Man, in the second half, it just seemed like they
went literally all gas, nobreak.
McManus got back on track.
Jordan Love decided to go 20completions non-stop, no drops,
making amazing.
The thing is, it wasn't justlike, oh yeah, he was dinking
and dunking, or like, you know,he, I mean, he was literally

throwing everything withpressure in his face.
There was times where TJ Wattwas like literally in his lap
and he's delivering the ball.
He was bailing out, makingdecisions where like it was just
it reminded me a lot of thatKansas City game where like
everything he did was just itjust was magical, you know.
There that one do you rememberthat one deep pass up the left

scene to Romeo Dobbs with fourguys converging on it?

It almost should have never gotten there, but
somehow did.

It was like this, and they just dropped right in
the top.
It was like a punt, it was thecraziest thing I've ever seen.
And it just drops into hisbreadbasket, right?
And that pass to like he threwit up, and people were like, Oh,
he was just throwing it up as alucky pass, and then a couple
people broke it down, like, no,it was man coverage, so he threw
it up in a way where like heknew the the DB wasn't looking

for the ball anyways, he'splaying man, and I was like,
Wow, and like for the craft, thething is like the fact that
Tucker Kraft has what 19 targetsin the last two games.
This is what you and I have beentalking about forever.
Is that we need to be featuringthis guy because everyone else
is gonna get theirs, yeah.
But we need to start to utilizehim like they do in 49ers or

Kittle, you know, like Kelseywas before Rasheed Rice has been
on a heater, you know.
Like, just need to find a way tomake him the focal point because
he's just the most completeplayer that we've had at a tight
end position in a very longtime.
If you think about it, he Imean, I hate I know Chamura's,
you know, he's an all-timegreat, he has a little bag, he's
all-time great though.
And if you think about it, youknow, he's probably the last

time that we had a completetight end at that position.

SPEAKER_03 (03:45):
Yeah, I mean, what the the thing with you we watch
him is like what can he do?
One play, he's blocking out a Dend.
The next play, he's burning asafety for a touchdown.
The next play after that, he'slead blocking, and it's like so
it's like play after play afterplay, he's doing something
different, but he doeseverything great.
So we have to figure out whatdoes he not do great, right?

Because when you look at LukeMusgrave, it's like he's good,
he's good route runner, he'squick, he can catch, but he
can't block.
Tucker Kraft, it's like he cando it all.
What can't he do?
And that's the harder questionto figure out.
He's fantastic, I agree.
He's fantastic.
You talked about it earlier withChristian Watson.
Getting him back in the fold,people forget he's not just a
burner, he's got good hands, andhe can get after a ball.

He can high point a ball foryou, and he can make some clutch
catches for you too.
I do, I I love the Jordan Lovethrows that are just it's just
like you chuck it.
It's it's almost like a PatrickMahomes, you know.
I feel like Chris Collinsworthright now, comparing him to
Patrick Mahomes.
You just kind of you just kindof you just see him just shuck
it up there, and it's likeTyreek's gotta be down there

somewhere.
It's like he just kind of loftsit up there, and you're like,
man, that's that looksdangerous.
That looks dangerous.
That really looks dangerous, andthen it comes down into like
Dobbs' hands, and it's like,okay, it works.
It's only the throws that JordanLove can make.
That's it's he's the only guywho's making throws like that at
times.
Some of them throws he makes upthe sideline, he puts them in

spots where not many other guyscan.

He is on a burner like he is right now when he in
this game.
When he is on a burner, thisteam, when Jordan Love plays
like this, this team is no doubtin my mind.
And let's answer this question.
I got a question as we wrap upthat Steeler talk and look ahead

The Panthers, I mean, there'sonly so much to talk about with
the Panther game.
We'll talk about the uniformshere in a second, but I have a

question.
Jordan Love plays like that, thedefense plays like they do.
This team, are they the team tobeat in the NFC?
Are they one of the top teams inthe NFL?
What are your thoughts on thatone?
Are they the team to beat in theNFC right now with what we saw
in that?
If they put together the scarypart about this team, you want

the scariest part?
They haven't played a completegame yet.
Nope.
Two quarters, maybe three, ifyou want to count like maybe two
and a half.
Right?
They haven't put three, even ifthey put three quarters
together.
If they play three quarters of agame like they did in the second
half against Pittsburgh, theywill bury teams.
Oh, it's not even be games thatthey're playing.

