(05:21):
Let's go to the show.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
I just love this topic.
It makes me happy.
It makes me happy and I feellike there's so much healing
that can happen in this space.
So really setting thatintention that there is some
really lovely aha moments, somebeautiful takeaways and really
some connection with your owninner child during tonight's

(05:45):
experience, that's my real hopeand wish and intention for our
space together tonight.

Speaker 1 (05:52):
Absolutely so.
I would love to, just asChristine's getting our
slideshow together, doing hertech magic, I would love to
guide us in just a few deepbreaths, centering in setting
our intention for the space.
So just taking a minute, closing your eyes, maybe,
bringing your hands to gassho,to prayer, or even resting them
on your heart, whatever feelsbest here.
Just take a moment to fullyarrive in the present, calling

(06:16):
back your energy from whereverit is, if it's still at work, if
it's still on your to-do list,if it's still with your kids.
Just calling back all of yourenergy into this present moment,
knowing that you have the nexthour to really be present with
yourself to do some healing, tohave some joy and magic mixed in
.
Let's just take three deepbreaths in that energy here,

(06:38):
being aware of our body and thepresent as we inhale, letting go
of any hesitation, anxiety, static energy as we exhale Again
.
Deep breath in, deep breath out.
One more really deep breath, filling all of your lungs,

(07:04):
exhaling, let it out.
Just continuing to breathe deephere, tuning in with yourself
as we call in our directions.
This is something that we do atthe start of every call here at
Moon Rising to create our sacredcircle, our sacred space.
So we call to our circle thespirits of the east, the wind

(07:25):
with its whispers of wisdom.
May you bring us the energy ofhope and inspiration in today's
call.
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you.
Welcome to our circle.
And we call to our circle thespirits of the south, the fire,
with its passion and purpose.
May you burn away all that nolonger serves us and allow us to

(07:45):
rise like a phoenix from theashes, fully embodying our true
power.
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you.
Welcome to our circle.
And to the spirits of the West, the water.
We thank you for washing awayand soothing all that the fire
burned clear, for reminding ushow to trust and surrender to
the flow of life.

(08:06):
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you.
Welcome to our circle.
We call to our circle thespirits of the north, the earth,
provider and sustainer of allphysical life, nourisher of all
beings.
May we each be nourished andsupported by this experience
tonight receiving all that weneed to for our greatest and
highest good.

(08:26):
Spirits of the North, we thankyou, we love you, we honor you.
Welcome to our circle and tothe spirits from above, our
spirit guides, guardian angels, loving ancestors, friends of the
upper world.
Thank you for keeping us trueto our soul's optimistic
intentions for this experience.
We thank you for your presencehere.
We thank optimistic intentionsfor this experience.
We thank you for your presencehere.
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you.

(08:48):
Welcome to our circle.
We call to our circle thespirits from below, our power,
animals, mythical creatures, nature spirits, friends who
teach us what it means to haveone foot in the physical, one
foot in the spiritual, dancingbetween the realms.
We thank you for your presencehere.
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you.
Welcome to our circle.

(09:11):
And we call to our circle theenergy of our highest self and
the energy of our most healedinner child, the ones who remind
us of our truth, of our power,of who we are.
When we heal our wounds, release our limitations.
May we all, when we heal ourwounds, release our limitations.
May we all dance around thefire tonight in this experience,
together, healing, alchemizing, rising into our truest, most

(09:32):
aligned form.
We thank you for your presencehere.
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you.
Welcome to our circle.
And with the energy andintention of all seven
directions now in place thiscircle, this space.
This time is blessed as sacred, knowing that each and every one
of us will receive andexperience exactly what we are
meant to in this time and inthis space.

(09:54):
And I invite you to just take amoment here to set your
intention for this evening, whether that's a question you
would love to have answered, anenergy you want to embody, an
experience you want to have, just taking a moment to bring
that intention to mind and heart, feeling it settle in, sink in,
imprint onto your energy, andwe'll seal all of this in with

(10:17):
another big, deep breath here, breathing in and exhale, letting
it go, taking any othermovements or moments that you
need to open up your eyes.
Come all the way back into theZoom room whenever you're ready

(10:38):
and we'll get started.
Like I said, feel free tocontinue using the chat to take
notes, to share questions andaha moments.
We love it all and we are soexcited to get started tonight.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
So, as always, please let me know if you can see and
hear us, okay, now that thepresentation is up.
All right, beautiful, sowelcome.
Welcome everyone officially toour inner child workshop.
I am Christine Renee.
I am the visionary here at MoonRising Shamanic Institute.
I have a lifetime experiencewith Reiki and love, love, love

(11:17):
how it has invited me into theshamanic space.
I love to follow the lead ofinspiration to design, to create
, co-create with our team hereat Moon Rising Institute and
really to help others shinetheir light, and such to the
fullest capacity that they haveaccess to.
And that is that is my alwaysmy dream, always my hope, always

(11:41):
my love.
And so I welcome, welcome, welcome you tonight for our call
.
And tonight we also have IsabelWeld, our alchemist, on the
call.
I'll let Isabel share a littlebit about her role here.

Speaker 1 (11:56):
Absolutely so.
Like it says, I am the alchemistand really my passion and
purpose in this lifetime ishelping people break free from
the things that are weighingthem down, learning how to
alchemize their energy, how totake their wounds, their pain,
their past traumas, theirlimiting beliefs all of it and
alchemize it into sources ofpower and presence and
confidence.
I'm also really passionate abouthelping you connect with your

(12:18):
intuition, helping you connectwith your own inner power so
that you know how to find thehealing and the wisdom that you
have access to within you.
And, of course, many of youknow me as the one who bridges
science and spirituality.
So I've got a background inpsychology and nursing and I
love me some quantum physics andsome neuroscience and semantics
and all of the things, and Ireally love finding the places

(12:40):
where these modern ideas that wehave that can reach us on the
mental level can blend withthese ancient knowings that we
have that reach us on the soullevel to really give us a
completely holistic approach toour spirituality, to our lives,
so we can connect a little bitmore to the sacred and live life
to the fullest.
So I'm hoping we get a littletaste of that in tonight's Inner

(13:01):
Child webinar.

