What if the beliefs holding you back aren’t “you” at all—but subconscious programs written before you turned 10? In this powerful episode, Isabel Wells unpacks how limiting beliefs shape your reality, block your intuition, and keep you repeating the same patterns no matter how hard you try to change.

✨ This episode is a replay of our live Soul Rising webinar on limiting beliefs—a powerful class that had participants experiencing breakthroughs in real time. Now, you can access it here on the podcast.

In this episode, Isabel shares her three-stage process for subconscious renovation—awareness, disassembly, and restoration. This missing step of restoration is what makes lasting change possible, rewiring your nervous system and opening your intuitive pathways.

What you’ll learn in this episode:
🌿 Why your subconscious forms the way it does
🌿 The three stages of healing limiting beliefs
🌿 How to rewire your nervous system by shifting your beliefs
🌿 Why emotional triggers are signposts, not failures
🌿 How restoration creates lasting transformation

You’ll also learn how to view emotional triggers not as setbacks, but as signposts guiding you to your next breakthrough.

This isn’t just theory—this is a practical, shamanic framework for healing and reconnecting with your intuition.

If you’re ready to release limiting beliefs, reconnect with your intuition, and step fully into your spiritual power, this episode is your starting point.

Let's go to the show.
Hello, hello, hello and welcometo our Limiting Beliefs
coaching call.

(05:46):
I am super duper excited to bedoing this with you guys tonight
.
We've got a couple grads in thehouse with us, as well as some
new people, so this is a greatmix of energy.
For those of you who haven'tbeen in Soul Rising, this is a
fantastic example of the kindsof things you can expect in the
course.
And for those of you grads, this information a fantastic

(06:06):
example of the kinds of thingsyou can expect in the course.
And for those of you grads, this information is actually
being presented in a way thatyou haven't heard yet.
So I'm really excited to havesomething new for you guys as
well, tonight too.
So, with that said, what are wegoing to be doing tonight?
What can we expect?
So we're going to go through anoverview of our subconscious.
We'll talk about what arelimiting beliefs and how to

(06:32):
break free from them.
We're going to do the benefitof the benefit exercise, which
is a three-step exercise, or athree-phase exercise, I should
say, to actually break free fromlimiting beliefs and install
new ones in their place, so wecan finally make change in our
lives, and we'll talk about whythat's so important.
We'll talk about how to findyour expansive belief, the
belief that you want to installinstead, and how you can
reprogram your subconscious, aswell as why that's so important
in the first place.

(06:52):
And then we've got anopportunity to dive in even
deeper, and we have a reallyexciting giveaway at the end of
today's call.
So if you are interested in areally big giveaway, be sure to
stick around until the very end.
Today's call will be about 90minutes, like it said in the
course description, so I hopethat you have your journal and

(07:13):
are ready to dive in Now.
Of course, before we do that, for those of you who are new, I
would love to just take a minuteto introduce myself.
I'm Isabel, the director andalchemist for Moon Rising and
one of our co-facilitators forour Soul Rising Shamanic Reiki
course.
I'm a shamanic reikipractitioner and facilitator.
I don't love the word spiritualcoach.

(07:35):
I think there's a lot of stigmathat comes with the word coach,
so I prefer facilitator, because I'm here to help you
find the answers and wisdom thatalready exists within yourself.
I'm just here to facilitatethat process.
But I root my practice inpsychology and neuroscience.
I'm a bit of a science buff.
I love quantum physics andpsychology and biology and

(07:56):
neuroscience and all of it, andI love to bring that into my
practice.
I personally have healed fromreally deep grief, childhood
trauma, ptsd, numerousautoimmune and chronic illnesses
using both spirituality andscience, and so today I am
passionate about bridging thegap between the two, between
spirituality and science, tohelp other people on their

(08:17):
healing journey as well.
Some of my current passionsthat I'm exploring in my
practice are somatic healing andnervous system reprogramming,
rewilding, connecting to natureas we were built to be connected
, subconscious reprogramming youguys will get a taste of that
tonight and reconnecting withwhat is sacred.
I am also, of course, a humanbeing, so I am not in my

(08:41):
shamanic Reiki practitioner andfacilitator role.
I'm also a human who lovesreading and gardening and
traveling.
My most recent travel was toAlaska, where I'm actually
planning on moving next year.
So a bit of a change coming upfor me in my life.
And pottery I am a hobbyceramicist and I love that.
It combines all four elementsinto one craft.

(09:02):
It's fantastic.
I would love to know a littlebit more about you, whether I
know you really well or you'renew to me.
So please, please, please, putyour name a fun fact about you
where you are in the chat, sothat we can stay connected as we
go.
But with that said, let's diveright in, and I want to set up
the foundation for tonight'scall for the work that we're
doing by talking about thestories that we tell ourselves.