Yeah, that is just how darn goodthey are.
So I guess that's my questionfor you, Ummer.
And I want to hear before beforeUmmer answers, I want to hear
everybody's thoughts on that.

So I think we did this after week two.
Yeah, I think we did too.
I think we did.
And then it went a littledownhill for like a game or two,
right?
But I'm not scared, Ummer.

We're going right for it.
We're gonna call it.

We're going for it because I I I'm with you on
that.
I think if the the key thing isI think we noticed how important
it is to have a healthyoffensive line.
One that is gelling, one thatcan really give Jordan a little
bit of time or just enough timeto make quick decisions.
Because he he has a highprocessor.
You can see that when the ballcoming out, he knows exactly
where to go with the ball.
He's making the right decisions.

(07:14):
He's been actually doing thatall year.
He's the one time that he made abad throw, the one in Cleveland,
I you can even tell he wastrying to take that ball back.
You could tell he kind of justyou could tell.
But and I think you said yousaid that actually.
So for me, I think that thisteam, if they're it see the
thing is Carrington Valentine'sstar, like was basically out
there on the boundary, and yousaw the difference on that side.

(07:35):
I mean, he I mean he was I'm notsaying he was perfect, but he
paid a lot better than NateHobbs.
And for me, if Nate Hobbs isn'tgonna be able to beat out Javon
Buller in the slot, then he'snot gonna beat him out.
So we have an expensive backup,so be it, honestly.
But uh right, but I think thatthis team we just need to get
the special teams a little bitmore consistent because Dan

Wheelan is killing it.
I'm not worried about Wheelingat all.
We need to get the blockingfigured out because it seems
like these refs, not just forus, but generally speaking, have
increased their flags on specialteams like by like twofold.
But we need to get that lockedin.
Uh because I think Savion couldbe a real good uh weapon back
there.
And then McManus and Lucastrying to figure out you know,
what do you want to do there atkicker?

I think we just keep Lucas untilwe know McManus is fully
healthy.
Um, defense, I'm telling youright now, Michael Parsons and
Rashawn Gary.
Uh I don't think a lot of teamsare gonna have an answer for
those two.
And when Lucas Van Ness comesback, it's all she wrote.
I you could talk about theoffense.
I know we got pieces coming backon offense too, right?

SPEAKER_03 (08:33):
So oh goodness, yes.
The offensive line is, I mean,they're healthy, they're finally
got their guys back, but they'renot fully healthy.
Once that offensive line getsfully healthy, like feeling
good, gelling together, it isgonna, like you said, and then
getting Lucas Van Ness back andall that, it's gonna be huge.
Special teams, the thing thatkills me, and just one last
thing that it kills me withspecial teams right now.
Why we constantly keep flippingthese guys out at punt returner?

(08:56):
And Nixon was back there and hemuffed that one.
And but Nixon hasn't been backthere in a while, you know.
It's like everybody expects himjust to be able to punt
returning.
Is I can only imagine.
I'm not there.
I've never, I've never actuallya punt returner for one play,
and I got scared.
I was so scared back there, Ijust called for a fair catch.
I don't know if they knew I wascalling for a fair catch, but I

was waiting for that.
I was like, I ain't runningthis.
I could have been in the endzone.
I'd be like, I don't care, oneyard line down.
Nobody could have been in thearea code.
I was fair catching it.
Like, it's a different kind ofthing.
Kick returning, kick offreturning, and hunt returning
from what you can see, twodifferent things.
The ball is right, you you can'tsee anybody coming, so you just
have to like it's more or lessjust uh oh boy, please tell me

Like, so Nixon going back therefor the first time in a while.
Maybe he practiced it.
It's a different thing whenyou're in a game.
Why didn't they just keep McCallHardman?
That's his job, that's what hedid.
He's a specialty guy.

We're not gonna get to all ofwhat I want to talk about
tonight here on the showbecause, well, there's just a
whole lot.
Like we're going into the 20,we're going to the offseason,
the championship offseason, aswe prepare for the championship
season that will happen in 2026.
Mark my words, World SeriesChamps 2026.
I'm calling it right now.
I'm just gonna do it.
The biggest thing I'm seeingacross social media, Freddie

(15:33):
Peralta going into his lastseason, very affordable.
8 mil, very affordable lastseason for an ace, right?
And there's a lot of talk thatthe brewers are going to field
phone calls that they're thatthey're talking or willing to
talk about trading FreddiePeralta.