Speaker 2 (13:02):
Absolutely.
So.
Here's what we're going to becovering tonight.
We have a lot to cover, sowe're going to jump right in.
What is the inner child?
The wounded inner child, thesubconscious mind, signs of
inner child wounding, the innerchild ages and inner teen one of
my favorite topics the healedinner child and we're going to
have a healing experience andthen we're got a scholarship

(13:23):
giveaway for the end.
So be sure to be on and makesure that we've got your name so
that you're you're, you'reentered in the drawing.
That's the word I'm looking for.
Okay, beautiful.
So who is the inner child?
Our inner child is theenergetic embodiment of all of

(13:45):
our childhood experiences,memories and emotions.
So think of yourself inchildhood and can you remember
the range of emotions that weexperienced and how vibrant life
felt?
And when I say that, I reallywant to hone in on that huge
spectrum, oftentimes in ouradult minds we tend to hone in
on bad memories.
In our adult minds we tend tohone in on bad memories, and yet

(14:09):
that fullness of life wasreally available to us as a
child.
And so when we often thinkabout our wounded inner child.
But we also have this healedinner child too.
So there is a huge spectrum, and so I just want to set that
foundation right out from thebeginning that there's a
multitude of different kinds ofinner child that we have access
to.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
Absolutely, and knowing that when we're doing
this inner child work, it can bean invitation to invite that
magic back, to invite thevibrance of life back, to invite
that spectrum of emotions thatwe're trained kind of not to
have as adults.
Right, that can be a goal ofinner child healing too.
Yeah, so with our wounded innerchild, this is probably the

(14:50):
inner child that we think ofmost.
When we say inner child healing, the first thing that pretty
much everybody thinks of is thatversion of you that was wounded
, that was hurt, right.
And our wounded inner child isthe part of our inner child that
felt pain or had an experiencethat made them feel less than so
.
We're talking about the entirerange of traumatic experiences,

(15:10):
whether it was a big T trauma ora little T trauma.
It's any experience that led tobeliefs or feelings of I'm
unlovable, I'm not worthy, I'minherently flawed, I'll be
abandoned if XYZ happens, or Iwill break my family's unspoken
rules, or I'll be a bad personif I do XYZ, y, z, or, you know,

(15:32):
if I'm successful, if I dosomething good, I'll make others
feel bad, or I'll outshineothers if I excel at.
So I need to dim my light, right.
It's any time that our littleself interpreted what was
happening in the world around usas there's something wrong with
you, the way that youinherently show up, the way that
you inherently are.
It either isn't enough or it'stoo much.

(15:53):
And when our inner child hadthose experiences and had those
emotions, we take it in and itbecomes part of our subconscious
framework, which we'll talk alittle bit more about later.

Speaker 2 (16:02):
Yeah, and I really want to hone in on this idea
that it can be something smallthat makes a really big impact.
So like, for example, you mighthave a memory of your mother
rushing out the door and beinghurry, hurry, hurry.
We got to go and you'restalling.
You're like trying to play onyour bike and you fall off and
you scab your knee and you'renow you're crying because you're
you're bleeding and your motheris just exasperated, right, and

(16:26):
that moment you are made tofeel unworthy, that you're
inherently flawed, that sheain't got time for you, Right,
and all of those feed into thesewhat become limiting beliefs,
Right, and so it's all of thosethings that stack up, Right.
So it doesn't necessarily meanthat you had an abusive
childhood.
We all have stuff.

(16:48):
So this is where the little Tand the big T really play their
parts.
Have stuff.
So this is where the little Tand the big T really play their
parts.
So the subconscious mindconnection we really need to
understand that the subconsciousmind is forming between birth
and age eight.

(17:08):
There's not a filter.
We don't have a consciousfilter yet.
So anything that is happening,so our mom runs and says I can't
believe you, we have to leaveright now.
Right Like if she is puttingthat energy out where you're now
feeling I'm I messed up, I'm ahorrible person, Like all these
things.
You just absorb it.
There is no conscious filtergoing wow, mom's really stressed

(17:29):
out right now she really needsto take a chill pill.
There is no conscious filtergoing wow, mom's really stressed
out right now, she really needsto take a chill pill.
Like there's no consciousthought about what's happening
and that is the framework of howwe're seeing the world.

Speaker 1 (17:41):
Absolutely.
And so when we're looking at oursubconscious mind, this is the
moment where everything that'shappening around you is getting
interpreted as a fact about you, like Christine saying there's
no conscious filter, there's noability to say this is about me
and this is about them, everything is about you.
And so when we're having everysingle experience from age zero
to around eight or 10, thatbecomes our framework, for this

(18:03):
is how the world works and thisis my place in it.
This is how I need to act, thisis how I need to show up, this
is what I need to do and not doin order to be successful, in
order to be safe, right.
And so when we're in thatreally prime age for our
subconscious to develop, difficult experiences start to
challenge our sense of self andthey cause us to install those

(18:24):
new limiting beliefs to keep ussafe, right.
This is why we say that oursubconscious mind is just here
to keep us safe, because it'sholding on to the beliefs that
would have helped us at the time, right?
So let's say, even with thissituation, where you know your
mom's rushing you out the doorand you fall and you scab your
knee and she's going hurry, hurry, hurry we don't have time
for this.
Your brain is going toretroactively look back at that

(18:45):
experience and say, man, if Ihad just gone a little faster,
if I had just spoken up, if Ihad just not cried or made a big
deal about my knee, then maybemom would have been happier.
And so now you have thisinternalized belief that if I
had just gone faster, if I hadjust done better, things
wouldn't have turned out the waythat they did.
And so now that's going tocarry forward into your adult

