This topic is so prevalent and has effected so many people, that we needed to make two parts to fit it all! We discuss our own experiences on manipulation that we have gone through from past relationships and encounters, as well as,  our own toxic traits that we have discovered about ourselves. 
We start to dive into red flags that listeners and ourselves have learned to watch out for in relationships with significant others, family, and friends.
