here tonight.
You were like, no way I can missthe badgers.
Finally won.
I gotta be here.
So you're here tonight.
How are we doing on thisWednesday?

SPEAKER_01 (01:06):
We're good.
We're good.
Badgers won a game, andeverything's momentum's
shifting.
Like I think Fickle's alreadyturned everything around.
You know, I think he's he's theguy.

SPEAKER_03 (01:14):
I just well, let's don't get crazy on me.
Don't get crazy on me.
I felt it felt great.
Oh, I I said right off the bat.
I said it felt great for oncewatching that game, seeing a
meaningful jump around.
But honestly, I know a lot ofpeople dislike Luke Fickle, and
you can dislike Luke Ficklebecause you have a reason to

(01:36):
dislike Luke Fickle.
I was so happy for that guy.
I was, I was seeing him on thesideline when they got that when
Mason Posa got that final stop, and you just saw the coaching
staff hug each other.
You saw the excitement from it.
I mean, it was awesome.
It was absolutely awesome.
But before we get there, becauseI don't, I just mentioned the
guy, and I don't want to get toofar ahead of ourselves here.

(01:58):
We got to do our Cossem SpiceBold player of the week.
And I just had to go with MasonPosa.
He had the huge hit late in thegame on Desmond Hill there, who
was taken off for that firstdown marker.
A fantastic play.
This guy, wow.
I mean, it's it's unreal that wemay have not seen him this year

(02:18):
if it would have worked out theway that it was, because it was
Tacka Curtis, it was ChristianAllegro.
We wouldn't have seen as much ofMason Posa.
He's fantastic.
I mean, he left the game at onepoint injured, and he came back
and made that play.
I mean, he came back.
This guy went out injured, and Iwas like, oh no, Mason Posa's
out.
Here we go.
Like, this is the injury bugcoming back.
We're screwed.

(02:39):
And then comes back in, makesthe game-saving play.
Just awesome.
There it was.
Christian, who do you got foryour Casa M Spice Bowl player of
the week?

SPEAKER_01 (02:48):
I think I'm gonna go with this partner in crime with
uh Cooper Candelaro.
19 tackles?
These guys total tackles, right?
That was the I think they saidthat was the most ever by a
freshman linebacker passing TJEdwards when you have like 16 or
something.
Goodness.

SPEAKER_03 (03:03):
Isn't that Justin?

SPEAKER_01 (03:05):
The crazy duo.

SPEAKER_03 (03:07):
These guys are fantastic.
If they stay in Madison, whichis what they say that they're
going to do, if they stay inMadison, wow.
I mean, they the Badgers havetheir defense step there.
I mean, you can go with a lot ofguys here.
Mason Rieger is everythingadvertised.
He's been fantastic up front.
Sebastian Cheeks has beenfantastic for him there.
It was great to see uh RicardoHallman finally get an
interception.
That was awesome.

(03:27):
I bet that felt so good.
Oh my goodness, for a guy likethat.
It was like that game where somany like that's awesome.
Like Ricardo Hallman with thatinterception, the win in total.
The badgers actually score.
I mean, jump around meaningsomething.
All those little things thatwe've missed out on for how many

(03:47):
straight games now?
It just like you just felt it.
And we both said it.
You know, you you had said ittoo, and I had said it.
I said it to my wife rightbefore the game started.
I'm like, I just have thatfeeling the badgers are gonna
win tonight.
And if nobody well believes me,if you see me, you see my wife,
you ask her because she'll tellyou, she'll tell you that I was
telling the truth.

SPEAKER_01 (04:03):
But I know when I was telling you too, yeah, I
thought the same thing.
I'm oh, yeah, he probably thinksI'm just full of it, you know.
No, it's like you have thatfeeling.
It's just a weird feeling youget, you know, where it's like
everything just kind of feelsright here.
And of course, like we all knewwe were gonna see Carter Smith
come in, you know, and it justfeels like things are just you
know gonna work this timearound.

(04:24):
Like they, you know, Macintoshgave Fickle, you know, the again
out of the other vote accounts,he's coming back, you know.
And the you know, you could youknow all the players love
fickle.
So I mean, say whatever you wanton the outside, like in that
locker room, like they supporthim 100%, at least from what I
can tell and what I've heard.
Um like his fellow, everythingwas just kind of like going in

(04:47):
that direction.
And I don't know.
As soon as, and again, as soonas like I know they were like
kind of they were banged up alittle bit too, but like they
kept that offense in check.
Like, I'm not gonna get achance.
They got a chance.
Something stupid and fluky isgonna happen.
And I I think I was even talkingto someone like after that punt,
like you know, they we got thefake punt, we still ended up

(05:09):
hunting, but like kind of pinnedthem deep, and I go, something
stupid's gonna happen.
You're gonna get a turnover andmess around or something and tie
this thing up, and that'sexactly what happened.
So it's just that's when uhPosta had his strip sack, right?
So it's just crazy.

SPEAKER_03 (05:23):
Just huge, and in the awareness of Mason Post a
strip sack and then find theball and go and get it too.
Just all of those little thingsthat he was able to do.
That was, I mean, just like yousaid, just awesome.
See everything set up right inthat game.
The weather, and you and I knowa lot of people are gonna say,
well, it was raining andWashington wasn't able to do
what they wanted, or snowing, basically, and that Washington

(05:44):
wasn't able to do what theywanted.
Yeah, you you're right, you'reright.
But that's football.
That's the reason the stadiumknows.

SPEAKER_01 (05:51):
Isn't that what weather's like in Washington
half the time?

SPEAKER_03 (05:56):
That's what I thought.
I'm like, they should be used tothis.
I mean, it's maybe not as cold, like well, it's probably just as
cold.
It's probably just as well.

SPEAKER_01 (06:03):
Same thing with Oregon, same thing with the
Oregon game a couple weeksbefore that.
Like it was rainy and stuffthere, and like we I don't know,
defense played well againstOregon, you know, kept you know,
the normally high-powered duckoffense kind of in check.
We just didn't have any offensewhatsoever because we had Hunter
Simmons still under quarterunder under Slender.

SPEAKER_03 (06:22):
100%, 100%.
And we're gonna we're gonna getto that.
We're gonna get to that.
I I thought, you know, youbrought up a good one there with
Hunter Simmons, and I want totalk about that kind of
controversy that we see rollinginto uh into this week against
Indiana.
But the big one coming off ofthere, I guess the what a lot of
social media was talking aboutwas this field storming.