(15:54):
I think the Brewers would becrazy if they didn't field
calls.
Really?
I I do.
And here's why.
Freddie Peralta is eight milliondollars.
Eight million dollars.
That's all he's owed for the2026 season, going into this
2026 season.
That's all he's owing.
That's cheap for an ace that youcan put at the top of a staff,

(16:17):
and maybe try you're if you'relike a Mets or a Yankees or
something else, you're gonna tryto rework that contract.
But that's cheap.
So if you're the Brewers,there's gonna be a pretty good
asking price for a guy likeFreddie for that kind of
service.
Because for eight mil, you canjust keep them, you can keep
them in Milwaukee, you can justleave them there, you're not

(16:38):
really worried about it.
So would I field phone calls?
Yeah, you're dang right I would.
I'd answer every single one ofthem.
And I'd say, what are you gonnagive me?
And it better be a lot.
You want guys who are gonna youdon't want, I'm not the Brewer's
farm system is loaded.

(16:59):
They're loaded.
They have very good startingpitching moving up into the
ranks right now.
I mean, you look across theboard right now, even if you
don't bring back bring backQuintana, Brandon Woodruff, or
Freddie Peralta.
Let's just say you don't bringback either one of those, all
three of those guys, you don'teven bring them back.
You have Jacob Mizorowski, youhave Logan Henderson, you have
Robert Gasser, you have TobiasMeyer still in the fold there,

(17:19):
you have Chad Patrick.
There's five guys right therewho are pretty darn good.
And then if you were to eventake a shot on a guy, let's just
say like Jordan Montgomery, orbring a guy like Eric Fetty
back, if you don't try to, youknow, put a guy like that in the
bullpen or whatever you're gonnado.
You have a lot of arms.
And you still have technicallylike Deal Hall and Aaron Ashby,
but those guys, Aaron Ashby, youlove him as a reliever.
So I don't think, I don't thinkwe're gonna see the Brewers try

(17:42):
to make him into a starteragain.
I think he's gonna stay where hewas as a reliever.
You have a lot of weapons.
I mean, you could you couldafford to think about trading
him.
And when you do it, you say, Iwant some guys who are ready to
rock.
They're right there.
You don't need farm system help.
You have enough of that.
You have you have a lot ofstuff.

(18:02):
You actually have enough in yourminor league system right now
where you can make some tradesfor some major league ready
talent or some major league guysat the top.
So do I want to keep yes, I Ilove Freddie Peralta.
I want to keep Freddie Peralta.
I wish that they would find away to make a contract and sign
him up.
I do, but I don't think thatthey will.

(18:22):
Because of all the guys I justnamed off.
They have a lot of pitchers ontheir way, are either already
here or on the rise.
They have a lot of a lot of guysin the room.
You could also probably bring aguy like Brandon Woodruff back
on a friendly contract because Ithink he's gonna be on another
prove it kind of thing after aninjury again.
I don't know what Quintana'sgonna try to demand.

(18:44):
Maybe you try to bring a guylike back that a crafty veteran.
But right now, Freddie Peraltato me, I think you feel the
phone calls.
Now it doesn't mean you you youlike you're guaranteed to trade
him like this is uh aconclusion.
No.
But you're gonna feel the phonecalls because you want to see
what are they gonna offer me?
And is it major league readytalent?
Is it a ready-to-go shortstop ona short-term?

(19:09):
I don't know which team's gonnahave this, so just run with me
for a second.
Is it a major league readyshortstop that's ready to go
now?
Who's subpar, better hitter thanJoey Ortiz, right?
But subpar, good defender, andyou can throw it shortstop for a
year until you have guys likeJesus Maid or Cooper Pratt come
up.
Do you have is there a guy likethat out there that's offered,

(19:30):
willing to be offered to you?
Okay, maybe you jump on that.
Is there a third baseman or asecond baseman available in a
trade that would give you goodoffensive production?
That you could slide a guy likeBryce Durang over to short, move
a guy like Caleb Durbin asecond, or keep Met third, move
a guy like you know over that asecond, whatever it is.

