All right, hello, hello, myfriends, welcome.
Welcome to our journey throughthe lower four chakras webinar.

(04:45):
I am so excited to be joinedwith Chantel today for this
amazing presentation.
Starting from the root, workingour way up, is our specialty
here at Moon Rising, and I knowit's something that Chantel and
I are both really passionateabout.
So I'll just give quick littleintros to who we are.
If you're new to us.
I'm Isabel.
I'm the alchemist here and thedirector for Moon Rising

(05:06):
Shamanic Institute.
I am the one that bridgesscience and spirituality and
likes to help you have a reallygrounded approach to your
spiritual practice.
I'm also really passionateabout taking shamanism back to
its roots so that we can connectwith our ancestors, our
lineages, with that reallytraditional way of viewing the
world as alive, connecting withourselves, connecting with

(05:28):
nature and releasing ourlimiting beliefs and alchemizing
our emotions and stepping intothe highest version of ourself.
As we do that.
And, of course, I am so excitedto be joined with Chantel today
and I'll let her introduceherself.
Hi, everyone.

Speaker 2 (05:43):
I'm Chantel, I'm the Mystic here at Moon Rising, and
I really love to bring inceremony and ritual, as well as
bridging in consciousness andour human experience through our
archetypes, through soulcontracts and understanding both
, you know, being connectedabove and connected below what
our earthly experience is whilewe are here and having this a

(06:07):
soul, having this earthlyexperience, and so that's really
where I like to touch base with, with people and so, um, and
then, as well as bringing in ourrituals and everything that we
do, so definitely, if you have, you know your sage anything to
burn.
Um, if you know me, you know Isage anything to burn.
If you know me, you know I liketo burn.
So that's definitely one thingthat we'll be doing before we

(06:28):
get started with our meditation.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
Absolutely so as we get going, we're going to dive
into our presentation and thenwe'll call in our directions,
use our sage, right before ourjourney.
So what you can expect tonightlike I said, we're just going to
do this overview of why thelower four.
Why are we focusing on root, through heart, and not the upper
chakras, why it's so importantto heal from the root.
We'll do a little briefoverview of those lower four

(06:53):
chakras for those of you whoaren't as familiar, or a quick
refresher for those of you whoare.
And then, of course, we haveour guided shamanic journey and
Chantel is going to be taking usthrough those lower four
chakras for really beautifulhealing experience tonight.
And then we do have a giveawayplanned for you guys at the end
as a little thank you for beingwith us on live, and hopefully

(07:13):
we'll have time for some sharesand questions as well.
So be sure to stick around tothe end.
But I would love to just divein here with why the lower four
chakras.
There are seven of them, hundreds if you look at the
original chakra teachings.
Why are we focused on thesefour?
Right, and it's because ourlower four chakras root, sacral,
solar and heart.
They represent our foundation, not just the foundation of our

(07:36):
chakras, but also of ourphysical body, of our energy, of
who we believe ourselves to be,of the limits that we have, of
how much of our potential we'reable to see right, they form the
base of our energy, ourphysical health and our mental
health.
They are truly the foundation, and everything else is impacted
by the state of these lower fourchakras.

(07:57):
Right?
I always like to use the exampleof a zipper, just like you
start from the bottom and youkind of pull it up and
whatever's happening down belowis impacting what's happening up
above.
That's how our lower fourchakras are, and so they also
become the seat of our limitingbeliefs, a lot of our stored
trauma and a lot of unprocessedenergy.
Because that heavier energystarts to shift down through our

(08:19):
chakras, it kind of settles inour root and our sacral,
especially if we're notprocessing and moving it.
And of course, our root chakrais also tied with our
subconscious mind.
So, hello, limiting beliefs, limiting stories about who we
are.
Of course, our sacral chakra isdeveloping with our inner child
, with the difficult and alsojoyful, but often the difficult

(08:40):
experiences that we have whenwe're kids, and so all of this
gets stored in the lower fourchakras until we're able to
consciously work with them, healthem and release what's being
stored there.
And as we're doing that, whenwe can release it, when we can
heal it, it can start to rippleup through all of those other
chakras and really create a bigchange there a big change there.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
So, yeah, I would like just to add is why part of
why we also do that is becausewhen we're not healing those
lower chakras that is the cycleof patterns, beliefs, everything
that keep coming into our liferight, the same experience is
the same kind of peopleEverything starts recycling
itself through because we arestill working from that lower
vibration of emotion, of trauma, and so, with it being very

(09:33):
earth based, it's important forus to focus on those as our
healing, so that, as we move upthe chakra system, we have this
higher awareness andconsciousness that allows us to
really expand, versus being inthis constrictive energy that we
tend to feel when we are nothealing through our lower
chakras.