(09:30):
So in shamanism, which is againthe root of my practice, the
root of what we do here at MoonRising, shamanism teaches us
that our life, our experiences, the way that we see ourselves in
the world, the way that weinteract with others, all of it
is the product of the storiesthat we tell ourselves, of the
beliefs that we hold right.
So shamans are typically seenas the medicine men and women
that the tribe would go to, toreceive medicine, to go on a

(09:53):
journey, to have a soulretrieval, to have some kind of
spiritual ritual that broughtthem into a healing space right.
But what the shaman's primaryrole was within a tribe was
actually that of the truthkeeper.
They were kept separate fromeveryone else because it was
believed that there was whatthey would have called the
original instructions, thealigned way of living life, of

(10:15):
being connected to ourself, tonature, to the divine.
Because they knew that ourillnesses, our insanity, as they
would have called it, is oftenthe product of telling a story
that isn't aligned with spirit, that isn't aligned with the
divine, with truth, withwhatever you want to call that.
And so when someone was broughtto the shaman of the tribe,

(10:35):
what the shaman was actuallydoing was looking at where are
the stories that you're tellingyourself, the beliefs that
you're holding, where have theyfractured, where have they
broken, where have they strayedfrom that inherent, aligned true
space?
Right, so they understood thathealing happened.
It was a natural byproduct ofwhat happens when we bring our
beliefs back into alignment withthe divine, back into alignment

(10:57):
with that inner, intuitive,soul-led knowing, right.
And so, whether we realize itor not, pulling this from the
shamanic understanding into moreof a psychological
understanding, right, whether werealize it or not, our life,
the actions we take, the way weview the world, the way we
interact, it's all based on thescripts or the programs or the

(11:18):
stories that are running in ourminds, and 95% of those are
subconscious.
You guys have probably heardthis.
The subconscious is a bit of abuzzword lately, and today we're
going to talk about why.
So the subconscious minddevelops between birth.
So from the time you're born toages 6 to 10, depending on
which field of psychology youask and during this time your

(11:42):
brain is creating a frameworkfor how to quote-unquote
accurately view yourself, theworld and your place in it.
And the reason that I sayquote-unquote accurately is
because the way that your brainis creating this framework is
it's taking information fromevery single one of your
experiences as a kid and it'sinterpreting the situation, what

(12:03):
it meant, what it says aboutyou, as truth, right?
So this is when everyexperience you have, every
opinion that a parent says toyou, every message that you
receive from a teacher, etc.
Get turned into a fact.
So that time that your mom wasgetting ready and you had a
question for her and she said, not now, I don't have time for

(12:24):
you, your brain did not have thecapacity to say, oh, mom's busy
right now, I should ask herlater.
Your brain heard I don't havetime for you and interpreted
that as a truth.
So now there's a piece of yoursubconscious map, of your
subconscious framework, that isbuilt around the idea that the
world doesn't have time for me.
I take up too much time, I'mnot worth the time.

(12:47):
However, your brain interpretedthat, and the reason that it
does this is because thissubconscious map that we're
creating is designed to tell ushow the world functions, so that
we know how to act inrelationship to everything
happening around us.
And so when mom says I don'thave time for you right now, the
brain says, okay, if we want tobe successful, if we want to

(13:09):
get what we want, if we want tohave our needs met, we need to
live around mom's truth thatthere's not time for me.
So I need to make myselfsmaller, I need to take up less
space, I need to be reallyconscious of what I'm asking and
when I'm asking it, so that Ican be successful, right, your
subconscious is just trying tokeep you safe and create a

(13:30):
framework so that you understandwhat to expect about the world.
But I want you to take a minuteand think about all of the range
of experiences that you have, from the time you're born to the
time you're eight or ten yearsold.
That's a lot of experiences anda lot of comments from friends,
teachers, parents, et cetera, that are mostly based on

(13:51):
opinions, right?
One of the most common onesthat I love to go to is our
opinions about money and work.
How many of us are told thingslike work hard, then play hard,
or you have to work before youcan take time off.
You have to earn it.
Money doesn't grow on trees.
Hard work is how you'resuccessful, et cetera, et cetera
.
Right?
All of this messaging thattells us that money is hard to

(14:11):
make and we have to work really, really hard for it.
And how many of us now feel likethat is true?
It just feels objectively true, and that's because it was a
belief that was given to us whenour subconscious mind was
forming, and every belief thatwe were given became a truth
quote, unquote an accurate truthto our subconscious mind, right

(14:31):
.
Does this make sense?
This is how our subconsciousmap is formed.
It's just our brain taking indata from our surroundings and
making a framework for how theworld works according to our
past experiences, so that, as wewalk through our future, we
know what to expect based onthose past experiences.
Right, and so in this, what arethe limiting beliefs here?