(19:05):
life because, according to yoursubconscious, this is how the
world works.
You're always going to need todo better, you're always going
to need to go faster, you'realways going to need to show up
in XYZ way because it would havekept you safe, it would have
gotten you more love in the past.
Right, and so these are thestories that often become our
inner critic in adulthood andare at the root of our triggers,
when we feel that emotionrising up, when we feel

(19:27):
ourselves feeling activated, orwhen we just know that we're not
doing enough.
We don't know why, but we knowwe're not doing enough.
That's at the root of that isthat belief that your inner
child took on.
It's that wounded inner childenergy that's resonating forward
into your present adult life.
And this is one of my favoritequestions when we're starting
inner child work is when you'rein that activated state, when

(19:48):
you find yourself saying, oh mygosh, I'm such an idiot or I
should have done better, or Ididn't do enough, or I'm never
going to get what I want.
Whatever that story is that'splaying through your head, can
you tune in and ask yourselfwhose voice is that right?
Because your subconsciousremembers the first person who
taught you to believe that.
And when you can take time toask your subconscious, ask your

(20:09):
inner child.
Whose voice are you hearingright now?
Who first told you that?
That's the first step tofreeing yourself is realizing
that belief was given to me,that story was given to me.
I don't have to hold onto it.
I don't have to choose tobelieve that anymore.
I can reframe and rewrite thescripts that I'm living my life
by.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
Absolutely.
I can't stress that enough andknow that those positive,
empowering experience can createan empowered belief and lead to
the strong energy flow.
So they're in balance.
We have these difficultexperiences and then we have
positive experiences and theyboth co-create the scripts in
our mind and how we view theworld right.

(20:48):
And so then we can startnoticing what is the signs of
the inner child wounded.
Okay, so some of the signs thatmight come about of when
they're being activated andreally are calling out for
healing includes when we'reconstantly disassociating, we
have blacked out memories, wehave self-sabotaging cycles, we

(21:08):
have these intense emotions outof the blue sabotaging cycles.
We have these intense emotionsout of the blue feeling unsafe,
unworthy or inherently flawed, addictive or risk seeking
behaviors, anxiety, shame, lowself-esteem and trust issues and
perfectionism.
So those are like that's yourquick short list, Like if you
are going, yeah, I've been there, Yep, Done that, Uh-huh, those
things are going.

(21:28):
Your inner child's like yo,look at me, please pay attention
, I have healing to do.

Speaker 1 (21:37):
And knowing that those, those wounds are.
I don't want to say that theylast your whole life, because
they don't.
It's absolutely possible toheal your inner child wounds,
but knowing that working withyour inner child is a lifelong
journey, because at the root ofevery difficult emotion, every
limiting belief, there is ayounger you who learned how to
believe that, whether thatyounger you was you five years

(21:57):
ago, 10 years ago, or it trulyis your inner child, right?
And so the ability to tune into some of the techniques that
we're going to share with youtonight are going to serve you
your entire life, because we'reconstantly going to be
reevaluating the experiences andstories that we got from the
experiences and stories that wegot from the past and if we want
them to continue in the presentright.

Speaker 2 (22:19):
So, yeah, we do have more than one.
You would have multiple, andthey're often like reflective of
what was going on during thatage, so it's not uncommon.
You might have some inner childthat's three-year-old,
seven-year-old and 13-year-old,right, and so we can tune into
these different ages.
And it's always like, in myperspective, I always want to

(22:40):
start at the youngest age andthen work my way towards
adulthood.
So when we engage with theinner child, healing allow
whichever aspect shows up is theexact right one that needs to
right.
But don't be surprised if it'sthe youngest, because she holds
the most scripting because ofwhen her subconscious or his

(23:00):
subconscious was still underdevelopment.

Speaker 1 (23:03):
Absolutely.
And so knowing that this iskind of like a zipper, right,
this is why we do chakra workthe way we do as well, of
starting at the root and workingour way up, because that's
going to have a ripple effectinto all of the other inner
children that you'reexperiencing, but also into your
adult life, right?
And so this is where we canalso know, too, that there's a
difference between your innerchild and your inner teen.

(23:24):
Right, your inner child isthere and they want to be
nurtured, they want to be seen, they want to be supported.
Think about, you know a littlebaby, how what they want is to
have their needs met, to beloved, to feel safe.
Right, and our inner child isconstantly looking for those
three things to have our needsmet, to feel safe and to be
loved.
Right, and so oftentimes, whenour inner child is triggered,

(23:46):
it's because she didn't get, orthey didn't get, or he didn't
get one of those three things.
Right, and so that's anotherreally helpful tool for you to
take away from.
This is when you're feelingactivated, when you're noticing
your inner child showing up inyour life, asking yourself which
of the three is missing, whichof the three did they not
receive?
And how can I give that tomyself in the moment, which is

(24:06):
very different from your innerteen, which is Christine's
wheelhouse?

Speaker 2 (24:11):
I love the inner teen and I think part of it is it's
just been showing up more andmore.
So if you watched our shadowwork presentation I did with
Chantel just a few days ago, Ireally spoke to this inner teen
and my inner teen getting reallytriggered recently because my
daughter just entered middleschool.
So here she is, 12 years old,and I was severely bullied when

(24:32):
I was 12.
And then and so I'm recognizingthis I'm recognizing all the
trauma that she went to and howshe hates looking in a mirror
and I feel like I woke up todayand I'm in my like I don't know
17 year old self and I was likeI want to straighten my hair and
I want to put up makeup on, andI'm like I don't remember the
last time I've straightened myhair, but this is how my hair

(24:53):
looked in high school.
It hasn't looked this way sincehigh school, right?
And so it's like recognizingand bearing witness to and what
do they want and how do theywant to show up, because it can
be an integrative experience toallow yourself to be like what
do they need right now, what dothey want, what are they
desiring, and how can I givethat to them in a safe way,

(25:18):
right?
So we're going to bereparenting our inner child, or
inner teen.

