Since October is domestic violence awareness month, I wanted to create an episode to bring awareness.
Aubrey shares her story with her narcissistic ex fiancé, and how that affected her mental health and her relationship with her now husband.
We discuss children and the things we consider social norms can actually be damaging.
It is all about breaking generational traumas and setting your children up for success to have those healthy relationships as adults.

If you or anyone you know may be experiencing domestic violence, please reach out and I will help you get the help you need. You can also always contact 800-799-7233.
https://www.thehotline.org/ is the website to help you identify abuse and to find more resources.
Remember you are not alone, you are beautiful, and you are worthy.

In this episode we also drank 1922 House sweet red wine.
For fun a fun pairing, you can also try it with and without the seltzer.

I started this podcast 5 years ago to invite you into conversations and workshops that are designed to help make you happier, healthier and more healed. I believe that when you (yes you) feel seen, heard and understood you’re able to deal with relationship struggles, work challenges and life’s ups and downs with more ease and grace. I interview experts, celebrities, thought leaders and athletes so that we can grow our mindset, build better habits and uncover a side of them we’ve never seen before.