(14:53):
Limiting beliefs are beliefsabout ourselves, others and the
world that restrict us fromreaching our full potential.
They are false beliefs that wetake on because of past
experiences, and they are oftenformed to keep us safe.
Okay, so these beliefs arethings that, again, let's take

(15:14):
that money doesn't grow on trees, right, something that so many
of us have heard.
When we hear that as a kid, wetake that on as a fact about how
the world works.
Money doesn't grow on trees.
You have to work really hard toget it.
Scarcity mindset it's imprintedin almost every single one of
us from the day that we are bornin some way or another.
Right Now, as adults, maybethat belief of I have to work

(15:38):
hard to earn money is keepingyou in a job that's toxic
because it makes you the rightamount of income.
Maybe it is pushing you intoburnout because you feel like
you're not working hard enoughto earn the money that you're
making.
Maybe it's keeping you frompursuing a dream, because you
feel like having a job that youlove doesn't count as working
hard and your subconscious iskind of pushing up against that

(15:58):
right.
There are so many ways that ourbeliefs change the way that we
interact with the world, changethe actions that we take, and a
belief becomes limiting when itholds us back from reaching our
full potential.
Now, how do we know what ourfull potential is?
That's entirely up to you, butI always like to say a belief
becomes limiting when it hindersus from following the voice of

(16:21):
our intuition, when it hindersus from believing that we are
worthy, that we are capable, that we are guided to do the
things that our intuition iscalling us to do.
If we run up against a beliefwhen we're in that process,
that's a limiting belief, right.
But limiting beliefs do justthat they limit us.
They may be here to keep ussafe, they may be here to help

(16:41):
us be successful because, again, they're just part of that
subconscious map but they reallydo just limit us.
They keep us stuck in cycles ofself-sabotage, constriction,
cognitive dissonance, emotionalturmoil, all the things right.
So let's talk about this in ametaphor that I have been loving
lately in terms of yoursubconscious house.

(17:01):
So we've been talking aboutyour map, your framework, that
all of your beliefs fit in right.
But think about it like this Ifyour subconscious map were a
house, the house that you'reliving in in this human lifetime
is determined by the walls thatyou have built, the structure
you have built in yoursubconscious, about how you
think the world works, about howfar you are still safe to walk,

(17:24):
about the rooms and spaces inlife where you are safe
according to your subconsciousright.
Some rooms in our subconsciousare going to feel spacious,
welcoming, like they are builtfor us.
I'm sure you can think of anarea of your life Some common

(17:46):
ones are relationships, finances, career, health and wellness.
Let's see, fun and play thesekinds of areas.
Typically we have one thatfeels really really stuck and
heavy and one that feels reallyspacious and lovely.
So think about that area in yourlife that just comes easily,
that you don't really have anyanxiety around, you don't really

(18:08):
have any limiting beliefsaround.
It just comes easily, right?
That's a room in yoursubconscious that you have built
to your taste, to your needs.
You've kept updating thosebeliefs, you've kept renovating
the house as you've aged, butthen other rooms are going to
feel cramped, outdated anduncomfortable.
Those are the rooms that arebuilt by our limiting of beliefs

(18:28):
.
So think of that like coatcloset, where the ceiling's
falling in and it feels reallytight in there.
What's that area of life foryou?
For a lot of people, it'scareer or finances.
Those are two big ones.
For some people, it'srelationships, right.
So that area of life where wehave a lot of limiting beliefs,
where the walls are way tootight, they're crumbling,
they're outdated and it justfeels uncomfortable in that room

(18:51):
, right?
So this is the framework thatwe're going to use for tonight,
this idea of our subconscioushouse.
So let's talk about when we'rein that constricted room, when
we're in a room that is built onlimiting beliefs and they get
triggered, or we're holding ontothem or we don't know how to
work past them.
What happens?
Why is it so important thatwe're working through these
limiting beliefs?
First of all, limiting beliefsset the stage for self-sabotage,

(19:17):
right?
So, again, our beliefs are hereto keep us safe and in what is
quote-unquote known, based onour past experiences.
And when we're stuck in this net, when we're kind of locked in
our house, if you will.
This is when we feel a littlebit trapped and when we try to
step out of our comfort zone, when we try to open a window or
open up the door and step out ofthe threshold to get a new
perspective, to try somethingnew, to go after that job that

(19:40):
we've wanted, or to ask thatperson out on a date, we have
now stepped into the unknown.
We've stepped into what thesubconscious has labeled as not
safe because it's not somethingwe're familiar with from the
past or because our experienceswith it in the past have been
registered as dangerous, harmful, scary, etc.
And so our subconscious isthrowing up red flags and it's

(20:02):
going to try and pull us back.
It's going to do everything itcan to pull us back into the
house where things are safe andeverything's known, and it might
not always be comfortable, butat least you know where all the
walls are right.
Limiting beliefs also keep usstuck in the past.
Our subconscious programs werebuilt in the past again ages 0
to 10, although they areconstantly changing and updating

(20:23):
if we know how to work withthem.
But the limiting stories thatwe brought with us, especially
from our childhood, keep ourconsciousness and our nervous
systems stuck in the past, because every limiting belief is
like a little node in yournervous system.
It's like a little checkpointin your nervous system, where
your mind, your subconscious, isconstantly scanning your