(19:51):
Is there a guy like that outthere?
That's where you field thosephone calls to find out.
That doesn't mean you take thedeal, it just means you feel the
phone calls.
So that's where I kind of thinkon that Freddie Peralta deal or
Freddie Peralta uh situationright now.
You could go even further withthat, and we were just talking
about this a little bit there,but Brandon Woodruff and

(20:13):
Quintana, and like I said, I gota whole bunch of bro talk I want
to get to as we wrap up theseason here.
So, like, we're not gonna get toit all tonight here on the show.
But Brandon Woodruff, Quintana,do you bring them back?
Do you let them go?
For me, if if Brandon Woodruffis willing to take less, if he's

(20:34):
willing to um kind of take alesser contract to stick around,
a prove it deal, I I'd considerI'd definitely consider it.
I I really would.
I think he's got a lot left inthe tank.
I just think he's been blaggedwith injuries.
So I would definitely considerhim.
Quintana, love him.
I he's uh he's uh if you want toteach a guy how to throw

(20:55):
mechanically, like if you wantto show him mechanics of what a
uh a pitcher's supposed to looklike when they finish everything
like that, Kintana's the guy.
He is beautiful, his his motionis beautiful, but I don't think
you have room for I don't thinkyou need a Quintana.
I don't I don't it's alwaysgonna have depth, as we found
out, it's always gonna havedepth, but I just I don't feel

like you bring him back.
I don't I think you talk withWoodruff, you ask, you be like,
hey, you feel like do you feellike you'll take a little bit
less to stay?
If he says yes, okay, see whathe'll work with.
If he says no, okay.
But I think a guy like Quintana,I let him walk.
Woodruff, you talk to him.
It depends on if Freddie staystoo.
That's gonna be a big dealthere, too.

So I'm interested to see whatthe Brewers do there.

What are your thoughts on theWorld Series so far?
I mean, we've seen uh theToronto, the way that it

started, I was like, man, likethey they finally took
advantage, got to this bullpenfor the Dodgers, and just rolled
them.
And the Dodgers kind of settledback in.
So, what are your thoughts onthis series so far between these
two multi-million dollar sixhundred ten million dollar world
series that we're watching sofar?

SPEAKER_00 (24:03):
No, I mean it's it's been fun.
I I know a lot of people uh withgame what three, the 18 innings,
and I think what we've learnedis Toronto doesn't have an
answer for Shohei because Shoheiwas just unstoppable in uh game
three, so I'm fully expectingthem to kind of avoid him the

(24:24):
rest of the series.
Now, can they do that withoutyou know giving up uh hits to
other guys and kind of minimizewhat the Dodgers do?
That's gonna be important forthem.
And I would say Blue Jay'spitching has done well, it's
just like the offense hasn'treally come through in the

clutch the past couple of games,and they have to kind of get
back to to doing that.
So I don't know if this seriesis like over yet, but I mean
we'll we'll see because theDodgers did this against the Red
Sox, they had a marathon gamethat ended on a walk-off, and
they ended up losing thatseries.
So for Toronto, you could lookto that series as a as a way to

And look, Freddie Freeman is aclutch hitter, yeah.
And he's always in game three.

Yeah, yeah, he's always been that guy.
It's just he finally had thatbig postseason moment, I guess,
with the Dodgers in the WorldSeries.
So now it's oh yay, but yeah,it's it's really showing it's
the Dodgers are what the Yankeeswish they could be.
They spend other Mets, like theyspend all the money.
The Dodgers just do it right,and they spend it on the right
guys, they get the right piecestogether, and we're seeing it

right now because, like yousaid, if you don't pitch the
show, hey, you still got to gothrough bets, you gotta go for
three uh Freeman there, yougotta go through Tiassi or
Hernandez, who has been cold,but you know he can still hit
the ball.
You have just all these weapons,Will Smith.

It's like, well, do you justpitch to him then?
Do you just try to get him out?
Is it is that the easier way?

Well, my initial thought is Giannis's play is why
I will continue to say as longas he's in Milwaukee, they have
a A chance at competing.
And that's what we've seen.
We're seeing him put up 30, 35,40 points.