Speaker 1 (09:53):
Absolutely, absolutely.
And that brings us to this ideaof healing from the root right.
This is why healing from hereis so vital, because even that
small change or that oneenergetic release or that one
limiting belief that we're ableto unshackle ourselves from
creates a ripple of healingthrough every other chakra right
.
And so often in the spiritualcommunity I see teachers and

(10:17):
curious individuals trying to doit from the top down right,
because we tend to see our crownchakra, our third eye, as more
spiritual, as more in tune, andso we kind of try and escape
from our bodies, from the lowerfour chakras, because we're
afraid of that you know, quoteunquote lower energy or that
heavier energy, and so we tryand focus on these upper chakras

(10:38):
.
But what often happens is thenwe're just kind of sending our
energy, sending ourconsciousness up and out of our
body and we're walking aroundungrounded.
We're walking around feelingkind of dissociated.
Oftentimes we end up feeling alittle bit hollow and numb and
empty.
Let me know in the chat if anyof those symptoms you can relate
with, because I know that I canabsolutely relate with some of

(11:00):
those right, and that can besomething you've carried for
years or it can be a just todayI'm feeling kind of ungrounded.
Right, heaven knows we've got alot of energy going around our
planet right now.
Right, and oftentimes that'sbecause we're so focused on the
spiritual, these upper chakras, but we're forgetting to come
down, we're forgetting to embodyand heal from the root, chantel
, what do you have to add tothat?

Speaker 2 (11:26):
But, yes, absolutely Like in the spiritual community,
we definitely do see a lot ofpeople that want to connect up
here, because I feel like, notthat it's the easier place to
reside in our energy, but itseems to be the most fascinating
right.
And then, when you go into thelower ones, you're like, oh my
gosh, that is where all of ourstuff is stored, and people
don't want to look at that right.
So we bypass it, we suppress it, we ignore that it's there, but

(11:49):
the thing is is energy cannotbe ignored and it is very
patient and it waits for us, andthen all of a sudden it comes
up and will become illness.
It becomes disease, it becomesmental health issues, you know,
it becomes physical pain, and soit's really important for us to
focus on the healing and thereleasing that needs to happen

(12:11):
in our root and our sacral solarplexus and heart, so that we
can shift and move through theseenergies and release it,
instead of carrying it aroundlike baggage that we do so often
in life.

Speaker 1 (12:22):
Absolutely.
And you know, the other pieceof that too is we're so aware
especially if you have Reiki inyour practice we're so aware of
the energy coming in through ourcrown, filtering down through
our heart and out our hands, maybe even all the way down into
our root right.
But from a shamanic perspective, we're also called to connect
with the earth, to receive herenergy, to receive her medicine.

(12:44):
And if we're not willing toconnect with these lower four
energy centers both the thingsthat are ready to be released
and processed, but also thejoyful, secure, creative,
motivating, confident, loving, compassionate aspects of those
lower chakras, we're not able topull that energy up from the
earth, because we're essentiallyblocking ourselves off from

(13:04):
half of our power, half of ourenergy and the foundation of who
we are.
And it often leaves uswondering well, who am I, what
is my purpose, what's the pointof all of this?
These kinds of questions that Ithink we're seeing people ask a
lot more lately, and part ofthis, I really believe, is why.
It's because we're sodisconnected from the earth.
So we're hoping to kind ofremedy that a little bit

(13:26):
throughout today's presentation, but also with our shamanic
journey.
So before we dive in, I justwant to kind of give a little
overview of the lower fourchakras for those of you who are
unfamiliar and a littlerefresher for those of you who
are very well into the chakras.
So first up, we have our rootchakra right, and root chakra is
at the base of our spine.