(20:44):
environment, the people aroundyou, the things that are being
said are constantly beingscanned to see.
Is this similar to somethingI've experienced in the past?
And if we have experiencedsomething that our brain and our
nervous system interprets assimilar, it's going to either
say, oh my gosh, no terribleexperience, run away.
Or it's going to say, yeah, okay, this situation's okay, but

(21:04):
don't go any further, right?
And once we get to that pointwhere we're either in the danger
zone or we're about to stepinto the unknown, that acts as a
trigger for our nervous system.
It pushes us into fight orflight, it pushes us into an
anxiety response, or even ashutdown response, and instantly
we're taken back to the momentwhere that limiting belief was
first created, because ournervous system is still stuck

(21:27):
there.
One thing that we don't talkabout, though, is that limiting
beliefs also disconnect us fromour intuition.
Okay, so our intuition existsbeyond the mind, right?
Our intuition doesn't come fromour mind.
It comes from our soul, ourspirit, our connection to God,
universe, source, whatever youwant to call that.
It comes from the divine, fromsomething bigger than our human

(21:48):
component, right, so it comesfrom beyond the mind, beyond
what is known.
And when we try to connect withthe intuition, when we try to
receive messages from the divine, when we try to get downloads
or intuitive knowings orinspiration, we are reaching
beyond where the mind iscomfortable and we're throwing
ourselves right back into thatself-sabotaging cycle because

(22:10):
suddenly, even connecting withyour intuition feels unsafe to
the subconscious mind if wedon't know how to walk ourselves
through the process of showingour mind, showing our nervous
system, that the unknown can besafe, that it's okay to step out
, to connect with our intuition,to have new experiences, right.
So something as simple as alimiting belief right,

(22:31):
quote-unquote, simple is pullingus into self-sabotage, keeping
us stuck in the past and in ourown limited or uncomfortable
cycles.
Right, maybe it's keeping usstuck in the same emotional
triggers over and over and overagain, and it's also
disconnecting us from ourintuition, right.
And so if we're holding on tolimiting beliefs and you are the
kind of person who, like somany of our students and

(22:52):
community members are saying Ijust wish that I could connect
with my intuition more.
I just wish that I had a betterrelationship with my guides, or
that I knew what nature or thedivine was trying to say to me,
or I just can't seem to get pastthis situation without having
this anxiety come up or thisanger, and I just seem to be
sabotaging myself.
Every time it's like nothing'sworking.

(23:13):
Chances are it's because there'sa limiting belief, because look
at all of the ways that theseare impacting our lives, even
though our limiting beliefs arestored in the subconscious,
which means we aren't even awareof them until we take a moment
to do something like this class,to sit with ourselves, to get
curious and to look at what'shappening in that subconscious

(23:34):
house.
Right, so we're going to take amoment here to talk about being
triggered, because, again, it'sa big buzzword right now.
Right, so triggers are themoments when we have hit a wall
in our subconscious house, likewe were talking about.
So it's like you're walkingthrough your house and in the
course of living your lifewhether it's a conversation you
had with a coworker or a signyou saw on the side of the road

(23:55):
or anything in between.
You're living your life andsuddenly you've hit the edge of
your comfort zone.
You have run into a wall inyour house and you've tried to
push past it.
You've tried to see what'sbeyond that wall, right, right.
And when the wall doesn't budge, when you're still pushing up
against this limiting leaf andit doesn't magically stretch,
when you're trying to go intothe unknown, it stays put

(24:16):
because it's trying to keep yousafe, that's when we start
feeling stuck, anxious, trapped,triggered, right.
So our triggers aren't a badthing, and this is something
that I would love to kind ofuntangle from all of our minds,
because, again, it's somethingthat we are told over and over
and over is that our emotions, especially our strong ones, are

(24:38):
a sign of weakness, of failure,of not having enough
self-control, right, but all ourtriggers are is our nervous
system signaling where ourcurrent subconscious walls are.
It's just signaling, hey, you've reached the edge of your
house and it's time to decide doyou want that to be where your
house ends or is it time for arenovation?

(25:00):
Right, our triggers, thosemoments where we have those big
emotional responses, are justour nervous system saying hey,
you have reached the edge of howyou've done things up to this
point and you're now at thiskind of pause point, this yield
sign, if you will, that yournervous system is holding up
saying, hey, here's how you'vebeen doing it before.
If you take one more step, you're going to be in the

(25:22):
unknown.
Is that where you want to go?
Are you comfortable with that?
It's just your nervous systemtrying to help you.
And so when we can take thisperspective, when we can
understand that our triggers arejust a sign that, hey, we've
reached out and touched a wallin our subconscious, we
immediately are claiming ourpower back, because we realize
that there's nothing wrong withus for being triggered that's

(25:43):
part of being a human being, right.
But we can now recognize themas a sign of oh hey, there's a
wall here.
Let's get curious about it.
Let's see is this wall helpingme?
Is it supposed to be there?
Is it a good wall to have?
Is it keeping me safe andprotected, or is it confining?
Is it outdated?
Is it ready to be broken downand renovated so that this room

(26:05):
actually feels more welcoming, more expansive, more safe, right
?
So I'm going to take a drink ofmy tea here, and I'd love to
know in the chat if you have anyquestions or thoughts.
So far, beautiful, all right,so let's talk about it.

