High school student and young entrepreneur Lauren Skemp is working to increase awareness and support for youth mental health, including efforts to create an app to help teens who are facing mental health challenges. In this episode she discusses the inspiration for and work on the app, the primary mental health challenges teens are facing today, and what things parents and schools can do to help improve teen mental health.