(13:47):
It's located at the perineum, our tailbone, think pubic bone,
and down right, and every chakrahas both an energetic component
, a physical component and anemotional component.
So for root chakra, forphysical, we're looking at our
musculoskeletal system.
So think your bones, think yourmuscles right.
If you have issues with yourjoints, if you have issues with

(14:08):
your bones, with your teeth, with your muscle system, right.
If you're constantly in a fightor flight response, if your
nervous system is dysregulated, all of those can be signs that
your root chakra is calling forattention.
Because when our body isspeaking to us and, like Chantel
was saying, when energymanifests itself as physical
pain, as mental health issues,as physical illness, we can take

(14:31):
a more compassionate view byrecognizing those symptoms as
signals, as messages from ourbody saying hey, this is what
you need to look at, we'recalling for your attention.
Right, and root chakra is, ofcourse, connected with the earth
.
So again.
You see why we're starting fromthe root down, because we're
really calling in that earthenergy.
And when we think of root chakrawe want to think of our

(14:52):
foundation, think of safety, think of security, think of
having your physiological needsmet right.
This is really kind of the keyof root chakra is are your needs
met?
Do you feel safe?
Are you secure?
Have you been nourished right?
And we also talked about themental health side of chakras.
So when we're talking about thelimiting beliefs that we have

(15:14):
stored in our lower four chakras, the lower four also have kind
of a core limiting belief thatwe tend to see the most show up
in that chakra.
And that doesn't mean therecan't be others, right.
But the general idea for rootchakra is that core limiting
belief becomes I'm not safe.
You can fill that in with I'mnot safe to be seen, I'm not
safe to show up as who I am.

(15:35):
I'm not safe to wear thisparticular kind of clothing, I'm
not safe to whatever it is.
That core belief about oursafety being challenged is a
root chakra sensation.
But when root chakra isbalanced it can feel financially
stable, it feels trusting, itfeels present and grounded, you

(15:55):
feel at home in your body andcalm and regulated in your
nervous system.
Anything to add to that.

Speaker 2 (16:01):
Chantel, yeah, I would say you know, when we tune
into our root especiallybecause the root is a large base
, so kind of like what you wouldthink with your crown coming up
and out, your root does thesame thing.
It's a very wide base.
It's almost like if you werewearing like a hoop skirt right,
and so you can feel into yourenergy when you do Reiki on

(16:24):
yourself.
Like, do you feel like yourroot is narrow or do you feel
like it spreads out?
Is it wide?
The wider you are, the moregrounded you're going to feel,
the more stable you're going tofeel, You're going to be more
connected to the earth becauseyou're having a wide base, a
wide foundation.
So anytime that you're workingwith your root, it's it's really

(16:45):
tuning in to what does yourbody have to say to you?
It's communicating with you,right?
So if you feel like you'rebouncing off of things, you're
hitting things, you're, you havebruises on your body that you
don't know where they came from, that kind of thing, A lot of
times it's because you're,you're outside of your um, your
crown chakra, You're likethere's this existential part of

(17:06):
you that is kind of floating.
You're in your body but notwithin your body and this is
where embodiment really isimportant and to be like, fully
grounded into your feet.
You want to feel that your feetare firmly on the ground and
when you're walking on the earth, you're not walking on the
sides of your feet or tiptoes.
You want to be firm on theground so that you can truly

(17:29):
connect and see those rootscoming out of the base of your
feet and the base of your spine.

Speaker 1 (17:34):
Absolutely, absolutely.
And so then, moving up, we haveour sacral chakra, and sacral
chakra is right between thepubic bone and the navel, so
kind of that soft spot of yourbelly, your lower belly, just
under your belly button, andphysically it's connected to our
kidneys, it's connected to ourbladder, it's connected to our
water, so even think saliva, youcan also think of circulation

(17:57):
and how well is your bloodflowing.
Blood pressure can also berelated to sacral chakra because
its element is water.
And when we think of sacralchakra in general, we want to
think of our creativity, we wantto think of our sensuality, so
our ability to enjoy our fivephysical senses.
Sensuality is very differentfrom sexuality, where sexuality

(18:19):
is engaged with actual sexualacts.
Sensuality is our ability touse our five physical senses,
these gifts that we have ashuman beings, to experience the
world around us.
So in addition to those, again,we have our sexuality and we do
have our inner child and ourability to manifest are all in
our sacral chakra.
And in sacral chakra we'relooking to have our emotional

(18:40):
needs met.
So once we've been nourishedand supported in the root, then
we're looking for our emotionalneeds.
We're looking for our parent tosay oh, my gosh, what an
incredible picture when we showthem what we drew as a child.
Right, those moments of beingvalidated, of letting your
creativity, your imaginationshine and having those be seen
as worthy.
Right, which is where that core, limiting belief comes in.