(06:42):
And some people had a problemwith it.
They're kind of poking fun atthe badgers, they're like, oh,
you're three and six, you beatthe number 23 team of the
country, and you're storming thefield.
I had no problem with it.
I'm gonna I'm gonna look, I wantto like talk about this from an
outside perspective.
Try to, I guess, say.
Like, I if let's just sayMinnesota is in the same boat as

(07:04):
Wisconsin, they lost how manygames in a row?
Your head coach, they feel likehe's gonna get fired.
You have barely anybody showingup to the games anymore.
It's just a craptastic thing.
And you win a game against aranked team who you are supposed
to have no business beating.
I'm I'm okay with you stormingthe field.
Because what this program, whatthese fans, the fans that

(07:26):
actually showed up, what they'vebeen through, what we've all
been through, watching thisteam, talking about this team,
yelling about this team, postingabout this team, whatever, you
deserved it.
You deserved every second ofstorming that field and just
feeling good for one second, just feeling like maybe, just
maybe there's a glimmer of hope.

(07:48):
This program is heading in thedirection that maybe we want to
see it go.
I mean, did you have a problemat all with the the field?
I mean, I don't see how youcould have, but did you have a
problem with it?

SPEAKER_01 (07:59):
No, not at all.
No, nothing.
Like you said, it's been a veryfrustrating, it's been a very
frustrating three years.
Um like especially the lastcouple years.
Like you get you see fickle andlike who the types of recruits
he's bringing in.
Like, I don't know.
It's just it didn't make sense, like they should be better.
Yeah, and I think the big partof it too is there were the

(08:23):
expectations, but then how manytimes does a quarterback go down
with an injury, you know?
Um and that's just I don't know.
Indiana's head coach at hispress conference uh one of these
days this week was asked aboutfickle, and he talked about how
great of a coach the somebodywas, and like he's you know,
he's really good and blah blahblah, but like he's only had a

(08:44):
starting quarterback for 30% ofthe time he's been there.
Like, what can you do with that, you know?
Right.
So I think that says a lot abouthim too, like um that the guy
like Signety, who's kind ofarrogant, you know, or whatever.
Like, but again, what's hesupposed to say, anyways?
But he's he's right though.
Like, nothing has gone right.
So when they finally get overthe hump and like it's well

(09:06):
documented that fickle's oh andten all time against uh ranked
opponents with Wisconsin, likehe finally gets that hunky off
his back.
Wisconsin fans have somethingthey can finally celebrate.
Why not rush the field?
Who cares?

SPEAKER_03 (09:19):
I'm 100% with you.
I don't I don't really see howthere's a problem with it at
all.
And if you guys let me know whatyou guys think on that, yeah,
let me know what you guys think.
715-990-4914.
That is 715-990-4914.
Let us know what you think aboutthe badger football.
Let us know what you think aboutthat game, what you thought
about that game, and let us knowwhat you think about the field

(09:39):
storming of a team that's youknow, not like you beat the
number one team in the countryor anything crazy like that, but
you won a game and it felt good, and you just wanted to get down
there.
There's nothing against it,there's no law telling you no,
so you might as well.
I mean, I paid for admission, Imight as well get down on the
field if I can.
That's that's just where I'd beat.
I'd be like, oh, I paid to getin here.
I might as well get down on thefield.

(10:00):
It's something I can do.
I mean, might as well.
So, I mean, anyways, let's lookat this Badger game.
So, this is the one I guessgoing into Indiana week that I'm
I shouldn't say I'm worriedabout, but I am.
I don't want to see HunterSimmons.
I don't.
Unless if you're worried thatyou're gonna break Carter Smith
because you think that maybeIndiana's defense is that good

(10:20):
that they're just gonna hurt hismorale.
Okay, maybe.
But other than that, I'm goinginto this game.
I thought they put the trainingwheels on Carter Smith a little
bit because I know he can throwthe football.
I mean, they I think they askedwhat's his dad's name, Dan there
across social media.
I saw he posted and he's like, Imean, we've seen he posted
videos or whatever of his boythrowing.
We know Carter can throw thefootball.

(10:40):
We just got to take the trainingwheels off, let the guy throw
it.
Get Vinny Anthony involved, getTrek involved, get these guys
involved.
You have playmakers and you knowCarter Smith, and this is the
fun part.
This is the fun part aboutCarter Smith.
He's got size, so you know hecan run.
He's a very good runner, but hecan also we know he can sling
the football, which is going togive him a little bit of an
element that the badgers haven'tseen at the quarterback position

(11:02):
in a while.
Hunter Simmons can't do thosetwo things.
Danny O'Neill can't do those twothings.
Both of them can do one or theother, but not as well as what
Carter Smith can do and what wethink Carter Smith can do.
So in this game, I'm saying letit ride with Carter Smith, see
what happens, let him sling it.
Don't hold back.
The thing with the the beauty ofit is, I don't believe, and

(11:24):
nobody believes, that theBadgers are gonna win this game.
Nobody.
So just throw Carter Smith outthere and let him let's just see
what he can do.
Let Jeff Grimes see what he cando with Carter Smith within his
offense.
That's what you need to see now.
This isn't a season where you'relike, oh, we're going dancing.
I maybe if all the stars alignedjust right, you could win out

(11:46):
the schedule and go into a bowlgame.
But that's probably not whereit's trending.
So you're you're already at alost season.
You might as well see whatGrimes can do with this guy.
Let it ride, see what happens.
What do you think, Christian?
I mean, I'm going in this gamesaying I don't want to see Milos
and I don't want to see HunterSimmons.
I just want to see Carter Smithrun the offense.

(12:06):
He's finally got a week workingwith the number ones.
It's not like he's coming offthe practice squad just jumping
in now.
He's had a week with the numberones.
Just let it ride with the guy,see what he can do, because
that's what we brought him herefor was to be the number one
quarterback at some point.
The season's lost, he might aswell do it now.

SPEAKER_01 (12:21):
Oh, absolutely.
I don't have any concern aboutwhether or not we're gonna see
Hunter Simmons.
Unless Carter Smith gets hurt.
I think it's that's gonna beCarter Smith all the way.

SPEAKER_03 (12:31):
I hope so.