We're seeing with a double digitsteals.
This year, because the ball,well, the ball's in his hands a
lot, but you're seeing hisassist number up there in the
seven to eight range.
So he's giving you kind of thefull uh spectrum of his
contributions on the court.
My only thing is, you know,looking at the other guys on the

(30:33):
team, who's gonna step upconsistently for this team.
Because when you look at thenumbers, Giannis averages 36 a
game.
Now, if I were to ask, you know,who's the second leading scorer,
you probably wouldn't know thatit's Cole Anthony.
But then you'd also wouldn'tknow Cole Anthony averages 16

(30:55):
points a game.
So you have a 20-point dropbetween Giannis and number one
and Cole Anthony and number two.
Not to say that that's aterrible thing, because the
other guys after that, like GaryTrent, AJ Green, Rollins, Kuzma,
Porter Jr., who's only played inone game, they all average
double figures.
So Milwaukee's gonna have to bea team that beats you with

depth, not necessarily justGiannis, because I don't think
they're good enough for Giannisto carry this group deep into
the season and into theplayoffs.
So there's a couple guys who Ido think need to step up their
production for this team toreally become more of a uh
contender.

And I'm looking at Kuzma onlyaverage in 10.
I think he needs to be a littlebit more than that.
Um Victorian Prince, who Italked about when we talked
before the season, those twositting there as your kind of
three-man rotation, between thetwo of them, you're getting like

17 points and like fiverebounds.
You kind of need more.
I'd rather those numbers be forone of them.
So those guys need to step up.
I think Miles Turner hasstruggled from three early in
the season.
He has to get that going, andhe's only averaging like nine
and five.
You you didn't make the move toget him in the offseason, which

(32:28):
was a surprise, for him toaverage nine and five
production.
I think get those two or threeguys to a bit more.
I think the Bucks are a teamthat as wild as it sounds,
because they have Giannis, couldfly under the radar enough that
you know they could possibly belike a top four or five seed in

(32:52):
the East if those three just doa little bit more and and
produce a little more, and Iguess shoot a little better.
Because obviously, with Giannisrunning the running the show,
you need guys around that whenhe gets doubled and triple
teamed can knock down openshots.

SPEAKER_03 (33:10):
Yeah, no, I I completely agree.
And you were mentioning guysthere, and you look across the
stats right now, and you'relooking 10 a game for Kevin
Porter Jr.
and then up, you have multipleguys in double figures there.
So that's nice to see is thatthat even scoring across the
board, but then you see thequick jump right to Giannis.
And that was one of the bigthings that I wrote down after
watching that Cavs game, andafter I believe even after those

(33:33):
first couple games of the seasonthere for the Bucs against the
Raptors and that, what do theydo when Giannis isn't on the
floor?
That's the that's the hardestpart.
And I think the thing that, likeyou're saying, finding that next
guy, finding that other guy toscore consistently, who's gonna
step up when he's on the bench,when he's getting some rest.
And I think, like you werementioning there, Miles Turner
has to be that guy.

(33:53):
You brought him in to be thatguy where he can be a steady
force.
He doesn't have to be as good asGiannis.
He does not have to be, youknow, right next to Giannis.
He just needs to be a guy who'sgonna give you 10, 15 a night,
you know, get get up there andscoring.
But when Giannis is having anight off or whatever it is,
then you need him to take off.
Then you need him to be that guybecause you can't expect a guy,

(34:15):
and you know, I don't want tolike knock on anybody, but you
can't expect a guy like a RyanRollins or one of these other
guys to consistently try tocarry this offense.
You gotta have your stars do it.
And I completely agree with youthere.
So that was something that I Ikind of wrote down.
Is there anything I guess thatyou're looking at when when I
say the hardest part about thisis trying to find points with no

(34:36):
Giannis on the floor?
Is that something you're seeingtoo?
And what can the Bucs, maybe inyour eyes, do with Giannis not
on the court to try to maximizewhat they can get?

SPEAKER_00 (34:46):
So I so I believe what you're seeing even around
the NBA, a lot of teams aregetting into like pressure
defensively, where we're seeingteams playing basically like
full court pressure on defensejust to slow other teams down
and to create pace because pacehas kind of become a thing.