(19:03):
For sacral chakra, we often seethe belief I'm worthless, I'm
not worthy.
That's a very sacral chakraenergy.
But when it's balanced right, our sacral chakra can experience
fun and play.
We can be sexually active andable to orgasm.
We can enjoy the pleasures oflife, again, using our five
physical senses, to be able tolook at a beautiful painting and

(19:24):
appreciate it, or have anamazing cup of tea.
Or, for me, one of my favoritesis having a good like fuzzy,
soft blanket and engaging mysense of touch there.
Right, so actually being able to, now that we are safe and
secure in our root, be able tothen show up in the world and
enjoy what that means Enjoybeing creative, enjoy using our
senses, enjoy being human and alittle bit of the mess that

(19:48):
comes along with that.
Right, and I think so many ofus have been disengaged from the
mess.
We're kind of taught to be verysterile as we get into
adulthood.
We have to fit in our boxes.
We have to do things right, wehave to get our to-do list done,
we have to have everything inits place.
My mom used to say a place foreverything and everything in its
place.
And that's kind of like theantithesis of sacral chakra,

(20:09):
because sacral chakra wants tobe in flow, it wants to be
having fun, it wants to be goingwith the waves of life and
being in the moment.
What else, chantel?

Speaker 2 (20:19):
Yeah, I love that and seeing if you do feel like you
feel stagnant within your sacral, right, because all those,
everything she's talking aboutis having that constrictive
energy.
So what I feel with the sacralis it's connecting to your
people, it's connecting to yourfamily, your community, your
friends.
It's being in your feminineenergy, it's being in flow with

(20:41):
the water, like we're talkingabout.
But when you are external withyour sacral, it is how can you
connect with those around you?
How can you have those deeperrelationships?
How can you really embrace thefeminine energy within yourself
so that you know that you areworthy to receive, that you can
receive right, that you can bethe creative energy that is not

(21:04):
masculine, that goes out andgets it done, but the one that
brings it in and that lets itcome into your heart center.
Right, because it's like thereceiving of and so working with
our safe role and having such abeautiful balance with fun and
play and allowing ourselves tobe in flow with life, rather
than feeling like we need tocheck off all the boxes and do

(21:26):
everything perfect, because wearen't.
We're messy humans, we're nothere to be perfect.
We're here to have fun, to beplayful, to interact with each
other to have amazing orgasms.
Like you know, like everythingthat our physical body can do,
the sacral is an amazing placeto be working with.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
Absolutely.
And so then, once we have thatability to enjoy life, to be
present in life, that brings usup into our solar plexus.
Because here we're looking atour identity, our motivation,
finding purpose, so taking thosepositive experiences that we're
having in sacral chakra andfinding meaning for them,
finding passion for them, finding a purpose for them,

(22:04):
right.
So our solar plexus isconnected to just between our
navel and our sternum.
So I kind of like to say thatsoft spot at the bottom of your
ribs is really where your solarplexus is, right there by your
stomach, and it can be connectedto our adrenals, our digestive
organs, our liver, all of ourintestines really can be
connected with solar plexus.

(22:26):
And so think of you know howare you digesting?
Life is another question thatcomes up with solar plexus.
Are you really trying tocontrol?
Are you really trying to reallyhold on to all of the balls and
make sure that everything getsdone the right way and are
afraid of what happens if youdrop a ball or you forget an
item on your to-do list?
Or are you holding on toconversations with people after

(22:47):
you've had them, or trying toplan them out ahead of time,
right, and not letting theenergy of life flow through you.
Those are very solar plexussymptoms and we see that because
its element is fire.
Right, it's here to burn awaywhat doesn't serve us, to have
us let go of what doesn't serveus, but also to shine a light
forward and help us see wherewe're meant to go, one step at a

(23:07):
time, to connect us with I knowwho I am, I know who I'm not, I
know what my purpose is and I'mmotivated to go after it.
Right, that's a very balancedsolar plexus presentation.
And in our solar plexus we'relooking to know our value and
our worth.
We're looking to know where aremy gifts, where are my
strengths, how can I use them, how can I show up in the world