SPEAKER_01 (12:32):
The only the only reason Hunter Smith Simmons even
made an appearance, you know, atthe end of the first half is
because I mean, he probably inthat moment was a better passer
than Carter Smith Yombe, especially because I think with
Carter Smith their playbook waspretty limited.
Um, they were only planning onprobably, you know, because I
what I heard was it was gonna beDanny O'Neill's game, and then

(12:52):
they were gonna have somepackages for Carter Smith.
And I'm guessing all almost allthose packages probably revolved
around like you know, the runoption with him, you know, being
as mobile a quarterback as heis.
So I don't know.
I felt like every single timethey called a passing play for
him, he was moving.
He like he was out of thepocket, he wasn't sitting in the
pocket doing anything.
So I agree, he's got a week now,and I mean they also asked

(13:15):
Grimes too about his offense andstuff, and like how much of it
he's actually been able to getto this year with all the
revolving doors to thequarterback and stuff, and he
pretty much said none.
Like it's as vanilla as vanillagets, which makes a lot of
sense, you know, seeing whatwe've been seeing all season
with almost no offense outthere.
So I think I think we're gonnadefinitely see Carter Smith all

(13:37):
of you know, most if not all theentire game.
So and like you said, what likewhat literally what do you have
to lose?
If they can beat Indiana atIndiana, then I fully will be on
board of we can run the table,we can get to a bowl game.
Because if we can beat Indianaat Indiana with like what
they're the highest scoringoffense in the cut in college
football, if they can beat themat Indiana, they can beat

(14:00):
Illinois at home, they can beatMinnesota at Minnesota.
I'm not worried about that, sowe'll see.
But I don't know.

SPEAKER_03 (14:07):
We need the stars to align.
That's what we need.
We need the stars to align.
And never do some magic for usthere.
And you know, it's exactly whatyou said.
You have nothing to lose.
It's what we're saying.
You have nothing to lose, runwith it, see what you can do
with the rest of the schedulehere.
And I thought Luke Ficklestarted to do that.
We've talked about in weeks pastwhere like he's playing some
conservative football at times,he's not really going for it,
and then you see a fake punt andyou see some of this other crazy

(14:28):
stuff that he's rolling withnow, and it's like, okay, nope,
never mind.
Now he's fully embracing the whynot, let's do it.
Get rid of the team vest.
He said he still wore it oranything.

SPEAKER_01 (14:37):
He didn't he didn't even wear, he didn't even wear
the vest.

SPEAKER_03 (14:39):
Yeah, he said it was under the sweatshirt.
I'll just keep it off.
Maybe if it's under thesweatshirt, leave it under the
sweatshirt.
Maybe he's got a rock.
Maybe he's gotta just go cut offsweatshirt, Bill Belichick
style.
Maybe that's what he's got todo.
I don't know.
He's gotta find a style.
He's gotta find a style to geton there.

SPEAKER_01 (14:57):
The vest is not it.

SPEAKER_03 (14:58):
No, it is not, it hasn't been it.
We got to turn over a new leaf.
And when he wasn't wearing that,I was like, okay, here we go.
Here we go.
We're turning the program rightnow.
This is this is what'shappening.
We're we are winning, we'regoing to the Super Bowl.
I don't even care.
We're going to the Super Bowl.

SPEAKER_01 (15:16):
That was part of the that was part of the things, you
know.
Like, I feel like we're going towin this game.
And that was one of the reasonsbecause Fickle was not wearing
his vest.
His team.

SPEAKER_03 (15:24):
You just felt great.
You just felt great there.
So we got the Badgers coming upthis weekend.
They're going to be taking onnumber two Indiana on the road
at Indiana at 11 o'clock there.
When we come back from thecommercial break, we're going to
talk a little badger hoops.
We're going to talk some women'shoops, and then we're going to
get over into some buckstocklater with Kyle.
We'll be right back here.
Welcome back into WisconsinSports on the Go with Trage.

(15:45):

Follow, like, subscribe acrossall social media.

(16:26):
You help us out to help us growthere.
So Christian Badger Women'sBasketball, off to a pretty good
start here.
Two and one start here.
They're going to be taking onbowling green.
That's coming up tonight here,as we're talking, basically.
They're playing right nowagainst bowling green.
But a decent start here shouldbe three and oh.
The Marquette game kind of lostthat one late.
But I'm liking what I'm seeingout of this team.

(16:47):
It looks like it's a little moreorganized.
We're seeing a better play.
We're seeing some good thingsout of this team.
What have you liked, I guess, sofar out of this?
Just, I mean, just a quickhitter, just some of maybe some
of the things you've liked outof the program so far.

SPEAKER_01 (17:00):
I just actually I've caught one game, I think, but uh
I think I like kind of theyouth, honestly.
Uh, there's a few like reallygood young players.
Like they had one girl, like hadlike six blocks in a game right
away.
So I mean that's as a freshman, not and then she's depth, so not
bad.
But um, I just kind of like themakeup of the team.

(17:20):
I feel like Robin, I think it'spinched in.
Is that her name?
Sounds right.
She's doing a pretty good job.
She actually did a pretty goodjob of like rebuilding this team
after the mess that MarissaMosley left behind.

SPEAKER_03 (17:31):
Agreed 100%.
And I mean, bringing in somegood recruit uh bringing some
good transfers in.
Like you were talking somerecruits, but then bringing in
uh like Destiny Howell there, the senior there from Queens.
She's been fantastic to startthis young season uh for this
badger team.
So just a lot of good piecescoming in, and then Porter's
been great for them so farthere.
Good pieces, and that's what wewant to see out of this team is

(17:52):
just the growth.
So we just want to talk aboutit.
Just the growth of this team, and just keep an eye on it.
I mean, it's some exciting stuffto see another program at UW
kind of stepping up and showingout there.
The wrestling team, they had agreat weekend there at Iowa
State.
There's a lot of guys whofinished high up in the rankings
there, finished high.
Some actually finished on thepodium.
So some great stuff there acrossmany programs in Wisconsin.

(18:13):
Number two, uh, Michigan.
They fell to number 10,Wisconsin there in men's hockey.
So that was awesome to see.
So just some great stuff acrossthe board.
The men's team basketball rightnow, they got.
I mean, there's there's only somuch we can talk about with the
men's team right now.
They're playing great, they'replaying great to start this
young season so far.
There's some good, there's somebad.
Not uh, I mean, more good thanbad, right?

(18:35):
It's hard to it's hard to gaugeit all right now because you are
playing lesser opponents at thisvery moment.
These are just the tune-upgames.
And from what we've seen so farright now, I mean, you can look
across the board with this team.
They're 3-0 right now.
Nick Boyd has been asadvertised.
They're both him and JohnBlackwell are averaging 23
points per game.

(18:55):
Then you look at a guy like NoanWinter, 14 and a half.
You look at Austin Rapp, 10 anda half.
You have some very good scoringthere.
That's a good big three, bigfour right there, if you want to
call it it.
So, I mean, right now,Christian, when you when you
talk about this men's basketballteam, what are some of the
things, some of the players thatare sticking out to you at this
very moment?

SPEAKER_01 (19:13):
I think what I like the most about the team is like
any any given player could leadthe team in scoring.
So, like the first night it wasuh Blackwell dropping what 31,
and then Boyd went off the nextnight, and now last night, Nolan
Winter was the guy, you know, like had another double-double
and had a huge game.
So that's it, and so that's Ithink I really like that about

(19:36):
this team is you can't reallyjust shut them down just by
stopping one guy, right?
They're gonna find a way to, youknow, someone's gonna score.
If it's not Blackwell, it'sprobably gonna be Boyd.
If it's not one of those guys,it's probably gonna be, I would
say, Winter, or I think I'm I'mwaiting for the Austin Rap
breakout game.
I'm waiting for it.

