Speaker 1 (00:04):
We hit a year today on the Willpower Podcast.
We've done 53 episodes.
Thank you, thank you, thank youfor your constant support.
That was my mission to do ayear and see how I felt
afterwards and it's been anincredible journey, a lot of
hard work, and so now we'recompleting the year.
And so now we're completing theyear and I am excited to

(00:31):
announce that we are continuingwith the Wheelpower Podcast at
the highest level.
If you liked any of my episodesthis year, just you wait.
Second season starts the firstweek in July.
We are going to kick it offwith a massive movement to help
free you up, and it is not goingto be revealed right now.
I want you to sit and kind ofjust wonder, because the
episodes have almost beencompletely filmed and it is game

(00:53):
changing.
If you listen to these episodes, I promise you you'll be
significantly more free in yourbusiness, in your personal life,
in the way that you think wehave pulled out all the stops
and brought the best informationto you in a format that is
chewable, one week at a time.
You don't want to miss a singleepisode this time, and this

(01:15):
isn't a ploy to get you tolisten and subscribe.
It's 100% the truth.
I created something that theyounger version of me would have
killed to listen to.
I believe that medicalentrepreneurs are the only men

(01:41):
and women who can permanentlysave healthcare.
If you're an entrepreneur, youknow from firsthand experience
that this is something you wereborn with.
It's like a bug.
You just know from an early agethat you see the world a little
bit differently, and oftentimesyou get isolated because you
don't see a lot of otherentrepreneurs around you.
Now combine that withhealthcare a very regulated
space where people don't havethe creative freedom to really

(02:03):
explore what they can do, andthen you create individuals who
are incredibly limited, and sothis is your show.
This show is meant to serve asa network for all of you medical
leaders and entrepreneurs whothink just a little bit
differently, who believe we cando it better to increase our
patients' experience but alsoincrease income for all so that

(02:25):
we're not limited in whom we canserve, the first C being a
commitment to making a change.
So let's talk just a secondabout commitment.
When we make a commitment tomaking a change, we're either
fixing something that we'retolerating, or maybe we're doing
fine, but we just want agreater impact or a different
growth strategy for ourselves orsomeone else.

(02:46):
Rockstarters, as you'relistening to this, I think what
we're recognizing here and thiswas not preplanned is just that
returning to our purpose as towhy we exist as a profession and
, individually, why we chosethis path for us.
Everyone in the profession hassome degree of frustration
because of where we are as anindustry.
Some degree of frustrationbecause of where we are as an
industry.
But, rockstarters, as you'relistening to this, listen to the

(03:09):
hope and listen to the power ofpeople who are coming up, who
know what's happening andthey're choosing it anyway
because they know the impact itmakes.
And, as Heidi was explaining, this thought of like how we
break through the wall isn'ttotally defined for us, but
community, the way we connect asan industry, the way we come
together.
It's important to go to thesePPS events.
It's important to go to any ofthese industry things, no matter

(03:32):
what we feel about how it'sbeing handled, because we need
to gather and if we can gatherand realize our power as
experienced donors and PT.
You know, leaders, with all thetechnology that comes out, you
have to recognize everyone'sgoing to try to utilize it in
their favor.
Right, yeah, it's, it's who canadapt the technology the
fastest.
Um, and then again, who hasurgency?
I think that the thing is withpayers.

(03:53):
They don't have to be urgent, yeah, because they have all the
control.
I think a lot of times in ourindustry there's this new
growing trend of like cash payoutpatient services, but I think
even that is so limited becausewe're still staying in that
sick mindset Like we're allrehab.
