Wise words from Dr. Keith McNally, Educator at Digital Vision LLC. Transcript of Question 3: Question number three. I have a fictitious book with all the answers for business. What chapter would you think most companies should read? I think they should read "What does it mean to follow up after the sale?" and so going back to what I just talked about is, as an instructor, I'm in education, of course, and so you always want to do that follow up, especially for those who are transitioning out just because they've made that transition, they're no longer in the military. That doesn't mean all of their problems and all of their frustrations are gone. They're still in transition so they have to acclimate themselves to the civilian culture, a civilian workforce, a new job. And so, being there continually to mentor, coach and guide. You know that, that's really where the power is so we just don't drop them and let them go. You have to continually be there and I still have contact with students have trained. Years and years ago, you know who have gotten their certifications, made it up the ladder in terms of IT and are now project or program managers so that's been really good. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist

It’s 1996 in rural North Carolina, and an oddball crew makes history when they pull off America’s third largest cash heist. But it’s all downhill from there. Join host Johnny Knoxville as he unspools a wild and woolly tale about a group of regular ‘ol folks who risked it all for a chance at a better life. CrimeLess: Hillbilly Heist answers the question: what would you do with 17.3 million dollars? The answer includes diamond rings, mansions, velvet Elvis paintings, plus a run for the border, murder-for-hire-plots, and FBI busts.