SPEAKER_03 (19:55):
I think he's waiting in the wings at this point
because everybody else is doingtheir part.
He doesn't have to do so muchright now, but we know when that
guy gets going, he can shoot itwith the best of them.
Same with a guy like NolanWinter.
So though this is gonna be a funteam.
This is gonna be a really funteam.
They're going to be taking onit.
It is Southern Indiana.
We said right, it's southernIndiana.
I think it's southern Indiana, southern Indiana, um university,

(20:19):
Edwardsville Cougars.
It's some college that they'regonna be taking on on the 17th.
So what?
That's coming up here this nextweekend that they're gonna have
that game, the 17th, and thenafter that, they got their big
test.
They're gonna head to Salt LakeCity, they're gonna be taking on
BYU, number seven, BYU, and thenthey play Providence.
So you have one more tune-upgame, and then I mean you're

(20:39):
taking you're taking out BYU,you got Providence, then you
start Big Ten play.
You got Northwestern, you gotMarquette, you got Nebraska, you
have some very good games tostart out the Big Ten slate, and
then you see Bill uh Villanovasandwiched in there, random game
against Central Michigan andMilwaukee, and then you have
Purdue and UCLA.
So the tune-up games you have.

SPEAKER_01 (20:59):
You have one and then Michigan right behind them.

SPEAKER_03 (21:02):
Yep, yep.
This schedule is gonna get scaryreal fast here.

it's looking good as of latehere.
A lot of exciting stuffhappening around the UW

So it's it's just great to see.
It's great to see some of the uhsome of the other athletic

(21:39):
programs that aren't talkedabout as much stepping up and
into the spotlight a little bitand showing out there.
So love to see that volleyballteam.
We forgot to mention that.
Some big ranked wins over thislast week.
So some great stuff there.
So with that, we're gonna beback here after the quick
commercial break.
Kyle's stopping by.
We have some buck stock to getto yet today here.

So I told you guys went to thebreak.
Kyle's hopping in on now.
We're gonna talk a little bucksand then we're gonna talk a
little NFL talk.
So, Kyle, how are we doing onthis Wednesday?

SPEAKER_00 (23:01):
Oh, I'm good.
It's coming off a good week.
You know, the the teams arewinning, so I'm loving it.
And had some really good NFLgames this week.
And the NBA, I'm I'm I'm lovingit right now.

SPEAKER_03 (23:15):
The NBA is off to a good start.
It's off to a good start.
There, it's uh I wouldn't sayanyone's really dominant right
now.
It's keeping it a little moreeven keel, a little more level
playing field right now, especially in the Eastern
Conference.
You love to see that and a lotof surprise teams.
So that's what we're gonna kindof talk about here tonight on
the show.
But glad to hear you are doinggood.
And as always, as always, Kyle,we got to start right here.

(23:36):
We got to start with the mellowyellow minute, the trivia
portion of the show in honor ofmy grandpa.
He loved trivia and he lovedmellow yellow.
So we call it the mellow yellowminute.
The the uh topic for tonight, because it was a little icy the
other day.
And people, for some reason, every time it gets icy around
the state of Wisconsin, theyforget how to drive on the ice.

(23:58):
They they go through this summerwhere they can just gun it
wherever they want to go and asfast as they want to go, and
then all of a sudden it gets icyagain or it gets snowy, and they
just completely forget like, what is this?
How do I drive on this?
Oh my goodness.
Like, oh, I gotta go.
Yeah, it's it's yeah, peopledon't know how to plan for it.
It's just madness.
So, our topic is going to be thetop five states with the highest

(24:23):
number of snowstorm-relatedcrashes.
Okay, so there's our list.
This is gonna be our list.
I'm gonna give Kyle the fivestates, and I want you guys to
play along too.
If you can, if you guys canguess the five through one, one
through five, whatever you wantto do.
If you can guess them in order, hit me up.
715-990-4914.
That is 715-990-4914.

(24:45):
If you can guess them onethrough five in order, we'll get
you a prize.
We'll get you a t-shirt overthere from our fantastic new
sponsor there.
So, Kyle, here we go.
And everybody out there, here wego.
Pennsylvania, Ohio, Montana,Michigan, and Minnesota.
So anybody out there playing715-990-4914.

(25:09):
That is 715-990-4914.
Pennsylvania, Ohio, Montana,Minnesota, and Michigan.
Kyle, can you put them in orderfrom five to one because you
love to go backwards?
Five to one.
What do we got there for numberfive on the list?
This one's it's a I'm gonna giveyou this.
It's gonna be a surprise becauseyou would think this one would

(25:31):
probably have a lot of snow.

SPEAKER_00 (25:33):
Yeah.
That's what's yeah, these areinteresting states.
So five, I will go with let's goMontana.

SPEAKER_03 (25:45):
Not Montana, close, close to Montana, close kind of
close to Montana.
Yeah, it's kinda.

SPEAKER_00 (25:52):
Is it Minnesota?

SPEAKER_03 (25:54):
Yeah, Minnesota.
Minnesota is number five.
Minnesota nice, they call itthere.

SPEAKER_00 (25:59):
All right, so Minnesota.

SPEAKER_03 (26:00):
On to number four.

SPEAKER_00 (26:02):
Four, I will go.
Just on Montana at four.

SPEAKER_03 (26:08):
Montana is number four.
So you are down to Pennsylvania,Ohio, and Michigan.

SPEAKER_00 (26:16):
Three, I will go.

SPEAKER_03 (26:21):
Let's go with Pennsylvania three.
Not Pennsylvania.
Okay.

SPEAKER_00 (26:25):
All right.
Then I'll go with let's go Ohiothree.

SPEAKER_03 (26:34):
Ohio is number three.
So you're down to Michigan andPennsylvania one and two.

SPEAKER_00 (26:40):
So my thought has been Michigan one, Pennsylvania
two.

SPEAKER_03 (26:43):
There you go.
Michigan number one.
Michigan has the highest numberof winter driving fatalities and
considered the most dangerousstate for winter driving by most
metrics.
There you go.
There you go.
Michigan, Pennsylvania, Ohio,Montana, Minnesota.
If it's snowing, if it's icy, avoid those roadways anywhere in
those states.
I'm surprised Pennsylvania,because Pennsylvania, they don't

(27:04):
do it with crashes, they justget out of the cars and like
that's just what they do out.

SPEAKER_00 (27:09):
Right.