(26:28):
Let's talk about renovatingyour subconscious home, okay?
So, just like a real house, oursubconscious house can be
renovated thanks toneuroplasticity.
Some home renovations, just likereplacing a window or a small
limiting belief these might belimiting beliefs that you picked
up later in life, like, let'ssay, you had an experience when
you were 16 that really changedthe way you viewed yourself or

(26:48):
the world.
That's a limiting belief thatgot added into your subconscious
house.
But, unlike the ones that wepick up in childhood, it's
probably not structural.
It's probably not integral tothe structure of the house.
It's more like you put a windowseat in the bay window, right,
it's pretty easy to take out.
Those renovations can be easyand quick.
Maybe you go through theprocess that we're going to talk

(27:08):
about today once and you feelbetter.
But if an entire room needs tobe expanded, like the limiting
beliefs that we've carried sincechildhood, right, like, let's
say, that our entire room aroundhow we view relationships needs
to be renovated, this is a bigone for me.
It's a longer process, but itstill can be done and it's

(27:30):
important to understand that.
Just like a house.
We each have one to three, butoften one primary belief.
That is the foundation thatevery other belief is built on.
Dr Gabor Mate if you haven'tread his book the Myth of Normal
, highly recommend talks abouthow we each have a core
assumption about ourselves thatand talks about how we each have

(27:53):
a core assumption aboutourselves that, as we were
building this subconscious homefrom the time we were born to
the time we were 10, all ofthose beliefs boil down to this
one core assumption about us.
Oftentimes it's a negativeassumption because, again, our
subconscious is here to keep ussafe.
There's no point in keeping ussafe if there's no danger.
So often our core assumption isbuilt off what we perceived as
dangerous.
So for me, my core assumptionfor years was that I am wrong

(28:17):
about everything.
Doesn't matter what my opinion, how I approach relationships,
the words that I use, the waythat I teach, I am wrong.
Everything's my fault.
That was my core assumption andthat was the foundation that
all of the other walls of myhouse were built on assumption,
and that was the foundation thatall of the other walls of my
house were built on.
So, even though I had somewalls, like my career room in my
subconscious house has alwaysbeen beautiful.
I've been really blessed to nothave a lot of limiting beliefs

(28:39):
around career but it was stillbuilt on that foundation of I am
wrong.
So even if we have littlerenovations that we want to make
, like that window seat in thebay window, we might also notice
that as we're doing that quickrenovation, it brings up that
deeper core limiting belief.
And oftentimes that corelimiting belief is something
that you work through for areally, really long time Because

(29:01):
, again, it's the foundation.
That's going to take a while, just like a home foundation
renovation.
It's going to take a while toreally update that.
But regardless of this, subconscious renovations no
matter if it's one of the lightand easy ones or the deeper,
heavier ones happen in threemain stages awareness,
disassembly and restoration.
So let's look at these.

(29:21):
This is a great place to starttaking notes, okay, because this
is going to be the frameworkthat you're going to use,
hopefully every day from here onout to understand how to work
through your limiting beliefs.
And I encourage you to findyour own words for each of these
stages because it's going togive you a deeper connection to
this process.
So, instead of just taking mywords, find your own as we're

(29:43):
talking through this.
So, first up, we have awareness.
This is when we are able toreach into our subconscious, to
use a technique like the onewe're going to use tonight to
bring that 95% unconsciousframework into the conscious
mind so that we reallyunderstand what are we working
with here, what's the story, what's the belief, what's the
script that's running?

(30:03):
This is when we're making thesubconscious conscious and we do
that by noticing our triggers, noticing the emotions as they
come up and getting curiousabout them.
So when we get triggered, instead of saying oh my god, why
are you doing this?
Just get over it already, Ithought we healed this and
shoving it away, we're going tosay no, oh, interesting, I've
hit that wall again.
I thought I had moved it.

(30:24):
Let's take a look and seewhat's going on here.
Awareness is when we restorepower, because, instead of
feeling powerless because thestories we're telling our inner
subconscious and we're not evenaware of why we're feeling or
thinking the way that we are, when we take a moment to get
curious and bring that into theconscious, bring that into our
conscious awareness, we restoreour power to say I'm not that

(30:47):
kid anymore, I'm not thatyounger version of me who
thought they had to take on thisbelief as a fact or a truth
about life.
I'm now an adult who can make achoice.
I have a choice in if this isthe story that I continue to
tell myself.
So awareness is the first stepto healing, and then we have
disassembly, right.
So this is when we discover theroots of this limiting belief,

(31:11):
the roots of our story, and westart to really understand the
why.
Why is this the story that I'mtelling myself?
Where did this come from?
What is the benefit?
How is this impacting my life?
When did I first pick this oneup and what purpose is it
serving?
Right, every belief that we havelimiting or not at some point
served us.
It at some point kept us safe, kept us connected.