(35:07):
I think when Giannis is off thefloor, you have guys who can
run.
So just run.
And even with that, you canstill have the balance scoring
because you know you can getlike your Gary Trent and AJ
Green like in the secondarybreak for open threes.
Because those are the guys youwant kind of shooting from the

(35:28):
perimeter.
So you can do that just withguys running their lanes,
sucking in the defense, gettingthose guys open shots.
You can do that when Giannis ison the floor, and then when
Giannis gets back on the floor,obviously Giannis will get out
and transition.
But a lot of times, because he'sa one-man fast break, he can
suck in a defense all on hisown.

(35:49):
And you kind of get the sameaction on the perimeter.
So they can just do the samething, it's just they have to
get more guys kind of involvedin that fast break style, other
than just Giannis.
So I think it's something that'snot hard to teach, but they just
have to get used to look,Giannis is on the floor, we'll
play faster, we'll createopportunities for for everybody,

(36:11):
and we'll just tread water untilGiannis gets back in the game.

SPEAKER_03 (36:15):
I like that, you know, getting after teams, try
to force turnovers, try to getout and run, push it.
I like that.
Push the pace there if you arethe Bucks.
So, I mean, just all in all withthis team right now.
I love what I'm seeing out ofCole Anthony.
I love what I'm seeing out ofRyan Rollins.
Both those guys, Doc said,working with Rajan Rondo in the
offseason and a little bit now,even uh, with him.
So, I mean, what can you say?

(36:35):
Because you're a Celtics fan,you love Rajon Rondo right out
there.
Tell me what a guy like thatworking with Cole Anthony,
working with Ryan Rollins, whatthat can do for him here as he's
now entering more of a mentorrole for these two guys.
Just talk about what that can dofor him, what can that do for
this Bucks team, having a guylike that in that room?

SPEAKER_00 (36:55):
So, Rondo is a guy who, you know, one, he in as a
young player played on teamswith bigger name stars and found
a way.
Because you you gotta look atthat championship team in
Boston.
He was a young guy, and he wasyou know having to you know deal

(37:16):
with Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett,Paul Pierce, all older stars in
this league.
Some young guys don't know howto operate like that.
And Rondo found a way.
Ronda was able to distribute theball to those guys in the spots
that they wanted it while alsocontributing big shots during
the during that run.

(37:37):
So Rondo didn't you know forcethe option, didn't force
anything.
He took what those guys kind ofgave him.
He knocked down the shots thathe had to, he got to the front
of the rim.
So I I think by him mentoringsome of the guards in Milwaukee,
it's Giannis is a star, but thatdoesn't mean you have to just

(37:57):
completely turn your whole gameover to him.
You still have to find yourspots when you can attack the
rim or you know break down adefender and then you know
collapse the defense and kickout.
That's stuff Rondo did all thetime.
So Rondo's a very smart guy.
Like Doc Rivers talked about allthe time that out of all the
guys he coached, Rondo is one ofthose who thought he knew too

(38:21):
much.
And sometimes they'd butt heads,but he understood that Rondo has
a great basketball IQ.
For guys like Cole Anthony,that's that's something that
it's invaluable becausebasketball IQ can get you
through, you know, toughstretches where the you know the
offense gets bogged down, you gothrough long scoring droughts.

(38:42):
Sometimes you gotta tap intothat to just make a little play
here or there to end a drought.
So I think it's I think it's agreat move to have Rondo around
the team, and I think it'll payoff for those guys.

for the Ravens, so they can getright back in the swing of
things.
Otherwise, whoever is gonna be,I think Tyler Huntley, right?

Tyler Huntley started the otherday in there for the Ravens, so
that would be who starts in thisgame.

they lack a lot of things.

This might be a bit of an upset.
I'm actually going with theBengals here.
I'm gonna I'm gonna put my trustin Flacco and the offense a
little bit more than Caleb andthe Bears offense.
Caleb still at times, you know,late on throws, kind of
questionable interceptions.

The Bengals defense, not thatgood, but I think this could be
a bit of a shootout, and I wouldput my money on the Bengals
offense right now over theBears.
So give them the Bengals.

The the Bears just can't seem to figure it out as
much as they think, and you justthink maybe they're turning that
corner.
They it the when they turned itaround, they won four straight.
You're like, oh wow, the Bearsare figuring it out.
This is gonna be a fun race herein the NFC North.
And then they drop that game tothe Ravens, and it's like, well,
what did we just watch?
What's going on?
So I agree there.