SPEAKER_03 (27:12):
Just kidding, just kidding.
The people of Pennsylvania aregreat.
They're great.
It's just when sports areinvolved, they get a little
rowdy.
That's all we need to know.
We saw it.
We always see it when thePhillies or whoever is in the
playoffs and somebody goesthere, and you just you don't
even want to attend the gamebecause you just know what's
going to happen out there.
But yeah, so there we go.
There's the mellow yellowminute.
Hopefully, one of you guys outthere got it before Kyle, so we

(27:34):
can get you a free t-shirt overthere.
But we'll let you know acrossthe text in line.
If you want to be involved inany portion of the show, make
sure you're doing it.
Hit your comments, questions, anything like that.
715-990-4914.
That is 715-990-4914.
So, Kyle, we got to talk someBucks.
Bucks looking, I mean, we talkedabout this last week, and it's
like it's the constant themeevery single week when you come

(27:56):
back here.
But this Bucks team, I thinkthey're surprising a lot of
people for what they've beenable to do this year.
Especially, I mean, you go youcome off of a season where
Damian had injuries, right?
Glory.
Damian Lillard, everything likethat.
Dame makes his exit.
You don't know what you're gonnahave in here.
You get Kevin Porter back.
Giannis, the whole offseasonthat was with Shams telling us
he was leaving, he wanted toleave.

(28:17):
Then comes reports that maybe hedid.
We don't, we have no idea.
I'm not even gonna go to thatanymore because I don't even
care.
But the Bucs are coming off animpressive win against the Mavs.
That was after that game theydropped to the Rockets where
they blew that game to theRockets.
Now they came off this gameagainst the Mavs where they made
a comeback.
So, I mean, kind of reversedroles on the Mavs in that one,
came back, won that game.
What are your impressions as oflate here as this Bucs team?

(28:40):
They're kind of, I mean, youlook at they it's uh a win
against the Warriors, lost tothe Kings, beat the Pacers, lost
to the Raptors, beat the Bulls, lost to the Rockets, beat the
Mavericks.
What's your reaction?
The consistency is it is it thatinconsistency right now that's
kind of making you nervous?
Because that's kind of where I'mat right now.
Is it like one night to thenext, you don't know what you're
gonna get out of this team?

(29:01):
What are you seeing right nowout of the box?

SPEAKER_00 (29:04):
Well, I think what you you know you have to look at
this part of the season, especially the teams that went
through a lot of turnover.
I think there's still a learningprocess in terms of you know
which guys work best withGiannis, Giannis's ability to
trust everybody and know whatthey can and can't do in certain

(29:27):
situations, especially late inthe game.
But you know, they're they'reseven and four, they're in the
top six.
I think it speaks to the youknow, the factor of Giannis.
And as long as Giannis is out inthe court, he's one of those
players in the league that thepieces around him can change and

(29:50):
he can still keep themcompetitive.
And I think that's what you'reseeing now.
Now, the good thing with themwinning is that maybe later in
the season.
They'll look even better for itbecause now some of the young
players or some you know some ofthe players who had to up their
role will be more uh experiencedin it and may feel more

(30:12):
comfortable in what they do onthe court around Giannis.
So I think the fact that rightnow they may not be the most
consistent, but they're stillhaving a good season, and I
think that's good for what theycould be, you know, January,
February.
Trade deadline comes around, andyou know, maybe there's a uh
piece out there that you knowyou can go snag with maybe with

(30:35):
some of these players who areplaying a little bit but uh
above above their head rightnow.
So yeah, I don't think there'sanything to necessarily not like
in general with the team, likeseven and four, you'll take that
any day.

SPEAKER_03 (30:51):
They're solid, they're solid across the board.
There, there's nothing superflashy about this team right
now, but there's a lot of solidpieces that are making it work.
There's one guy, so we talkedabout the consistency, and I
don't know, I've I've heard alot of different Bucs fans
talking about this.
Miles Turner, the off-seasonacquisition.
I always get this wrong.
The off-season ad, right?
I that word always baffles me totry to say.

(31:12):
So I'm just gonna say theoff-season ad to make it easier
on myself here.
The off-season ad that the Bucshad there in Miles Turner.
This was supposed to be the bigpiece, right?
The big signing to keep Giannishappy, to keep him in town.
11 points right now per game, right now, in 29 minutes.
He's got two blocks per game.
Not a terrible start to theseason, but would you want to
see a guy like Miles Turner be alittle bit more of a focal point

(31:37):
in the offense?
Right now, it seems like they'reit's a little bit everybody,
right?
It's Giannis, and then afterthat, it's a little bit
everybody.
Hit or mess with these guys.
Do you want to see what you wantto see, and do you think they
need to make him more of a focalpoint within the offense?
Try to get him going along withGiannis because those two could

(31:57):
be a very good front court whenyou put them together.

SPEAKER_00 (32:01):
I mean, I think so.
And you know, right or wrong,Bucks fans, NBA fans are gonna
kind of equate Miles Turner toDame Willard, where you know
they they sent out Lillard, theykind of shocked people with the
Turner signing.
So I think because of that, they're gonna view Turner a
certain way.

(32:22):
And look, when you look atTurner's numbers, yes, the
season's still early, but justbased off of last year, a lot of
his numbers are down.
And that includes usage rate, which obviously factors into
that.
Uh, usage rate uh over thecourse of his career is around
20%, it's down to like 17.5, 18%this season.
And you're seeing a dip, like Isaid, points.

(32:44):
He's down from like 16 a gamelast year to 12, uh, even a free
throw percentage.
He was 77 last year, he's downto 67%.
So it might just be him havingto get used to not being as big
of a part of the process nightlyas he was in Indiana.

(33:08):
Because in Indiana, I mean, eventhen, I kind of thought he could
have done more, but he was kindof seen as that second third
guy, depending on the night withSiakam or him, uh, along with
Halliburton.
Now, because, like you said, youknow, you could get a Rollins
Knight off of Giannis, you couldget you know AJ Green, you can

(33:29):
get a Porter, like they'retrying to go about this as yes,
we have Giannis, and Giannis isgreat, but we're not just gonna
be Giannis-centric, like we'regonna try to sprinkle in other
guys that you have to worryabout.
So, once again, winning coversall.
So, if they end up being aplayoff team and turn it's

(33:49):
playing this way, you you haveto look at it as a positive.
But I I agree with you, I wouldlike to see him do a little bit
more uh on the court, and like Isaid, maybe with time he'll
figure that out.

SPEAKER_03 (34:02):
Yeah, no, I like that.
And you know, you mentioned someother guys in there, like a Ryan
Rollins, too.
If you can, if you have thatRyan Rollins Giannis combo like
we've seen so far this season, maybe that does make Miles
Turner of number three, wherehe's he's gotta be that solid
defender for you, he's got to bethat presence for you in the
post area, especially on thedefensive end, the shot blocking
ability that he has, but also athreat, right?