(31:34):
There's a reason that we havethat belief in the first place.
So disassembly is when we'rekind of picking it apart.
We're pulling apart thatstructure and saying tell me
more.
Where did it come from?
Why is it here?
Why has it stuck around?
Why has this room in the housestayed and not just crumbled
right?
We are going to unsubscribe tothat belief in the disassembly

(31:54):
station.
This is where we again say I'man adult, I can recognize this
story, I can witness it for allthat it is and I can let it go.
I can choose to believesomething else, even if that
choice has to happen five times, ten times, a hundred times, a
thousand times right, dependingon how deep that limiting belief
is.
But every time you choosedifferently, every time you
disassemble and unsubscribe fromthat limiting belief, it opens

(32:19):
up space in your nervous system,in your subconscious, in your
energy fields, for therestoration stage.
This is stage three, where weclear away the dust that
gathered when we were in thatdisassembly stage.
We clear away the constructiondust and we use that power of
choice.
We use our power to choose, tocomplete the cycle, to show our

(32:40):
nervous system look, thislimiting belief isn't something
to be scared of anymore.
I can look at it, I can witnessit and I can say it doesn't
have to be true anymore.
I can choose somethingdifferent.
We complete that cycle becausehere's the thing A lot of people
will stop at disassembly.
They will stop once they knowwhat the limiting belief is, why
they have it, what the story is.

(33:01):
They'll stop there and theythink okay, I had the awareness,
I know what it is.
I know where it came from.
Now I can choose differently, but they never actually get to
the choosing differently part.
They never actually take thetime to put a new belief in its
place, to think about the bestcase scenario instead of the
worst case scenario, to completethe cycle for the nervous
system.
And so what?
The nervous system registersthat, as if we just leave it

(33:23):
there.
If we discover, oh, here's thelimiting belief, and then we let
it go, our nervous system stillthinks that that belief is
something to be scared of.
But when we put a new belief inits place and we write a new
story and we tell ourselves thenew affirmation, that's when the
magic happens, becauserepeating this process and
putting in that new limitingbelief or new expansive belief

(33:45):
is what rewires yoursubconscious.
So, again, this is what you'regoing to wash, rinse, repeat.
You can come back to thiswebinar as many times as you
want to tap it in, to do thewhole exercise again if a
different trigger comes up, tosit in this beautiful energy of
expansion, to remind yourself ofthe choice that you made to
believe something different andfeel.
Notice right here, right now,the difference in your energy.

(34:08):
It does not matter if tomorrow, that same trigger comes back up
.
Because you have made adifference tonight.
By feeling the way you feelright now, by doing the work, by
putting in the new limitingbelief, by bringing this new
energy into your energy field, something has changed.
That neural network has startedto grow.
You have made a change tonightand you might have to remind

(34:32):
yourself of that.
The renovation is going tocontinue, right, it might take
some time, but you have startedtoday.
You've made a huge step, right?
So, now that you've had a tasteof working with your
subconscious and your limitingbeliefs, I want to pause and ask
you how are you feeling?
Did something shift for you?
Did you have an aha momentwhere you saw your patterns more
clearly?
I'd love to hear your biggesttakeaway over in the chat, to

(34:54):
hear how true that expandedbelief feels to feel, or to hear
how you're feeling right now,if you're feeling more expanded,
if you had an aha, if you'refeeling hopeful that you can
actually make this renovation, that you have the power to make
this choice and see it throughbecause you do, I would love to
celebrate with you.
So put that in the chat.
And here's the thing, here'swhat's so powerful, because once

(35:16):
you understand yoursubconscious map, your house,
and you know how to rewrite thestories that have been running
your life, you reclaim yourpower.
You reclaim that choice right, and suddenly change stops
feeling so impossible and itstarts to feel inevitable,
because you're going to knockdown a wall.
Things are going to changeright, things are going to
expand.
You finally can live a lifealigned with your soul's purpose
instead of your mind's fears.

(35:36):
And yeah, it's probably goingto take more than one 90-minute
webinar, but if you keep doingthe work, if you keep showing up
, that change is going to lightyou on fire, it's going to show
you the way forward and it'sgoing to again let you live a
life that's aligned with yoursoul's purpose instead of your
mind's fears, because thoselimiting beliefs aren't in the
way.

(36:02):
And so this exact exercise thatyou learned tonight, this
container that you entered in,it's one of over 35 tools that
we share in our Soul RisingShamanic Reiki course, and it's
part of the reason that so manyof our students experience
transformation right.
So one of our students actuallytold me that this exercise was
the moment when they realizedthat she was no longer trapped
in her old stories, that she hadthe power of choice and I could
just feel the freedom in hervoice.
She was tearing up.