Speaker 1 (25:22):
And knowing that that piece is so key to any kind of
healing, because the very firststep to doing this kind of work
is giving yourself permission toactually do the work.
Because sometimes that's goingto look like crying when you're
feeling upset.
Sometimes that's going to looklike getting out crayons and
coloring for a while.
Sometimes that's going to looklike straightening your hair
even though you haven't donethat for you know, decades right

(25:44):
.
Like this is what inner childhealing looks like, and so many
of the things that will heal ourinner child are the things that
we have been trained not to do,to be acceptable, effective,
successful adults, right, we'renot supposed to have strong
emotions, we're not supposed tobe messy, we're supposed to stay
in line, we're supposed to dothings right.
And so, knowing that part ofinner child healing is breaking

(26:05):
out of those stories, it'sbreaking the generational trauma
, it's breaking the societalexpectations, it's doing the
work, and that means that it'snot always going to be easy, but
it is always going to feelfreeing, because that's
ultimately what your inner childwants.
They want to feel safe, to bethemselves, right.
And so the best way to starthealing your inner child is
being kind to yourself in thepresent and practicing that

(26:26):
self-love, practicing thatself-permission and that radical
self-acceptance of.
If I feel like I need to cryright now, I'm going to cry.
If I need to talk somethingthrough for an hour, I'm going
to talk it through.
If I need to go color, if Ineed to make a mess, if I'm
going to you know, intentionallynot do something on my to-do
list because I don't want tofeel like I'm giving my power
away to someone else do it.

(26:47):
Can you give yourself the spaceto show your adult self that
love, that safety and thatnourishment that your inner
child was looking for, right?
So now what we're going to dois we're going to look at
connecting with our healed innerchild as another empowering
healing technique, because thisis again where so many people
fall short in inner childhealing is we get so focused on

(27:09):
the version of us that has thewounds, the version of us that
has the pain, the version of usthat has the trauma.
But what's happening in oursubconscious, what's happening
in our energy field, what'shappening in our neural networks
is, the more we focus on thatversion it's like watering a
weed, if you will right.
The more energy you give to it,the more it's going to grow.
And that doesn't mean that wenever want to look at our

(27:30):
wounded inner child, but what itdoes mean is we want to
alchemize them by helping themto meet our healed inner child
Because, like we talked aboutbefore your healed inner child,
we can probably go to the nextslide on this one.
Your healed inner child is thatone who has all of the positive
experience, who experienced thejoy and the livelihood and the
creativity and the freedom right.

(27:51):
No matter what happened in yourchildhood, we all have at least
a few memories of this right, which means that we all have the
energy of our healed innerchild in us somewhere.
And this is the most powerfulaspect of inner child work is,
yeah, we can be aware of ourinner critic.
Yeah, we can be aware of whichof those three areas our inner
child is calling out for supportin in the moment.

(28:12):
Yeah, we can be aware of whichversion of our inner child is
showing up and give thempermission to express and feel
and release, and all of it theway that they want to.
And once we've done that, wehave to take that final step.
We have to close the gap byinviting them to merge their
energy with our healed innerchild right.
And so here's where we can thinkabout what's your happiest

(28:33):
childhood memory the memory thatwhen someone says, oh my gosh,
what was your favorite moment inyour childhood, what comes to
mind?
You know right off the bat Forme what comes to mind almost
instantly, and it's okay if youranswer to this changes tomorrow
, right, but what comes to mindfor me tonight is I remember I
was probably six and we had ahot air balloon land in our
backyard and it was like themost magical moment of my entire

(28:57):
childhood and I just felt soalive and so vibrant and so
fulfilled in that moment becauseit was just so magical, right.
And I can feel that energy.
I can feel that alignment andthat joy and recognize how much
healing that energy is going tohave for the wounded version of
my inner child Right.
And so, as Christine will sharehere, it can also open us up to

(29:19):
understanding a little bitabout our passion and purpose as
adults when we connect with ourhealed inner child as well.

Speaker 2 (29:25):
And this is where I, like, I light up, because when
we can start going, where arethose emotional aspects of those
favorite memories?
Right?
And so, even if you're, like I,cannot remember my childhood
was horrible.
When was the time that you wereconnected with nature?
When was the time that youconnected to yourself?
When did you have an imaginaryfriend?

(29:47):
It doesn't matter.
Whatever those joyful memoriesare, we want to hone in on them
and focus because, like, forexample, one of my favorite
inner child memories is teachinga cat to look both ways when
crossing the street, right LikeI was probably six or seven, my
girlfriend and I were walkingthis cat and made it sit and

(30:07):
look both ways and all of thethings granted.
The cat lived to be 18, nevergot hit by a car this is in a
major city and died of old age.
But in that moment, what wasthe emotions that I was feeling?
I wasn't being watched, therewas no adults around, and so I
felt incredibly independent.
I felt like I was a teacherNotice that I'm teaching a cat

(30:30):
out across the street.
I felt like I was a teacher,notice that I'm teaching a cat
out across the street.
Like I felt very empoweredbecause I was doing this
purposeful thing right.
And so now, as an adult, I canlook back and go like, wow, look
at, those were the seeds thatdrove my purpose.
And I love being independent.
I love making decisions.
I like being in control All ofthose feed me right, making

(30:52):
decisions.
I like being in control, likeall of those feed me Right and
so we can.