(34:24):
And that's where I think a lotof Bucks fans are right now is
he's I don't know if you'd sayhe's the biggest threat right
now on the offensive end.
So that's where I think Bucksfans are kind of leaning in and
saying, okay, this was our bigoffseason guy.
What do we we want to see more?
And I think that's kind of wherethey're looking right now is to
keep Giannis, to keep Giannisgoing, to help him out, they

(34:44):
need a guy like that to elevatehis game.
And I think we're seeing thatwith some of these other guys,
like you mentioned there, thecomplimentary play of a lot of
these other guys, like uh KyleKuzma, who's been playing really
well as of late here, or a RyanRollins, or an AJ Green, or like
you said, when Porter comesback, those kinds of guys
stepping up and filling intothat.
So I like that there.
So where do you see this Bucsteam right now fitting in in the

(35:06):
Eastern Conference?
Where do you see them?
Because right now, like yousaid, the Bucs sitting there
seven and four.
They're second right now in whatyou the what you might call it,
the uh the uh, what is it, thecentral division?
That don't really matteranymore.
They're second in the central.
That doesn't really matter.
Right now they're fifth in theeast.
Yeah.
I wish the I wish the likecentral and that actually

(35:26):
mattered still.
That'd be that'd be interestingto see if because it's like
they're in the central, but itdoesn't really matter that
they're second in the central.
It doesn't really do anythingfor them.
But either way, they're fifth inthe east right now.
You see Detroit Pistons up top,Knicks, Heat, Cavs, and then the
Bucs, then the Bulls.
Where do you see them right now?
Because there's kind of acluster at the seven and four
mark right now.
Where do you see them kind offitting in right now?

(35:47):
Are they as high as that threeright now, or are you kind of
seeing them more in that five toten range?
Where do you see this Bucs teamfitting in right now with the
rest of the the rest of thiseastern conference?

SPEAKER_00 (35:59):
I mean, I think with the current state of the east, I
kind of expect the Bucs to be atop five team.
And like I said, if you look atyou know, look at the East
landscape, you can make aserious argument that you have
the best player in the East.
And obviously, in the NBA havingthat ability to throw out the

(36:22):
best player on the court on agiven night gives you a really
good opportunity to win whenyou're talking about a game
that's five on five, and asisolation-centric as the NBA can
be, even though this year we'reseeing a lot of teams play a run
and gun type of style, whichalso could factor into the
Turner aspect of it that we'reseeing more teams play quicker

(36:44):
than we have in years past.
But um, yeah, I mean, look, theBulls start off really well,
they're starting to fade.
So I think you're gonna you'reyou know starting starting to
see kind of the regulation inthe Bulls play.
The Pistons, I think, are gonnabe up there all year, so that's
gonna be a team that the Buckshave to worry about.

(37:05):
Uh the Knicks, the Knicks aregonna be a team up there, but I
I could still argue you throwthe Bucs and the Knicks on the
court.
I would probably trust Giannisover Brunson.
And I think that's where theBucs can kind of live in you
know that group with the theKnicks and the Cavs and the

(37:27):
Bucs.
I feel like the Bucs should feellike they can live in that group
with those with those teamsright there.
The Heat, I don't know.
I don't know.
I don't think the Heat keep thisup.
So I think top five should be asafe bet for the Bucs.

SPEAKER_03 (37:40):
I like that.
I like and you said the bestthing there.
You you might have the bestplayer in the Eastern Conference
in Giannis.
So, and and most people say youprobably do have the best player
in the Eastern Conference inGiannis.
So I think that right theretells you you belong in the top
five.
You're gonna be in that mix forthat top five as long as Giannis
is there and you keep theseother guys playing at this

(38:01):
level.
So I love that there.
So, Kyle, we're gonna hit aquick break.
We're gonna come back here, andthen Kyle's gonna stick around.
We're gonna talk a little NFL onthe backside.
We're gonna do her pick'em andthen we're gonna get out of here
for the day.
We'll be right back here onWisconsin.
We're gonna get to WisconsinSports on the Go with Trage.
I'm your host, Trage, as we comeback here on this Wednesday.
And hey, this next segment hereis brought to you by Peggy Sue,
the lifelong resident of CentralWisconsin.

(38:23):
Peggy Sue with Century21 GoldKey Realty knows the area and
the market.
Whether you're buying orselling, residential or
commercial, Peggy Sue has theknowledge and experience to
deliver results.
Make sure you check her outthere.
Peggy Sue at Century22 orCentury21 Gold Key Realty there.
715-305-4345.
That is 715-305-4345.

(38:44):
Don't trust anyone else withyour real estate needs than our
friend down there, Peggy Sue atCentury21 Gold Key Realty.
So Kyle is back in here for alittle bit of a we're gonna talk
about some NFL because there wassome interesting stuff.
So we'll start right with theBrian Dable.
Giants lose to the Bears.
And I don't know if the outcomeof this game might have changed

(39:05):
the fate of Brian Dable.
Because they lose to the Bears, the Bears come back in this
game, the Giants look likethey're in command of it, but
then Jackson Dark gets hurtagain.
And then we see the Bears comeback, win that game.
It stinks because does BrianDable get fired if they don't
lose that game, if Jackson Darkdoesn't get hurt?

(39:26):
And Kyle, I guess my one problemI'm gonna say I have with this
is that you brought in a rookiequarterback with a lame duck
coach.
And when you have a lame duckcoach, they're going to throw
out the best thing that theythink they can do, whether they
think that thing is gonna gethurt or not, they're going to
try to make something happen andforce things to try and make
them happen because they'retrying to keep their job.

(39:48):
They can't do what they wantbecause they're like, oh,
Jackson Dart's really good atrunning the ball, right?
He's really good at runningaround.
I'm gonna let him run becausehis legs are my best chance to
keep my job.
Well, you don't have anybody toblock, you don't have anybody up
front.
So it's just you don't have awide receiver number one, you
don't have any weaponry left.
Scataboo gets hurt, you don'thave nothing to keep around
Jackson Dart, but you have alame duck coach who keeps trying

(40:10):
to force things to happen.
And it's just it it really bitesme because why put a coach, why
put anybody in that situation?
Now now Jackson Dart's got towait for a new head coach.
Maybe it works out better thanwhat Brian Dable was.
And I'm not saying that BrianDable is the greatest coach in
the world, I just think it's aterrible situation, and they put
themselves in this terriblesituation, basically knowing
that this was probably going tobe the outcome.

(40:32):
So, Kyle, I mean, what are yourthoughts?
Brian Dable gets fired by theGiants there.