(36:23):
She was saying how incredibleit was that this was her top
takeaway.
And that's the kind oftransformation that happens when
we combine the subconsciousreprogramming and the shamanic
healing and the spiritual energywork and the sacred
self-connection and everythingthat we've talked about tonight
and more.
It is the perfect recipe fortransformation and magic and joy
.
Everything we want in life.
It's completely possible, right?

(36:44):
Becky said she's feeling morecalm because of it.
Keely said it was so timely andimportant.
Right.
And now she had this challengetomorrow morning and she feels
ready for it instead of scared.
This is the work, you guys.
This was 90 minutes.
Imagine what happens in.
You know multiple times ofdoing this work again and again,
right?
So I do just want to tell you alittle bit more about Soul

(37:05):
Rising before we get to our hugegiveaway.
I promise I won't keep you verylong over.
Thank you for staying with me.
Soul Rising is a four-monthjourney into subconscious
reprogramming, nervous systemhealing, energetic harmony,
intuitive connection, all thethings.
So through a blend of shamanicReiki, spiritual coaching or
facilitation, like we talkedabout at the beginning, guided

(37:25):
journeys and community support.
We learn how to rewire thesubconscious patterns that are
holding you back.
By using techniques just likethis one and really implementing
them.
We learn how to regulate ournervous system so that we can
feel at peace in our bodies.
We awaken our spiritual giftsand learn to trust our
intuitions.
We heal our past traumas andreclaim our power.
We connect with our spirit team, our support team, through

(37:46):
shamanic journeying andconnecting with our spiritual
gifts, and we actually receiveand learn how to use energy
healing that's grounded,practical and actually
life-changing right.
So not just something thatfeels good in the moment, but
something that's going to staywith you.
And this program isn't aboutfollowing a guru Lord knows, I'm
never going to tell you I haveall of the answers.
It's about reclaiming your ownwisdom, just like tonight.

(38:08):
You were the one who found theanswers.
You were the one who did thehealing.
You were the one who made thechoice.
Soul Rising is designed toremind you of who you already
are Powerful, wise, connected, this amazing being who has
medicine within you to live thelife that you love right.
And our students have donethings like healed from PTSD,

(38:29):
depression, anxiety and chronicillness, reclaimed a
relationship with their innerchild and released years of
trauma, manifested abundance topay off literally all of their
debts.
We had a student pay off$60,000 worth of debts just by
doing the work.
It was wild Launched successfulbusinesses, reconnected with
passions they have buried foryears.
We had a student who is now acompetitive horse jumper there's

(38:52):
a word for that, but she doescompetitive horse riding now.
She did it when she was a teen.
She hadn't done it for like 30plus years and she got back into
it because of this course.
Learn to love themselves deeply, unapologetically, actually not
just saying that like a littlePinterest quote connected to
their guides, their spiritualgifts and spirit in ways that
they never thought possible.
There are all kinds oftestimonials.

(39:14):
I'm going to switch screenshere really quick.
There are all kinds oftestimonials on our websites
from amazing individuals sharingtheir story of how doing this
work actually changed their life, and again, not just in like a
Pinterest-y cute way, but inlike an actual change.
So I'll put the link in thechat here in just a second for
you guys to go check out theirstories.
Right, because it's moreimportant you hear it from them
than from me, but I want you totake a minute if you are

(39:37):
thinking about soul rising andimagine yourself four months
from now feeling the way thatyou feel right now after doing
this 90-minute exercise, butturned up to 10, feeling
grounded, feeling confident, feeling connected, feeling free,
right.
That's what soul rising is hereto do, and again, not in a
salesy way, but in a true way, because we built this course
from the tools, the techniques, the wisdom that Christine

(39:58):
Chantel and I all actually usedin our own lives to heal,
release and transform.
The three of us teach thiscourse.
We've poured our souls intoSoul Rising because we've been
where you are.
We've had the limiting beliefs,we've had the trauma, we found
what worked for us, walked thepath to our soul's purpose and
we've put everything we learnedinto this course so that you can

(40:19):
do the same and find thatwisdom within yourself.
So here's the important partEarly bird pricing does end on
Sunday night and after that theprice goes up by 11%.
So if you've been called, thisis the time to book a call with
us.
We've cleared out some of thesubconscious baggage that's
keeping your intuition on thedown low, standing in your way
tonight right.

(40:40):
So now's the time to tune inand notice is soul rising for
you.
If you are feeling the call, let me know.
Right, and to make it evenbetter, just because you guys
have done such incredible worktonight, if you enroll before
Sunday, I'm also going to giveyou access to our Reclaiming the
Sacred Self Masterclass as abonus freebie gift.
This was a five-week masterclassthat Christine and I just

(41:01):
taught, covering somatic healingand polyvagal theory and
reclaiming the sacred andself-connection and our sacral
chakra and manifestation and allkinds of stuff.
So if you're still not sure, ifyou think, yes, soul rising is
for me, but I'm not quite readyto jump the gun, you can book a
discovery call with us and ifyou book it within the next 24

(41:23):
hours, we will hold early birdpricing for you, no matter when
your call happens.
So even if your call is nextWednesday, we'll hold early bird
price for you, so you don'tmiss out.
So, overall, you have threereally fantastic reasons to say
yes to your intuition, whetherthat's just looking at the sales
page or booking a call, orsticking around for the giveaway
or enrolling while Early BirdPrice is still live.