Speaker 1 (30:59):
We can start to notice in those happy joyful
memories, what seeded us in ourpassion and purpose, and so, as
you're looking at this, thinkingthrough, you know what is some
of those happiest memories, andthis can be an ongoing prompt,
right.
This can be something that aweek from now, you look back and
you're like, oh my gosh, youknow what else I used to love
that I completely forgot about,right?
One of the most powerful waysto practice inner child healing

(31:22):
is by engaging with your healedinner child, by reminding
yourself of the energy of funand play, by reminding yourself
what it was like to feel free,to feel safe, to feel empowered,
to feel independent, to feelcreative, to feel whatever it
was, and notice how often whatcomes to mind, what comes up,
the things that light you up inthose memories are often the
things that you feel like you'remissing out on a little bit as

(31:44):
an adult, right, and so you canstart thinking about what comes
up in those memories.
You know, we had a student oncewho her inner child used to
play with an Easy-Bake oven andwe did some inner child healing
with her and she went out andfound one at a thrift shop and
spent the rest of the afternoonplaying with her Easy-Bake oven,
and that was how she startedher inner child healing.
It doesn't have to be hard.

(32:04):
It doesn't have to be thiswe're going to pull up the past
traumas and the past wounds andwe're going to reroute all of
these things.
Right, it can be.
What did you love to do as achild?
Painting, dancing, biking,building a fort?
This is mine.
My husband refers to the fortsthat I make as pillow pits, and
if I'm feeling upset, he willcome to me and be like do you
need to build a fort right now?
Right, like those kinds ofthings.

(32:26):
Building a fort?
Reading enjoying a sweet treat?
What would light you up beforebuilding a fort?
Reading enjoying a sweet treat?
What would light you up beforeand can you allow it to light
you up?

Speaker 2 (32:35):
now Right, yeah, absolutely, I think for me.
I also remember having, when Ihad young children, my inner
child work oftentimes wasembodying their age and playing
with them.
So when my son was four, Iwould pretend to be a
four-year-old friend and be likethat's my red marker, you can't
have that one.

(32:56):
And I just totally went with itand my son would look like I
was crazy.
He would look at me like whatare you doing?
You're not my mother, You're,you're being goofy.
And I'm like yep, I'm beinggoofy and just fully playing in
that role as a child in a safeway, in a safe environment.
Right, Can do so much beautifulhealing work.

(33:16):
So we definitely want to inviteyou to figure out what those
activities are that you lovedand do them.

Speaker 1 (33:22):
And I want to add to that really quick, just before
we jump into our experience.
Part of it, too, isunderstanding that it's okay if
at the start you feel silly.
It's okay if at the start youfeel silly.
It's okay if at the start youfeel like, oh my gosh, why am I
doing this?
It's not helping right.
One of the things that I'vebeen learning in my life this
week because spirit oftenprepares us as teachers to teach
the topics by giving us alittle lesson in our own lives.

(33:45):
So I've been deep in some innerchild healing myself this week
and one of the things that Ihave noticed again and again
come up as I'm doing the healingwork is that first step is
always the hardest.
It's always the one where yourinner critic gets louder.
It's the one where everythingfeels messier.
It's the one where you feellike this isn't going to work
anyway.
And then, as soon as you do itand you can look around and go I

(34:06):
made a mess and nobody'syelling, or I said something
silly and the world didn't fallapart, or, you know, I went and
was creative and maybe it's notthe world's best thing, but like
I like it.
I'm actually proud of somethingthat I did today, like those
moments where you can realizethose outdated stories are
genuinely outdated.
Those limiting beliefs, theinner critic, the wounds that

(34:28):
your past inner childexperienced, those are in the
past.
Things are different now.
That's the power of reparentingis when you give yourself
permission to do the thinganyway.
Do it even if you look silly,do it even if it makes a mess
right.
One of the things that I reallywant to highlight here that has
again been a big thing in my ownlife is, for so many of us,

(34:49):
inner child healing comes downto the feeling that we have to
be perfect, that if we're notwalking the line in the exact
right way, something bad isgoing to happen.
Right, but at the end of the day, you do not want a life that
requires you to be perfect.
If somebody came over to youand said you can have the life
of your dreams, you can besuccessful, you can have money,
you can have whatever you want, but you're going to have to
constantly be on, always walkingin line, making sure that

(35:11):
you're doing everything right, juggling all of the balls,
always being in control, wouldyou want it?
No, you want the life thatembraces your imperfections.
You want the life that isjoyful and aligned and flowing
and gets to be messy and gets tobe creative and gets to be fun.
But our life isn't going toembrace those things until we
embrace them in ourselves, right?

(35:36):
So a big part of inner childhealing is allowing yourself to
embrace the mess, embrace thesilly, embrace the imperfections
, because that's what's going tolet your life grow around those
and support those.

Speaker 2 (35:41):
It's so huge, it's so huge, I can't stress it enough.
I definitely grew up in a housewhere the house needed to be
perfectly clean all of the time, right, and so going and baking
and throwing flour around withmy daughter was like huge.
It was a huge breakthroughmoment that there wasn't going
to be an adult that was going tocome out and yell at me for

(36:03):
making a huge mess, right?
So, recognizing those aspectsof you that really want to come
out, that want to come play, that want to come dance, and
taking those like, look, I'msafe, look, I'm safe, look, I'm
safe Every step of the way isgoing to be transformative, all
right.
So now I would, we would reallylove to guide you into an

(36:27):
experience where you canreconnect with your inner child.
So we're going to do this, andso I'm just going to invite you
to take a nice deep breath andmaybe you want to place your
hands over your heart andinviting you to close down your
eyes.
Notice that inhale and exhale.