(23:30):
and create goodness and createpassion and create more love and
create more light in the world?
Right, and so that's where wesee this core limiting belief
that, frankly, I thinkeverybody's got a little bit of
this one.
But we see I'm not enough.
In the solar plexus, that's abig solar plexus limiting belief
.
Because, again in the solarplexus, that's a big solar
plexus limiting belief.
Because again, in our solarplexus chakra, we're looking for

(23:50):
our self-worth, we're lookingfor our sense of self, our
identity, and so that limitedbelief, that collapsed reality
is going to be well, I'm notenough right.
But on the other hand, whenit's balanced, we can feel
confident, we can feel motivated, we can feel empowered in our
daily life.
We have a healthy sense of self, right.
So we're not going all the wayto being narcissistic or really

(24:10):
full of our ego or having a bighead.
We're really balanced.
We can see our strengths, wecan see the things that maybe
we're not as good at, and beinspired to grow.
But all of that is connectingus back to our passion and our
purpose.

Speaker 2 (24:25):
I see this one, and I don't know why I don't have
this analogy for all the chakras, but definitely for solar
plexus is I see it as a pendulumswinging.
So when you, you are out ofbalance either way, how that
pendulum swings right, as ifyou're going to be in the more
narcissistic, more the partystarted because I'm here, more
like everything is all about me,versus it swinging the other

(24:47):
way, where you're more the quietone, the wallflower, you know,
you just kind of stand in thecorner or behind everything.
That's the action that's goingon.
And when you're in center point, that is where we, in the core
of who we are, in our solarplexus, is where our true power
is.
Because you can find thatbalance and I find that that's
where the masculine and thefeminine energy really reside

(25:10):
together.
They are equal and in balancetogether.
Because you feel that you're inbalance, you know that you can
do all of the things.
You can show up in your truthand you can show up in your
power, but at the same time youcan be soft and you can have
compassion for others.
So it's like being able to.
It's like a mixture of all thechakras I feel within our solar
plexus.
It is the fire of ourself, butat the same time, it brings in

(25:33):
such a beautiful balance so thatyou can show up for others.
At the same time, you'reshowing up for yourself and it's
noticing where is themotivation right and where's
your purpose and what are youtruly feeling with it.
And if there's somesluggishness going on in your
life but you're feeling like Idon't know where my motivation
is, this is a perfect placewithin yourself to go with and

(25:56):
do some journey, work and saywhat is going on in there.
Why are we feeling blocked?
Start asking the question sothat your body can start
refilling that to you.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
Absolutely.
And so there we're seeing howthe chakras are kind of acting
like a zipper.
Like Chantal saying, we can seepieces of each chakra mirrored
in every one as we're going upand we really see that kind of
come into balance and harmony inour heart chakra.
So our heart chakra is ourperfect balancing point between
the lower three chakras and theupper three chakras.

(26:27):
Right, it's right there in themiddle.
It's located between oursternum and our collarbone.
So heart center.
Physically it's connected toour heart, our lungs, our immune
system.
So issues there can often besymptoms that your heart chakra
is calling out for yourattention.
Its element is air.
Again, think about lungs, yourability to breathe in, your

(26:47):
ability to let go, to release,to process emotions with your
breath.
When we think of heart chakrawe want to think of love and
connection and compassion, bothfor self and for others.
And, like Chantal was sayingearlier, we also think of giving
and receiving, of that balanceof masculine and feminine, of
that meeting point of all of theenergy being balanced and

(27:15):
harmonized here in heart chakraand it's always looking to
belong, to connect to love, tofind its people and where it
belongs, to bestow that love andto receive that love right.
And so its core limiting beliefthen is I'm unlovable right.
And you can start to see howthis balanced presentation of
each chakra is really kind ofthe opposite of that limited
belief.
And I think that really driveshome why these lower four

(27:36):
chakras are so important, because you can see how, if
somebody had each of theselimiting beliefs right I'm
unlovable, I'm worthless, I'mnot enough and I'm not safe that
really cuts you off from all ofthe magic that life has to
offer, right.
And so if we could just healthose four, if we could heal
those four chakras, what adifferent life we would have and

(27:56):
what a different world we wouldlive in right.
And so the balanced heartchakra is able to give and
receive love and compassionequally right, and it feels
connected and supported both toself and to others right and it
feels connected and supported, both to self and to others.