SPEAKER_00 (40:36):
I I think for Dayball, it wasn't just the
Bears game, it was also theBroncos game that I feel like is
was weighing over his head.
I could make the argument thatbecause of the emergence of
Dart, you might have been okayto let Dayball finish out the

(40:57):
year and probably give him nextyear.
Because at that point, Dartknows he's a starter, he can
operate in the offseason as astarting quarterback.
I think what Dart is gonna haveto learn, and I guess a quick
little sidestep Dart has tolearn to protect himself.
Because that play he got hurton, like he was trying to run

(41:17):
through like three guys, almostfumbled it, recovered it, and
then takes a side swiping hitand he hits his head on the
turf.
And it was a very cold day, soyou know the the turf was like
cold and frozen.
Like I think he'll learn that ashe kind of matures in the
league, especially if he wants along career.
Uh, I think Dayball willprobably land on his feet as an

(41:42):
OC somewhere because he stilldid that work with Josh Allen.
You can't just toss that aside.
Yeah, I feel like he did somegood things with with Jackson
Dart with the situation that hewas handed in New York.
You know, the Daniel Jones eradidn't work for him, but I don't
know.
Daniel Jones needs to go to Indyand he looks better.

(42:02):
It could just be a system thingthere, just fits better within
than Dayvalls in New York.
So it's unfortunate you wouldlike to see that he would rather
that uh they rather would givehim the rest of the year at
least and then make thatdecision in the offseason.
Because, like I said, JacksonDart's a young guy, you're now
switching on him mid-season withan interim coach, so he's gonna

(42:25):
do that.
They'll probably still run thesame system, but then in the
offseason, he's gotta sit thereand wonder who are they gonna
bring in now to now develop mycareer even more.

SPEAKER_03 (42:34):
Well, and if you had a Malik neighbors out there and
you had Scataboo and this iswhat happened, okay, but you
don't have neighbors has beenout, you don't have neighbors,
and Scataboo gets hurt, and theJackson Dart's been constantly
been battling this issue for acouple times now here.
I mean, you had the issue withthe blue tent there with Dable
out there.
So, I mean, you just you've hadthis issue all season long now

(42:54):
with trying to keep guyshealthy, and you just don't have
the weapons.
You you don't, and that's whereyou know you just mentioned
Daniel Jones, and and maybe youknow, like a system change
helped him, but also new weaponswith the Colts definitely help.
Having one of the best runningbacks in football right now and
Jonathan Taylor running in thebackfield, that definitely
helps.
Having a good offensive lineupfront there who can lock for

(43:16):
you, that helps.
And Pittman out there awesome.
I mean, you just you had this,it's just more confidence, I
guess, that you're gonna getplaying in a system like that.
Jackson Dart's got all theswagger and confidence in the
world.
It's just a matter of he doesn'thave the guys to throw the
football to.
He's trying to do a lot with hislegs, trying to do a lot by,
like you said, running throughthree guys.
And it's he's trying to do alot, and Dable can't, it's like

(43:38):
he can't protect him becausehe's like, I gotta keep my job.
So he's like, I gotta let thisguy run.
But so I'm not gonna tell him, okay, you got to get down and
everything like that, because heknows well, Jackson Dart's legs
are a good way for me to try tomake something work here.
So that's the problem, I guess, that I'm thinking that you run
into with that.
So we have another head coach onthe hot seat.
We've talked about this for awhile tonight here, Matt

(43:59):
LaFleur.
It it hasn't, the offense hasn'tlooked pretty, Kyle.
And I would say actually, if Ihad to, if I had to just speak
from what I think, the offensehasn't looked good since the
commanders game.
It looked good for a halfagainst the Steelers.
The second half looked goodagainst the Steelers.
Outside of that second half, Ithought it looked kind of rough.

(44:21):
Dallas looked good.
I mean, this team, it theoffense, it's been so
inconsistent, I guess I shouldsay.
It's looked good at times, thenit's looked bad.
It's been very inconsistent forthe Green Bay Packers,
especially in the play callingdepartment.

unknown (44:34):
Yeah.

SPEAKER_03 (44:34):
Is Matt LaFleur on some kind of hot seat right now,
in your eyes, with the Green BayPackers, if the trend continues?
Because right now, I mean, honestly, could you look at the
Packers schedule and tell me whothey're going to be?
I can't.
I can't look at this schedule ofthe Giants, Vikings, Lions,
Bears, Broncos, Bears, Ravens,Vikings.

(44:56):
Lions, yeah, I said the Lionsand the Bears twice.
You got the Bears twice, you gotthe Lions, you got the Vikings
twice, you got the Ravens, yougot the Broncos and Giants.
I can't look at that and saywith certainty that they're
going to beat any team rightnow.
I can't because the defense hasplayed good, but the offense, I
mean, they put up 13 pointsagainst the Panthers at home.
They put up set they put up 20points in the last two games

(45:17):
against the Panthers and Eagles, and their defense has given up
26.
That's that's I mean, wow.
So, I mean, is Matt LaFleur inyour eyes on any kind of hot
seat right now?

SPEAKER_00 (45:30):
Um, I mean, I I think when you look at the fact
that they were the top seed inthe NFC for a few weeks, I think
expectations were elevated, anda lot of people started looking
ahead like, you know, is that ateam that January could get home
gains, and you know, going toLambeau is a tough trip for a

(45:53):
lot of teams.
Like, could they be a Super Bowlteam?
I think those conversations werewere happening, and then it
seemed like they kind of losttheir identity.
And I think the weird thing iswhen you watch the Packers play,
it's like they have Josh Jacobs, but it's like he doesn't really
get going uh as much as he waslast year, and you have a really

(46:14):
talented quarterback in JordanLove, but it's like at times it
seems like they try to box himin so he doesn't make mistakes.
And I think unfortunately, thismay sound crazy, but I feel like
Jordan Love, you kind of have tojust let him be and do his
thing.
You have wide receivers all overthe field, you know.

(46:34):
The the argument about Green Baynot having a number one,
whatever.
But if you're gonna tell me youcan run out there, Christian
Watson, Romeo Dobbs, even Wicks, who made some catches last
night, had did have a you knowsome drops against the Eagles,
but you know, Tucker Crabinjury, I get that, but Musgrave
is not a bad tight end.

(46:56):
I I almost feel like sometimes, just because Jacobs, Jacobs is
back there, why not just go likespread out and just let Jordan
Love cook for a little bit?
Like at times with the Eagles,it seemed like they just didn't
want to make that big mistake,so they try to be careful, but
then random times they'd beaggressive, and you're just like
kind of mixed signals.

(47:16):
Yeah, so you I think they needto re-establish who they are as
a team and just go forward withthat.