(36:49):
Notice that inhale and exhale, allowing your legs to becoming
heavy and relaxed, letting yourbelly soften, letting your
shoulders drop, letting your jawrelax, letting the tongue fall
away from the roof of your mouth, letting your facial muscles

(37:12):
relax, letting even your hairrelax, knowing that this is a
place, a space, a time thatyou're worthy to go into this
meditative experience to meetpart of who you are, to meet

(37:33):
part of who you are.
So, in this relaxed body, I'mgoing to invite you to imagine,
imagine a beautiful summertimepark where there is
merry-go-rounds and slides andclimbing fixtures and maybe even

(37:54):
a water feature.
And just noticing as you stepinto this childhood wonderland
park, just noticing what younotice when it comes to the
colors here, noticing whatsounds you hear If you are alone

(38:17):
or if there is laughter andother groups of children playing
, noticing if there is a breeze, noticing if there is a table of
treats, noticing if there'ssomething you can taste,
noticing if there's somethingyou can smell.

(38:38):
And this can be your idea ofyour ideal childhood park where
you can play, you can run, youcan laugh, in full freedom and
full safety.

(39:00):
And so here you are, observing, you can notice what's happening
around you, knowing that yourinner child, at just the right
age for you to meet, is here.
And so you begin to explore thedifferent areas to meet little

(39:22):
you.
Maybe they're swinging on theswing, maybe they're in the

(39:49):
sandbox, maybe it's themerry-go-round, and your job as
adult you is to be curious, tobe delighted in the experience
of meeting your little you.
And so you move around each ofthe different areas seeking out
your little you, all the whiletaking in your senses, making

(40:10):
the emotions, making thevibrancy of this place as alive
as possible.
And when you find your innerchild, I'm going to invite you
to parallel park, meaning you'regoing to do what they're doing.

(40:33):
So if they're swinging, you goswing.
If they're sliding down theslide, you go catch them at the
bottom.
If they're on the merry-go-round, you jump right on and notice
their emotion.
Are they in a place ofexcitement?
Are they in a place of ecstaticjoy?

(40:56):
How are their emotions?
Noticing, too, that they mightbe sad or crestfallen or hurt in
some way, and knowing that thatis all right, that you can hold
space for them as well.
And so, as your adult self, youget to meet and be with, in the

(41:23):
fullest capacity, your innerchild.
So, taking a moment now tobeing fully and completely with
them and experiencing a fewmoments with them to support
them, to love them, to nurturethem, to enjoy an experience

(41:44):
with them, with a mind ofcuriosity, with a mind of awe,
noticing what you can notice, letting your inner child know

(42:15):
that you're so excited to bewith them in this moment, that
you're proud of them for whothey are, that you accept them,
that you love them as they areand that any time that they

(42:37):
desire for you to return to thishappy place, you can come, you
can play, you can witness, youcan support, you can help.
And so you might want to ask ifyour inner child wants you,

(42:57):
they want your attention.
What's the thing that they'regoing to do to grab your
attention?
Notice, notice.
If it's a physical sensation,if it's a whisper in your ear,
if it's something that you'regoing to see in your life, take
that in.
And so, with this wisdom, withthis knowledge of how they're

(43:31):
going to reach out to you whenthey need you, you say goodbye
for now, allowing them tocontinue to play, continuing to
experience, knowing that you canreturn whenever you so desire.
And then you come back to yourstarting place of where you
entered the park, taking a nicedeep breath, filling your lungs

(43:55):
full of air, coming all the wayback to your physical body, this
physical present moment, wiggling those fingers and toes
and, when you're ready, fluttering open your eyes and
coming all the way back to thiscall.

Speaker 1 (44:14):
Feel free to take a minute or two to journal, to
integrate that energy, to feel, into what that top takeaway is
from that, whether it wassomething your inner child did,
the way that you're feeling, even just the idea that you can
go and meet your inner child ina joyful way.

(44:35):
Just take a few minutes here tosit with that, and we would
love to hear as well in the chatIf you're wanting to share.
We'd love to hear how you'refeeling now, what your takeaway
was, if that was a goodexperience.
Love to hear it in the chat.
As we give you just a minute ortwo to journal, write those
things down and share with us.
And I do have our names puttogether for our giveaway.

(45:02):
So I've got all of our littlesticky notes here for our very
incredible giveaway that I'mvery excited about and we'll get
to that in just a few minuteshere.
I actually just had one jumpout at me.
That's funny.
I set that one to the side.
So I do just want to take aminute to just check in with you
guys now that you've had alittle taste of what inner child

(45:23):
healing can look like, the factthat it can be joyful and it
can be creative and it could befreeing, and it can be meeting
your inner child on theplayground and sharing a
beautiful moment with them.
I would love to know how you'refeeling now, if something has
shifted for you, or if you hadan aha moment where you, you
know you've changed the way youthink about inner child healing,

(45:44):
or you remembered somethingmagical, or you have a new tool
or technique that you're goingto take away with you.
I would love to know over inthe chat.
Like I said, that really makesthings so magical is when we can
share and seal in that energytogether.
And you know, here's the thing.
Here's the question that wekind of want to ask you as we
come to a close tonight is youknow, what if you woke up in the

(46:06):
morning knowing that you couldfully heal your inner child,
knowing that you could movebeyond your past, integrate it
and allow it to somethinggreater than yourself?
Right?
What if you had a way torelease those limiting beliefs,

(46:26):
heal your subconsciousframeworks, connect with the
highest version of who you are, alchemize those traumas and
those pains into again sourcesof power?
Right, it's absolutely possible, it's completely achievable and
we've seen students do it againand again.
This is why we teach what weteach in Soul Rising, and what
we shared with you today in thiswebinar is, believe it or not,

(46:48):
just a little teeny tiny tasteof what we teach in Soul Rising.
This would have been probablyhalf of one video in the first
week of Sacral Chakra and, forreference, there are 16 weeks of
content in the course.
So this is truly part of anamazing integrative approach to
healing, approach to connectingwith yourself, approach to

(47:11):
shamanism right, we teach over35 incredible tools and so many
more concepts and ideas andoffering you just a buffet of
options to connect with yourself.
Right.
And it's part of the reasonthat wealth of knowledge and
experiences and ideas andopportunities is part of the
reason why so many of ourstudents experience
transformation.