Speaker 2 (28:11):
yeah, so notice, with the heart chakra, like as we're
using this zipper analogy is I,I'm feeling like, as we are
zipping up, that's thatrestrictive energy, right.
And then as you unzip itbecause we're opening and
expanding, that's how ourchakras you want them to feel is
this open, expansive energythat's going on.
So, within the heart, if we arefeeling blocked or restricted

(28:33):
and any of the chakras believeit, it's going to bring that up.
That energy is going to comestraight into the heart chakra.
So suddenly we're not able toforgive others, we're not able
to forgive ourselves, we're notable to extend love.
You know, there becomes thishollow point, I feel in the
chest, where people feelclenched.
You're heavy, you're like whatis going on?

(28:53):
Life becomes very heavy withinthe heart center, the heart
chakra, and then you know it'slike the burden of the shoulders
, the burden of the encavedshoulders.
You know all of that starts tohave a play.
You start to see it in thephysical body and how you're
standing.
Are you standing strong?
Are you standing with yourshoulders back?
Are you kind of collapsed in?

(29:14):
These are all indications ofwhere we are within our heart
chakra and so if you feel likeeven slumping over, you don't
have good posture.
That's all part of the back ofthat heart chakra in a physical
sense.
So these are just ways for youto just read your body without
energetically having to gothrough.
It.
All is where are you and howare you feeling within your own

(29:37):
stance?
And bringing that balance in isso important, because when
we're strong in our chakras,we're strong in our body, we're
strong in our emotions and thenour mental body.
Everything comes into play.
And then, before you know it,that's that center point that we
were talking about, where youreally get to be playing with

(29:57):
the truest version of yourself, your highest self, because
you're standing straight andnarrow with you doesn't mean
you're playing straight andnarrow in life, but your body
gets to have that strengthwithin itself because you're
feeling strong within youAbsolutely.

Speaker 1 (30:13):
Absolutely.
And so, with that said, nowthat we've got this overview of
the energy of each of thechakras, we're going to
transition into our guidedjourney.
But before we do that, I wouldlove to know in the chat how is
all of this landing?
Is there one chakra inparticular that you are
listening and going?
Oh, that's the one that'sreally calling for my attention,
or I would really love to havethe intention of focusing on

(30:36):
this chakra in my life.
I would love to know in thechat how all of this is landing,
as I test our music here forjust a second.
So I'm going to share my screenagain, but I'm going to go
ahead and play some music behindit and if you guys could also
let me know in the chat if youcan see Chantel and you can see,

(30:57):
or you can hear Chantel and youcan hear the drums at the same
time.
So, chantel, if you could giveus a little test test once you
hear the music, that'd be lovelyTest test.

Speaker 2 (31:06):
Once you hear the music, that'd be lovely.

Speaker 1 (31:09):
Test test Can you hear me over the drums.
Turn it down one or two.
Let me know in the chat How'sthat sounding, you guys?
Oh, I've got chat, let's see.
Beautiful, awesome, thank youguys.
All right, so before we dive in, like I said, I'd love to hear
in the chat how this is landingfor you.
But before we journey, we alwayslove to call in our directions.

(31:30):
This is a shamanic ritual ofhonoring the four directions
honoring the upper world, thelower world, the middle world,
our higher self, and reallycreating a sacred space for this
work.
So I'll be calling in thedirections for us tonight.
This is also a great time to belighting your sage, to be
burning your palo, to be usingyour crystals or your candle or
whatever spiritual tools youhave that you want to connect

(31:52):
with as we tune in.
So I'm going to just invite usto sit back in our chairs for a
moment.
Just tune in with your body.
You can close your eyes if thatfeels good.
Just take a second to fullyarrive here in the present.
Feel yourself ground in Callingany of your energy that's still

(32:16):
at work or still with yourto-do list back into the present
, already feeling yourselfground into those lower four
chakras and just taking somenice deep breaths as we call in
our directions here.
So we call to our circle thespirits of the East.
The wind with its whispers ofwisdom, catalyst of curiosity
and innovative change.