SPEAKER_03 (47:22):
I agree, find an identity, and and the hardest
part is the the lack of goodplay by the offensive line.
The offensive line has been bad.
The offensive line has been bad,and it just seems like there's
no end to.
I mean, Jordan Love, when he hasa clean pocket, is one of the
best quarterbacks in allfootball.
And when he's under pressure,it's bad.
It gets bad fast.
And when the Eagles were able torush four and get home and drop

(47:46):
back seven, you only have somany guys running out there for
passes.
So you can play deep.
You had cover two, you'replaying deep, you're playing
that cover two shell.
You got two guys playing deep.
It's just it wasn't gonna workout for the Packers in their
favor at all.
And that's what I think is alsoleading to the inconsistent play
calling and everything likethat.
It all starts up front, and theoffensive line has just got to

(48:06):
be better for the Green BayPackers.
So I agree.
I I don't, like you're saying,basically, like you're saying
there, he's not on a hot seat atthe moment, but they got to come
back to finding an identity forthis football team and what they
want to do.
I don't think they know whatthey want to do right now
because of like you're likeyou're hinting at, like I'm
saying, the lack of offensiveline play is really hurting what
they want to do because theywant to have Josh Jacobs

(48:28):
involved, but they can't get itgoing within between the
tackles.
They can't get it going on theoutside there.
So then they're trying to takeshots.
Well, they can't take shots downthe field because teams are
playing cover two.
They're just dropping back twosafeties, waiting for Jordan
Love to try to air it out.
So it's like, okay, we'll hit itwith the crossers, try to get
that open.
They're avoiding the crossersfor some reason.
It's just it's inconsistency.
That's that's all it is.
It's inconsistency right now,and that's definitely something

(48:49):
that's got to get fixed there.
So, Kyle, we got two things leftbefore we got to end the show
here.
We got our fantasy players andwe got to pick them.
Kyle, what do you got?
Fantasy players to look out forfor this week.
If you don't have them on yourroster, you need to be looking
for these guys in your fantasyfree agency?
Yeah, and free agency out therein fantasy.

SPEAKER_00 (49:07):
So, first off, if you need a defense, Falcons
defense free in 79% of theleagues.
They're facing a Panthersoffense that's 27th in yards.
The Falcons defense, 10 uh 10thin yards given up.
I feel like it's a good matchupfor a Falcons team that's
looking for a win.
If you need a quarterback, thisname may sound crazy.

(49:30):
Tua against the commanders.
The commanders defense is givingup an average of 24 fantasy
points a game, and Tua isavailable in 86% of leagues.
And you know, Tua's coming off agood game against the Bills.
And then for a flex, ColsonLoveland against the Vikings
defense.
The Vikings have given up atouchdown to tight ends in four

(49:53):
of their last five games.
And Loveland is free in 59% ofleagues right now.
So there's three you can lookfor.

SPEAKER_03 (50:02):
There we go.
There we go.
And Cale Williams hasorchestrated a lot of late game
drives and game winners there.
So Loveland definitely gonna beinvolved in that madness there.
So, Kyle, we got to do ourpick'em here before we gotta get
out of here.
Before we gotta get before wehave to get out of here.
I don't know.
We're at the end of the show, itdoesn't matter anymore.
Um, so so last week, Kyle, hehad the Rams, Texans, Giants.

(50:24):
So he was two out of threethere.
He got the Giants wrong.
They're Giants, like we weretalking about.
Bears came back and won thatgame.
And I took the Panthers, Rams,or Panthers, Ravens, and
Chargers.
The Ravens got the win againstthe Vikings, Chargers got the
win against the Steelers, andwell, the Panthers lost to the
Saints because unlike thePackers, the Saints realized
that if you go vertical againstthe Panthers and not side to

(50:45):
side, good things can happen.
So we were both two for threelast week, so it was a tie.
So we go into this week, Kyle, with a it's a new life.
It's a new life.
It's a new life this week, Kyle.
What do you have for your well, who went first last time?
Was it me or you?
Who went first last time?

SPEAKER_00 (50:59):
I think I went first last time.

SPEAKER_03 (51:00):
All right, I'll take mine.
I'll take mine here.
Okay, let's go with the toughone here.
This I'm gonna go with mytoughie right off the bat.
I'm gonna go with my toughieright off the bat.
Give me Buffalo against Tampa.
Buffalo's at home, coming off aloss.
It's gonna be a noon game.
Gimme Buffalo to win that one inthe chilly weather up there in
Buffalo.

SPEAKER_00 (51:19):
Okay.
I like that one.
Um, y'all go with a tough one aswell.
This one might be a little bitof a surprise.
Broncos over the Chiefs.
Ooh.
I I like the defense.
It scares me, but I'll I'll takethe Broncos defense to hold the

(51:40):
Chiefs offense.

SPEAKER_03 (51:41):
It might be like 13 to 10.
That's that's for darn sure.
It might be 13 to 10.
They might win that game.
That's where they're kind of.
It looks like Bo Nicks is scaredto screw up when he's out there.
It's like he's scared to screwup because Sean Payton is gonna
take away his birthday cake orsomething, or take his toys away
when he gets home.
So so next up there, let's see.
Let's see.
I just took the bills.
That was my toughie.

(52:02):
Let's go with an easier onehere.
Okay, I'm gonna go with an easyone.
Give me.
I don't even know if that's thatone might not be easy.
Give me the Chargers overJacksonville.
Give me the Chargers overJacksonville.
I don't even know if that's aneasy one because Jacksonville,
they they find it and then theylose it.

SPEAKER_00 (52:22):
Okay.
Uh I will go with.
I think this game's gonnaactually be closer than the
spread would say, but I'll takethe Texans over the Titans.

SPEAKER_03 (52:35):
I was thinking Texans, Titans.
I was thinking about that onethere.
Okay, last pick here.
Last pick for me.
Oof.
These are there's there's somegood, there's some ugly good
games in here.
There's some ugly good games.
Give me this.
Is gonna be a good game.

(52:56):
This is gonna be a really goodgame.
Give me Seattle to win againstthe Rams.
I think Seattle might be themost complete team in football.
And I think the hate that theyget is because Sam Darnold's the
quarterback.
And I just think Sam Darnold'splaying different than even what
we saw in Minnesota with theSeattle Seahawks right now.
I think he found that click withuh Najigba.
And I just think ever since thathappened, they have just taken

(53:18):
off.
Give me Seattle to win that oneon the road.

SPEAKER_00 (53:21):
I like that one.
Um, I guess I will go with let'slet's make this final one a good
one.
No what?
I'll I'll I'll do it.
I'll I'll take my Patriots overthe Jets.

SPEAKER_03 (53:37):
I like that one.
Patriots over the Jets there.
There we go.
