Chris Johnson was a successful student and athlete before getting caught up in some unhealthy decision making. Once he found himself selling drugs and in the local gang detail book, he knew he needed to make a choice. Enlisting in the U.S. Army sent him down a nearly three-decade path where he learned the importance of leadership, trust, and putting others first. Following his retirement from the military, he began mentoring youth and teaching them critical life skills.
He joins us on this episode of Win This Year to share his experience, wisdom, and ideas on how lessons learned in the military can apply to both youth and parents.