(32:37):
We call to our heart chakra, with its element of air, that
sense of love and compassion forourself.
We ask that your winds, thatour breath, clear away the
cobwebs in our minds and releaseus from our own expectations
for this experience, so that wemay be fully present to be that
hollow bone, that open vessel, ready to receive what Spirit has

(32:59):
in store for us tonight.
To the Spirits of the East, wethank you, we love you, we honor
you.
Welcome to our circle.
And we call to our circle thespirits of the South.
The fire with its passion andpurpose, burning away what no
longer serves us, connecting uswith our solar plexus, our
center of motivation, ourconfidence, our purpose, knowing

(33:22):
who we are and what we were puton this earth to do.
We ask that that fire within usignite, that that flame
illuminate our path forward, onestep at a time, showing us
exactly where we're meant to bein this time and in this space.
To the spirits of the South, wethank you, we love you, we
honor you, welcome to our circle.

(33:42):
And we call to our circle thespirits of the West.
The water, keeper of ofmysteries unknown, the one who
reminds us that we can trust.
Let go surrender to the flow oflife.
We call to our sacral chakra, with its element of water, its
ability to be in the flow, toembrace the mess, to embrace our

(34:04):
creativity and our ability toenjoy the experience as it comes
to us, knowing that thesewaters will take us exactly
where we're meant to go and washaway, soothe away everything
that the fire has burned, sothat we can maintain that
clarity and that connection.
Spirits of the West, we thankyou, we love you, we honor you.

(34:24):
Welcome to our circle, you.
We love you, we honor you.
Welcome to our circle.
And we call to our circle thespirits of the north, the earth,
provider and sustainer of allphysical life, nourisher of all
beings.
We call to our root chakra, with its element of earth, our
foundation, our sense ofnourishment, of safety, of
security.
May each and every one of usreceive the nourishment and

(34:46):
support that we need from thisjourney tonight To the spirits
of the North.
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you, welcome to our circle
.
And we call to our circle thespirits from above, our spirit
guides, guardian angels, lovingancestors, the energy of the sun
, moon and stars shining downthat brighten both day and night

(35:07):
, illuminating our path, fillingus with inspiration, divine
messages and keeping us true toour soul's optimistic intentions
.
For this experience, spiritsfrom above, be with us tonight.
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you.
Welcome to our circle.
And we call to our circle thespirits from below, our power

(35:28):
animals, mythical creatures, nature spirits, friends of the
lower world, the ones who remindus what it means to walk with
one foot in the physical, onefoot in the spiritual, dancing
between the realms, feeling thatbalance, that harmony of these
sides of ourself.
Be with us tonight, spiritsfrom below.
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you.

(35:48):
Welcome to ourself.
Be with us tonight, spiritsfrom below.
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you.
Welcome to our circle.
And, lastly, we call to ourcircle the spirit of our highest
self, the energy here betweenthe one who reminds us of who we
truly are, when we release thelimitations, release the
limiting belief, release thewounds that are holding us back,
when we alchemize our energyand step into our truth, step
into our power.
You are the reminder of whatholding us back when we
alchemize our energy and stepinto our truth, step into our

(36:09):
power.
You are the reminder of whatawaits us there, reminding us
that that power, that potential,is already existing within us.
Through this experience tonight, may we embody you more fully
than ever before.
May we alchemize and heal tothe spirit of our highest self.
We thank you, we love you, wehonor you.
Welcome to our circle.

(36:29):
And with the energy andintention of all seven
directions now in place, thiscircle is blessed as sacred,
pure, open and ready for ourexperience tonight, knowing that
we are all here for reason andpurpose, to receive exactly what
we are meant to receive for thegreatest and highest good of
all involved, knowing that wecan release our expectations and

(36:51):
allow what comes through tocome through, trusting that
whatever comes is exactly whatwe needed for the greatest and
highest good of all involved.
And so it is blessed.
Be sealing it all in withanother big, deep breath in, big
, deep breath out, settlingdeeper into your chair, letting

(37:14):
your eyes remain closed andlistening to the drums and
Chantel's voice as she guides uson this 15 minute shamanic
journey.
Journey.
Well, my friends.

Speaker 2 (37:38):
I didn't take in some deep breaths, allowing yourself
to fully sink into the surface, allowing yourself to release
any energy, thoughts andemotions that are ready to be
replaced with the task.
You just did that time, allowing your body to just relax
, giving yourself permission tobe led on this guided journey,

(38:05):
opening your heart chakra, solarplexus, your heart chakra, your
solar plexus, your sacrum, yourribs.
I want you to visualizeyourself in your happy place in

(38:27):
this space that brings you somuch joy and inner peace,
noticing how you feel withinspace, connecting to all of your
senses, noticing what you smell, noticing what you taste, what
you hear, what you feel.
Just fully embrace and embodyall of your senses.