(47:31):
One of our students shared thatshe started Soul Rising with the
intention of finding herauthentic self, right, like so
many of us, and not reallyknowing what that meant.
But after completing SoulRising, she can say that not
only did she find herself, shefound her authentic self, but
she loves who she is and shelikes who she is.
And can you imagine being ableto wake up in the morning and

(47:51):
say with complete conviction Ilove who I am.
I love myself right.
We had another student sharethat she can't believe that
she's the same person as she waswho started Soul Rising.
It's been a gift that's givenher invaluable tools to heal her
past and her future.
And I'm reading thesetestimonials verbatim how they
were written, how they were sentin from our incredible students

(48:12):
, right.
Another one said that shefinally learned to trust and
embody, leaning into the processof her abilities, her spiritual
gifts, the divine that it'sbeen such a game changer for her
, because she struggled withself-trust for so long right
Again, like so many of us, andshe's finally to the point where
she's trusting herself and herability to be still and accept

(48:34):
whatever shows up and the waythat it shows up, tuning into
her gifts right.
So, knowing that you are fullycapable of accessing these new
levels of healing ortransformation or empowerment,
or joy or creativity or whateverit is that your soul is
yearning for, whatever youidentified in today's webinar as
that thing that feels like yourinner child is calling out for

(48:55):
it right, in fact, you are beingcalled to step into it, the
fact that you're on this webinar, the fact that you're doing
this work, the fact that you arewanting to care for your inner
child, wanting to go deeper, isa calling.
It's a calling from your soultelling you there is more here,
there's something here for youtonight, right?
So I do want to take a fewminutes to tell you more about

(49:17):
Soul Rising and then I promisethat we will get to our giveaway
for those of you who are onlive.
So promise that we will get toour giveaway for those of you
who are on live.
So Soul Rising is a four monthjourney into subconscious
reprogramming, inner childhealing, nervous system healing,
energetic harmony, connectingwith your intuition, walking the
shamanic path, learning aboutReiki and the actual historical
foundation of Reiki, not the waythat we're often taught it

(49:37):
today.
Right, we mix in spiritualcoaching and guided journeys and
meditations like the one youjust experienced and, above all,
really deep, tight-knitcommunity support, the ability
to sit down in circles like thisand interact and engage and
share your ideas and share yourwins and have your hand held, or
hold someone else's hand, through the process of
alchemizing and healing yourwounds.

(49:59):
Right?
So, over the course of fourmonths, we teach you through
four modules, one for each ofthe lower four chakras, because
that's where our deepest wounds, our deepest limiting beliefs
and our deepest potential forhealing is stored.
We have a module for eachchakra and each one has a
different focus, a differenttool that we're teaching you.
We're going to teach you how toshamanic journey to the upper,

(50:19):
middle and lower realms.
We're going to teach you how todo the inner child healing, how
to connect with your intuition, how to manifest in a more
aligned way, how to cut cords, how to show up in your
authenticity, how to understandyour values and who you are as a
person, what your passion andpurpose is.
We talk about rewiring thesubconscious, regulating your

(50:40):
nervous system, awakening yourspiritual gifts, healing your
past traumas, connecting withyour spirit teams, using
energetic healing techniqueslike chakra spinning and chakra
analysis to understand what'shappening in your systems right,
and it's not about this is theway that healing needs to happen
.
It's not about this is how Ihealed or this is how Christine
healed.
It's about the three of usChristine, chantel and I have

(51:02):
come together and pooled all ofthe resources, all of the wisdom
, all of the ideas that havehelped us along the way.
You guys heard me tonight talkabout how I've been deep in my
own inner child healing.
You better believe that thetools and techniques I was using
to do that inner child healingwe teach in Soul Rising, because
this is what has helped us.
And we've conglomerated, we'vepoolglomerated, we've pulled all

(51:23):
of those together to offer youa buffet of options so that you
can reconnect and reclaim yourown wisdom.
So, just like tonight'sexperiences was about going into
yourself, finding that healingin yourself, reconnecting with
yourself, soul Rising isdesigned to remind you of who
you already are at your corethat powerful, wise, healed,
vibrant, joyful, connected beingwho already has that unique

(51:46):
medicine within you to live thelife that you love right.
And our students have doneabsolutely incredible things
that I wouldn't even begin totake credit for because, again,
this is about coming into yourown power, stepping into your
own truth.
And so our students have healedthemselves from PTSD,
depression, anxiety and chronicillness.
They've reclaimed theirrelationship with their inner

(52:07):
child and released years oftrauma.
They've manifested abundance topay off all of their debts.
We had one student manifestenough money to cover tens of
thousands of dollars in debt outof the blue, launched
successful businesses,reconnected with passions
they've had buried for years.
One of our students didprofessional horseback riding
when she was younger.
Hadn't done it for like 30years, got back into it because

(52:27):
of the inner child healing thatshe did with Soul Rising, she's
now a competitor.
She has the most incrediblephotos that I love.
I love seeing, because she isso rooted in her passion and
purpose.
Because of this kind of work, they've connected to their
spirit guides, their poweranimals, their unique gifts,
spirit nature, in ways that theynever thought possible, right?
So there are so many of theseincredible stories on our

(52:49):
website.
I don't want you to just hear itfrom me, so be sure to go over
to the link and check it out.
But my invitation to you rightnow is, just like we've
envisioned a healed version ofour inner child, right?
I want you to imagine a healedversion of you now.
Imagine yourself four monthsfrom now feeling grounded,
feeling confident, feelingspiritually connected, feeling
free, knowing that you are safe, knowing that you are loved,

(53:11):
knowing that all of your needsare met and your desires are
allowed, that you not only arethey allowed, but they're
achievable, they're possible, they're waiting for you to find
them right.
And all of that is what makesSoul Rising possible, not in,
again, a salesy way, but in atrue way, because this course is
built from the tools and thetechniques that Christine and
Chantel and I have all actuallyused and actually implemented.

