeah.
So many things you've saidthere, Alara that are
interesting to me.
I think about, the trauma?
Everyone has trauma, right?
Everyone holds trauma in someway, shape, or form.
And the trauma that carries usthrough a lot of times can be
masked in things that thesociety likes.
So hustle, culture, highperformance, perfectionism, all

(14:53):
those things are celebrated inour culture.
And the trauma can feed thosethings that look positive, but
are actually really negative tothe person who is experiencing
that.
And I've had to work throughsome of that for sure over the
years.
I'm still working through someof that.
I think it's like an ongoingprocess as you evolve.
But the phrase you create fromthe womb, not the mind really

(15:15):
struck me for a couple ofreasons.
One, obviously yes, the womb itcreates, but I also link it to,
I've struggled with infertilityand for a long time I thought I
was broken, but I was creating abusiness and I was creating
these other things that werehappening in my life.
I was still creating, but Iwasn't creating a child.

(15:35):
And when you said creation fromthe womb, it actually struck me
as oh, that makes so much senseto me because I was building
something entirely different.
I was building myself in thiswhole community of people.
And this, a very differentthing, which is my baby.
And in many ways it is my baby.
But that's a powerful phrase forme, specifically because of the

(15:55):
struggles I've had withinfertility and feeling like as
a woman, I was broken because Icouldn't have the baby.
And when you are poked andprodded and all the things, when
you have infertility and peopleare looking at you in a very
vulnerable state, you're prettymuch open for the world to see.
And that was around the timethat I had a big shift in my
business.
So that phrase hit me reallyhard in my center of my soul,

(16:18):
create from the womb and not themind.
I love that so much from myjourney.
I think it's really interesting.
This season is all aboutconfidence.
It is all about how you show upand how you fully feel in
alignment and exist in a waythat gives you confidence.
I don't think confidence isinnate.
I think it's built through smallsteps of courage, small

(16:40):
decisions to not let somethingcontrol you.
Small decisions to show up in away you maybe feels
uncomfortable, but you still doit.
It's not something that is justinnate in some ways, although my
9-year-old has confidence likeyou wouldn't believe.
So maybe it is built inside ofyou, but talk about what part of
your journey has required themost courage and where you've

(17:01):
had to build the mostconfidence.

Alara (17:03):
Yeah, definitely the story I shared that required the
most confidence.
I've always been a veryconfident individual.
But confidence too can besuperficial.
Confidence too can be traumaprojected.
Yeah.
Not into physical reality.
Yeah.
And I was for many yearsprojecting confidence for deep

(17:23):
fear of really being seen in howI felt about myself.
So it was like, as long as Icome up and I come through as
confident, they won't actuallyknow how I feel about me, which
is deep shame, right?
And again, that was strippedaway when I had to really face
that shame.
To me it's much deeper thanconfidence, it's a trust that we

(17:45):
are held and oftentimes that cansound really great.
Oh, we're always hell,fantastic.
Where the fuck is God right now?
Because I'm struggling.
But we are the ones that arecausing the strife.
We're the ones that are causingthe struggling.
We're the ones that are creatingthe tension in our lives.
And what the mother taught mewas a deep state of surrender,

(18:05):
which doesn't mean you give up,absolutely not.
It means that you learn how tolet go.
It means you learn to soften thetension.
The tension that we're holdingin our bodies, right?
The tension we're holding in ourminds, in our emotions, and
breathe and open your energy, and breathe down into your
feminine power, which lives inyour yoni, it lives in your

(18:26):
womb.
And you know what, when youactually embody that frequency,
you don't need quote unquoteconfidence anymore because you
are power.
And it is completely different.
And it's so much fun becauseevery day I let that part of me,
I let my yoni, the femininewithin me.
I let her pick out the outfits.
And let me tell you, I alwaysused to just wear comfortable

(18:48):
clothing.
She never wants to wearcomfortable.
She wants to wear sexy andbright and bold and all these
things, but not because ofanything external.
She wears them all because ofdeeply divine wisdom.
She chooses a particular colorfor that day that is encoded,
that brings that color intoevery video that I'm on.