The Bears favored by two and ahalf.
I like the I can't pick theBears.
I like the Bengals.
I like Joe Joe Flacco there.
I like the Bengals.
Let's see it there.
Bengals over the Bears.
Next up, Vikings, Lions, NFCNorth battle there at Ford
Field.
I think the Lions, I think rightnow, between them, the Packers,
I don't even know if I'd say theEagles in there right now.

I'd say between them and thePackers right now.
Those are two of the top teamsin the NFC in total.
And I would say Lions are gonnawin that game.
They're favored by eight and ahalf in that game against the
Vikings.
Carson Wentz has shouldersurgery now, so he's gonna be
down.
So I mean, they yeah, the theVikings are thin at the
quarterback spot.

SPEAKER_00 (43:54):
Yeah, I agree.
I have the Lions uh winning thisone as well.
McCarthy will probably start.
I don't necessarily like hisfirst game being against a Lions
team, the Lions defense.
So yeah, give me Detroit.

SPEAKER_03 (44:08):
And Detroit's trying to keep pace with Green Bay, so
you know they're gonna come outwith a little bit of fire in
that one.
That's gonna be our next game,Kyle.
I already picked this oneearlier here, but I'm gonna I
went with the Packers in thisone at 5-1 at home.
That's favored by 12 and a halfover the Panthers, who are
coming in at 4-4.
Who do you like in this one,Kyle?

Yeah, I like Green Bay.
Uh Green Bay is the better team.
Uh Bryce Young is kind ofwounded right now.
It was been a good story forCarolina.
You know, even if they lose thisone, they're they're still being
competitive.
But yeah, just give me Green Bayand the weapons that they have
over uh this Panthers defense.

That Green Bay team, I tell you what, Kyle, if they
could put a complete gametogether, this is uh one of the
best teams in football.
They haven't put a complete gametogether.
I mean, through and through,they played a good second half,
a really good second halfagainst Pittsburgh.
First half, terrible.
I mean, you look multiple gamesnow.
They haven't been able to putfour quarters together.
If they finally do that, oh boy.

I wouldn't want to be the teamthey finally figure it out

I don't think this is a game.
It's in Nashville.
I think the Chargers win thisone.
I think they win it going away.

Uh, Titans' best shot would beSimmons coming back and being
healthy and kind of wrecking theChargers offense up the middle,
but I just think the Chargersright now are in a better
position with obviously a morestable coach because the Titans
are with an interim.

Next up, Falcons, Patriots, NewEngland in Foxborough.
I the Patriots have been danggood this year.
They have been dang good.
And Drake May's been fantastic.
That addition of Stephon Diggs,he can be a problem at times,
but I think he's also been abreath of fresh air for a young
quarterback, too.
So I think he's been fantastic.
Defense has been good.
Gimme New England in that one.

They're gonna move to seven andtwo and get they're up, they're
up top right now in that AFCEast right now.
You love to see it.

Yeah.
Um I the Patriots as well.
Interesting matchup would be B.
John Robinson versus thatPatriots' run defense has been
really good.
I mean, they held Judkins tobasically no production in
Robinson's struggle against theDolphins as well, and the Pagers
rush defense is better.
So yeah, I'll take the Patriots.

So Chiefs have been fantastic asof late here.
They've definitely turned it on.
And then the Bills, we know theBills.
They've been they've been bigtime all season all season this
year, last season, whatever youwant to keep going back and
forth there.
But this is a rivalry that'sbeen brewing for years now.

Man, this one's gonna be tough.
Give me the Chiefs to go on theroad.
I think that is a darn goodfootball team right now that's
playing really good.
If you were to ask me right now,honestly, who are the best teams
in the NFL right now?
I would say Lions, Packers,Colts, Chiefs.
Like that, that's who I wouldroll with.
And then I would, you know, Ithink the Patriots and the Bills
are there.
I'm not saying like they aren'tinvolved in that grouping

But if you had to ask me, like,who are the teams right now that
I could see going the distance?
I mean, the Patriots, I feellike they're there, but they

I like the Chiefs to go on theroad in this one and pick up the
win in Buffalo.