(53:33):
We essentially did all the workfor you of going through all of
the thousands of modalitiesthat are available to you and
finding the ones that actuallywork, finding the ones that
actually make a difference, andthen we've spent the past five
to 10 years honing in the courseand improving it and taking out
the things that didn't help andputting in things that had more
value and really honing it inso that this is truly the best

(53:55):
course that we could possiblyoffer you.
Right, and we teach thisbecause we've been where you are
, we found what worked and we'reinspired to share it with you
guys.
Right, you guys are why we dowhat we do.
So here's the thing we have agiveaway coming up for a
fantastic discount on soulrising, but if you're interested
in learning more, we also wantto give you access to our

(54:17):
reclaiming the sacred selfmasterclass as a bonus gift.
This was a five weekmasterclass that Christine and I
just taught on reclaiming thesacred and connecting with your
sexuality and sensuality andconnecting with your creativity
and regulating your nervoussystem through polyvagal theory
and all kinds of incrediblethings, right, and it's
absolutely okay if you want totalk more.

(54:38):
You want to make sure Classesdo start on Monday, but we're
going to keep enrollment openfor a while.
But if you book a freediscovery call with us, if you
have questions and you book acall with us, we will honor that
free masterclass, no matterwhen your call is, even if it's
after the weekend, right.
But if you know that you'reready to enroll, because you
have all the reasons to you getthe free masterclass, your

(54:59):
intuition is already saying yes, hopefully you'll get picked for
the giveaway, the raffle thatwe have here, right?
Those are all incrediblereasons to enroll.
So, like I said, classes starton Monday.
We already have some incredibleindividuals who are ready to
step into this work with us, butwe do have some typical
questions that we get, so I wantto answer those before we jump

(55:20):
into our giveaway.
So Soul Rising is, like I said, four months long, but we take a
week off for Thanksgiving andtwo weeks off for Christmas so
that you don't have to sacrificetime with your family to be in
the course.
When you enroll, you getimmediate access to pre-recorded
videos to watch throughout theweek.
You get a workbook, you getguided meditations, you get
journal prompts, and the reasonthat we did it this way is

(55:40):
because everyone has a differentlearning style.
Some people learn by watching, some people learn by reading,
some people learn by writing, and we have the opportunity to
do them all so that this coursecan be supportive to you.
However, you learn best right, and so the way it's set up is
you watch the weekly content, you read the workbook on your
own time and then you join usfor weekly support calls, two

(56:00):
hour long calls once a week.
We have more than one callevery week, but you're only
required to come to one, butyou're invited to them all, and
on those calls we're reallyimplementing what you've learned
.
We're using the techniques thatwe've talked about, we are
answering your questions, we'realchemizing and integrating all
of it.
So it's not just go learn thisthing and good luck.
It's go learn this thing, bringit back and let's embody it,

(56:22):
let's use it, let's actually dothe work together.
Typically, we say that thiscourse takes about three to four
hours the time commitment everyweek.
That's including the live call.
So about two hours on a livecall every week, two hours of
watching videos, doing thejournal prompts, filling out
forms to reflect on what you'velearned every week.
Right, so totally manageable, but also still a commitment

(56:43):
because we do deep work in thiscourse.
That's how we're actually goingto change right and the live
schedule.
We do have a rough outlineright now, but the reason that I
say rough is because we base iton your availability, so we
make sure that, no matter whatyour crazy schedule is, we find
a way to get you on a live call.
And, of course, you also getaccess to a private group chat,

(57:04):
a personal mentor who is devotedto making sure that you are
receiving the support you needthroughout the entire course,
and a shamanic Reiki certificateat the end.
So those are all of the goodies.
I know that at this point, youguys have heard about Soul
Rising.
You've seen how passionate weare.
You've heard all of theincredible results that our
students have had and hopefully, you feel really inspired and
got a taste of what that waslike in tonight's webinar, and I

(57:27):
would love to jump into ourgiveaway tonight, knowing that
the link to learn more, toenroll, to book a call is in the
chat.
Thank you all so much forjoining us for this webinar.
As you can tell.
This is something that Christineand I really love, and we
really try to infuse value andtakeaways and tools that you can
use and integrate into your ownlife in everything that we do,

(57:50):
but especially these webinars.
So I hope that this issomething that you can come back
to, to go over that meditation,to listen to the teachings in
the slideshow again and get moregoodness from it.
Know that the recording willget sent out tomorrow, but we
would also love to hear your toptakeaways in the Facebook group
.
So if you're not part of ourMoon Rising Shamanic Mystics

(58:11):
Facebook group, know that thatis a completely free community
of people who are doing thiswork and supporting each other,
and we would love to hear whatyour top takeaway from tonight
or, as it continues to integrateover the next few weeks, few
days, how that goes for you.
But thank you guys.
So so much for being on thecall for sharing in the energy.
It has been such a joy and aprivilege to get to share space

(58:34):
with you this evening.

Speaker 2 (58:36):
Absolutely.
I couldn't have said it bettermyself.
Thank you, thank you, thank youall for taking the time to be
here to really reflect.
Go journal, go drink some water, go take care of yourself, Ask
yourself what is one thing thatmy inner child wants tonight,
and go do it.
And let's go do it.

Speaker 1 (58:53):
Go actually do the thing.
This has been my biggest thinglately.
Go do the thing.

Speaker 2 (58:57):
Don't say you're going to do the thing and then
not do the thing, do the thing,do the thing, if that's, take a
bath and have all your measuringcups, like you did when you
were a kid.
Like, go, do the thing.
So lots of love, take careeveryone and we hope to see you
next week in Soul Rising.
Love you all.