(19:08):
She brings a particularsensation to my body that when I
put on the outfit, I feel aparticular way.
Everything that she does, because the feminine is power
and wisdom, everything thefeminine within you does when
you're embodied in her is powerand wisdom.
You walk differently, you talkdifferently.

(19:29):
And it's not about confidence.
It's about knowing.
I am the power.
I am the source through whicheverything in my life comes
from.
That's power.
And that just enables us in sucha beautiful way of both like
sassy of I'm the source and alsolike responsibility, like I'm

(19:49):
the source.
I don't get to blame anybodyelse.
I get to hold myself accountablefor my life.

Beverly (19:58):
So my first thing that I feel like I hear you is so
much of the patriarchal societyhas said you can't feel those
things.
That power is scary to them, andthus they have created systems
to reduce our power, to takeaway our power, to negate the
power, even the choice of thewords.

(20:19):
Whenever I hear I typicallydon't swear on my show.
But if you were to say the Pword that they say, oh you're
being a pussy.
They're saying that to you likeas if it's derogatory.
And I have joked with my husbandcall me that all day long.
It freaking gives birth.
What does your testicles do?
Yeah, like your testicles areweak.
They shrink.
When you go in the water, youget kicked there.

(20:40):
You can't talk for 10 minutes,so don't tell me.
So when you call somebody, wecall a testicle because it's not
a pussy.
So I have a whole reframer onthat, but I feel like that
scares men tremendously when westart talking like that.
I feel like it becomes likethis, oh no.
So even like claiming that bodypart back.
In that way is like startling tothem.

(21:01):
Yes.
'cause they have used thosewords against us in a way to
take away the power of what wehave.

Alara (21:07):
It was startling to me.
Yeah.
To use that word was startling.
To reclaim that part of my body,to look at her, to love her.
Yeah.
Was very challenging for me.

Beverly (21:18):
We come from Puritans for God's sakes.
So like sex and shame rightthere for centuries now we've
come from.
If you had power, you were awitch and you were hung or
burned.
I do wanna talk about this froma business perspective.
So how does your power show upin your work?

Alara (21:34):
The feminine is magnetic.
She doesn't need to go out andchase because she draws to her.
So again, everything starts toshift, and this happened in my
own business the chasing.
I gotta do this in order to get,put this out there to get
clients to get money, all ofthis stuff to, I'm putting this
out there because it literallyturns me on.

(21:55):
Like I am turned on in my bodyby what I am creating.
Yeah.
And that's all it is.
That's all I need.
And it is magnetic frequencythat goes out.
And a great direct example ofthis is recently, I felt very
much like some of my programsand things that I offering,
kinda like what you werespeaking to with this podcast
were done.

(22:16):
Like they, I had changed, I hadshifted, I had evolved and they
were done.
And so I closed them.
All in integrity, but it waslike they're closing now,
they're done.
And there was nothing set upthat was money lost in, quote
unquote in my business Like thiswould've been the old me, I'm
gonna lose like thousands ofdollars a month of repetitive
income, but doesn't matter.

(22:37):
It doesn't light me up.
There's nothing.
It's done.
It's complete.
I can no longer carry it.
It's complete.
And so I shut it down and themessage was, right now you're
just gonna focus on one-on-oneclients.
Great.
That's what I'm focused on.
Whatever.
I don't even need to understandwhat that means.
That's just my frequency rightnow.
And then right away, threeone-on-one clients.
Come in and sign up with me.

(22:58):
I didn't have to do anything toget those clients.
This took years of understandingwhat I'm speaking to, this
doesn't just happen immediately.
But this is the end result ofworking in these frequencies
where we are not in performance,we're not in this space of, I
have to do in order to get it isjust that intuitive wisdom.
And that wisdom, the beautifulthing about it, it's so much
beyond us.

(23:18):
It knows, you don't have toworry about the markets and
recessions and what's going onpolitically wisdom's way ahead
of all of that.
If you listen to that wisdom, you will always be on the pulse
of wealth that desires to flowthrough you.
Because guess what?
You are innately abundant andthere is inexhaustible wealth
that desires to flow throughyou.
You just gotta put your fingeron it and it moves.

