Speaker 1 (00:00):
On this season of the Willpower Podcast, we're diving
into the debate that nobodyasked for, but every business
owner needs Artificialintelligence versus virtual
assistants.
Should you trust the robots orstick with real humans who
actually remember your dog'sbirthday?
You'll hear from early adopters, skeptics and the legends who

(00:20):
have figured out how to free youup without losing the human
touch.
If you've got a business, aheartbeat and a to-do list
that's starting to feel personal, hit, subscribe and let's
figure this out together.

(00:40):
My biggest, my personalexperience and the biggest thing
that happens in my world whenI'm trying to delegate something
to have it go wrong is I forgetto give a deadline and it
totally changes the urgency, theclarity, the necessity of it,

(01:01):
to the point where oftentimes Iget into that mode of like
didn't I give this to somebody?
Yep, didn't, didn't I asksomebody to do this, and then I
start going to that place oflike.
Well, no one can do it betterthan me.
What's one thing you wish youwould stop doing way sooner in
your business?
I'm treating patients.
I do that every day, so Iprobably need to stop doing that
as much, and I probably shouldhave stopped doing that a little
while back.
To be honest, it's almost likea trap.

(01:26):
Right, it's a trap.
People get passionate abouttreating but they choose to
become an owner and then theystay in the business because
they're treating and they justburn out.
I have met the best leaders withzero formal training in the
Philippines, because they havefocus and they have heart.
So when you're hiring whetherit's the Philippines or not, and
especially if you're likeconsidering ever going to the
Philippines to not find someonewho's going to do the silly

(01:46):
things that you don't want to doand be worried about the accent
or whatever please rememberthat you are the most important
tool in this equation.
You are the most importantfactor, because the sharper you
are, the more well-rounded andrested you are, the more you can
take time freely to care for.

(02:07):
You will directly correlatewith the number of lives that
can be changed, that can behelped, that can be supported
and grow.
And I'm not just talking aboutyour patients, and I'm not just
talking about your team, and I'mnot just talking about your
family or your church.
I'm talking about you.

(02:27):
I'm talking about you.