(41:43):
You've got Early Bird, you'vegot the free masterclass that
you get and, of course, mostimportantly, you can hear your
intuition saying yes, so I'mgoing to pop the link in the
chat so that you can lookthrough it, look at what we're
offering and enroll.
We've got a few grads on withus.
Becky said that it gave her thecourage to move.

(42:05):
It was an amazing course.
Stacy said that she loved thesupport we gave her and didn't
feel like she was alone and thatshe found her tribe.
So check out the course, learnmore about what it's all about,
book your free Connect call here, read some of the amazing
testimonials and enroll if itfeels called for you.
If you have questions about thecourse, leave them in the chat.

(42:27):
I want to run over some of themost common questions and then I
promise we'll get to ourgiveaway.
So Soul Rising is four monthslong, but we do take a week off
for Thanksgiving and a week offfor Christmas because we want
you guys to have time with yourfamilies months along.
But we do take a week off forThanksgiving and a week off for
Christmas because we want youguys to have time with your
families.
Actually, we take two weeks offfor Christmas.
Now that I say that you willget access in the course to
pre-recorded videos to watchevery week, along with a

(42:47):
workbook in case you're more ofa reader or a writer.
We really try to tailor thecourse to all the different
learning styles so that you geteverything out of it that you
want to get out of it, no matterwhat your learning style is.
So for every video, for everyguided meditation, there is a
written workbook that you canread and journal prompts to help
you integrate it all.
You also get guided meditations, activating actions, bonus

(43:07):
videos, etc.
You watch the weekly content onyour own time and then you join
us for weekly support calls toseal it all in and implement
what you learned.
So the second part of this callwhere we were workshopping your
stories and we were going backand forth in the chat that kind
of thing is what you wouldexperience in the live calls in
Soul Rising, but you'd beunmuting, you'd be on camera,
you'd be sharing your stories.

(43:28):
We'd be workshopping it,talking it through, doing a
technique, going on a journey, implementing what you watched in
the pre-recorded videos,answering your questions.
The course is about a three tofour hour time commitment every
week total.
You can spend a lot more timein the coursework than that, but
that's the minimum.
So three to four hours it's nota lot.
It's totally manageable, butit's definitely still a

(43:49):
commitment because we do deepwork in this course.
That's how we actually make thechange.
Our live call schedule istailored toward your
availability.
So you fill out a poll when youenroll and tell us when you are
available and we schedule thecall so that everybody can come
to at least one live call.
So no worries about is it goingto work with my schedule?
We will make it work with yourschedule.

(44:10):
And, of course, you also getaccess to a private group chat.
A personal mentor Myself, chantel or Christine will be
assigned to you as a personalmentor for your entire time in
the course, and you also get ashamanic reiki certificate at
the end.
So those are all of the goodies.
Like I said, we're here for you.
I love this course so much.
I could talk about it for hours, but I want to be really

(44:31):
respectful of your time, so justknow that we tailor your course
experience to make sure it isexactly what you need.
This is really not just aone-size-fits-all thing.
We give you over 35 plustechniques and teach you all of
the different things and all ofthe different topics so that you
can figure out what works foryou, what's going to give you
that insight and wisdom that youneed and awaken the gifts that

(44:54):
you already have within you.
So if you have any morequestions, let me know in the
chat, but make sure that you atleast click on the link to learn
more.
To enroll tonight Again, if youenroll before Sunday, we'll
throw in the Reclaiming yourSacred Self Masterclass and
you'll, of course, get earlybird pricing.
Or if you're not sure and youwant to talk to a human,
face-to-face, book your freecall with us.

(45:14):
Again, if you book it in thenext 24 hours, if you schedule
your call before Friday night,we will hold early bird pricing
for you, even if your call isafter Sunday.
And thank you truly for thehonor and privilege of your time
.
It is such a joy and an honorto get to share in the energy
with you guys, to get to watchyou guys doing the work, to hear

(45:35):
your stories, to hear yourbeliefs, to watch your
transformation.
I would love to hear your toptakeaways.
If you have questions in thecoming days, feel free to
message me on Facebook, onInstagram, send me an email at
isabel at moonrisinginstitutecom, and of course, I would love,

they'd be happy to answer anyquestions that you have, but you
guys did incredible work.
It was such a joy to get toshare this incredible technique
with you.
I cannot wait to hear how itgoes for you, hear how you keep
tapping things in, keep doingyour subconscious renovation,
keep applying this idea in yourlife and actually seeing the
changes from when you do thework.

Cardiac Cowboys

Cardiac Cowboys

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