(23:40):
Yeah.
You have to keep your finger onit.
So that's the wisdom.
It tells you where that is atall times.
And you just listen and you takeaction.
And that is literally it afteryou do the work to get to that
point where you can trust that.

Beverly (23:53):
So how do you stay tapped into that?

Alara (23:55):
It's by creating that relationship, right?
With that wisdom.
And this is really important.
I love that you asked that,Beverly, because people are
always like how do I increase myintuition?
How do I increase that wisdom?
You listen.
We need to own and takeresponsibility because it's that
trust, right?
And just as you said, we've beenbrought up by Puritans.
There's nothing in our societythat has given a lot of value to

(24:17):
this internal knowing, thisinternal wisdom.
The society has given it alloutside of us.
I don't know.
Ask the doctor, ask thescientist.
Ask the guru, they'll tell youwhat to do, but they are not you
my love.
And they're not tapped into you.
And your unique frequency andthe unique way that wealth wants
to come through.
The only one that is tapped intothat is you.

(24:38):
So guess what?
You're the solution and theproblem.
And when you learn that, okay, Ihave to learn, I have to teach
myself, I have to have thecourage.
This, as you said, to takeaction on these.
When I hear it, I have to takeaction and then we have to let
go of expectation.
'cause the other thing we do iswe go, okay, I'm gonna take
action.
Okay.
Where are the results?
Or where's the thing?

(24:59):
We're looking for validation.
Yes.
And as soon as we do that, wecollapse the quantum field down.
All this potential that we'reputting out there by listening
to our intuition can be gone ina second because we are attached
to being validated.
That's not trust.
When we need validation, wedon't actually deeply trust in
ourselves.
So we have to listen, takeaction, let go, listen, take

(25:22):
action, let go.
And it's a practice that youbuild.

Beverly (25:24):
I have a whole talk about this kind of metaphor for
the Wizard of Oz.
I talk about confidence from thecourage of the Cowardly Lion,
who every day was actuallycourageous with his friends, but
he was looking to the Wizard ofOz to solve the problem right
outside of himself when allalong it wasn't about somebody
else.
And I've always said that theman behind the curtain is

(25:45):
actually you.
So the story you're telling orthe how your perspective you're
sharing is very similar into thebelief system I participate in.
It's a little bit different andmore unique, but I feel like so
many people are looking for asolution outside of themselves
when it is you finally making achoice to invest in you do the
work for you.

(26:06):
Now, I have a coach, I have atherapist.
I've done reiki, I've doneacupuncture.
I've done all the things.
I probably need to do somesomatic breathing and other
stuff to release some traumathat I have.
However, when I've done the workon myself is when my power has
come alive and you say it turnsyou on.
I say it lights me up.
Very similar.
It's something internally insideof you that is so alive that, it

(26:29):
can't even be contained.
And when you say magnetic, itradiates from your soul and you
would crack people and there'sabsolutely no question.
One of my content buckets isabout confidence and visibility
because when I reBranded inMarch, I reBranded from BC and
Associates Marketing to WickedlyBranded.

(26:52):
And the shift.
Yeah.
I just got like chills as well.
The shift in just the name wasincredibly powerful.
And I remember looking to myassistant, I said, I don't know
if I'm ready for all this, butthis is it.
It's pushing the button.
We're doing it.
And it wasn't that I didn'ttrust myself necessarily.
It was more of letting it go ofI'm not sure what this is gonna

(27:14):
bring, but I'm like, down forthe ride, whatever that looks
like.
And I remember looking at herand saying, let's do it.
And when we did it, we pushedthe button.
It was something very shifted inthe universe that happened.
And I've never felt morealigned, never felt more in my
purpose, zone of genius.
All the words people use in mypower than.

(27:36):
That was the first step.
And every step since then hasbeen more confident in, I can
handle this power, in myawareness and trust of myself
with this gift that I have beengiven.