(38:51):
Feel the sounds of birds in thedistance or the leaves blowing
in the wind, notice if there isany flavor.
As you take in this journey, asyou take in this vision of where

(39:17):
you currently are, I want youto see in front of you a trail,
a path.
I want you to make yourselftake yourself towards that path,
one step at a time, listeningto the sounds of the earth

(39:38):
crunching beneath your feet, feeling the wind as you move
further and further down thispath, as you start to journey
through your own chakras andconnecting with each of the
elements.
You notice that the road beforeyou starts to curve towards the

(40:04):
right.
You are making your way throughyour chakras, through the
spiral with them.
As you continue to walk downthis path, you start to see that
the terrain is changing.
You're getting deeper anddeeper into the woods, the trees

(40:27):
are getting thicker around you,the earth is sturdy.
Beneath you and in front of you, the octopus eye is an altar
and as you come to this altar, Iwant you to sit, sit firmly on

(40:48):
the ground, your legs crossed, your back straight.
I want you to feel into yourroom chakra, feeling that cord
coming from the spine deep downinto the earth, feeling the
roots from your feet coming downinto the earth, feeling the

(41:10):
roots from your feet coming tothe earth and feeling within the
emotional body, the energeticbody of your root chakra,
noticing what is ready to bereleased here, noticing what you
feel, noticing if there's anyscarcity, noticing if there's

(41:35):
any shame anxiety, that anyshame anxiety, that you're ready
, whatever it is that youpersonally feel at this point,
want you to, as an offering tothe earth, allowing her to
receive it, to transmute it, totransform it, to transmute it,
to transform it, to release it,allowing your every chocolate to

(41:57):
feel whole again, to feelexpansive, to have a full sense
of security, allowing you tofeel strong on your own
foundation.
Allowing you to feel strong onyour own foundation and when you

(42:18):
feel that you want you to standup and start to journey back
down a path, taking the curvesas you need to, walking further
and further into the depths ofthis forest.
And after you enter the spaceof sink, you will notice that

(42:41):
there is a body of water, a lake, a river stream, whatever to do
, but near this water, anotheraltar, and at this altar would
like you to sit down once again, filling up the emotional, your

(43:04):
state billing, noticing how youemotions, the emotions that are
coming to the surface, noticingany sense of insecurity If

(43:26):
there's a block here that doesnot allow you to flow with your
natural ease of life, if you'renot able to connect with your
joy, with your passion, there'sa suppression of intimacy.
Just noticing how you feel andoffering this to the river, to
the pond, to the water.
This is an offering to theelement of water to wash away,

(43:53):
to be cleansed, to be cleared, allowing you to feel whole again
, to feel full and expansive, fill, the space of intimacy,
sensuality, creativity and aconnection with the people in

(44:20):
your life.
And, as you have that expansiveimage, giving thanks to the
water standing up once again, thanks to water standing up once
again and walking further downthis path, going deeper and

(44:41):
deeper into the source.
Feelings they feeling secure, feeling lighter, feeling more
grounded or connected.
How do you come to this space?
Through solar pulses.
You will see a fire, abeautiful, burning fire, waiting
for you, and next to this fireagain is an altar.

(45:06):
Sit at the salt, fill into yoursolar plexus.
Sit at the salt, fill into yoursolar plexus.
Notice where your energy is theswing further to the right,
swing further to the left.
You feel out of balance.
You feel like you have nomotivation.

(45:28):
There's a sensible worthy.
You feel a lack of personalpower, noticing how you know
it's scooping that out andoffering this fire, allowing it
to be burned, allowing it to goup into the ashes, to become

(45:53):
smoke, to transform into phoenixand again, letting that fire
bring you to ignite the in you, allow it to help you to grow, to
empower yourself, to feelbalanced, centered.
Empower yourself to feelbalanced, centered, to know that

(46:18):
you are working, to know thatyou hold your own personal power
within yourself, that you canexpand yourself to see that your
confidence can show up andfeeling that power within your
solar plexus, feeling that burnof fire allowing it to expand
beyond and feeling yourselfstand up again to continue to

(46:40):
walk down the journey, down thepath, be deeper and deeper into
the thickness of this forest, Itell you.
You come into an opening, aspace that's open, with your
heart sharp.
It connects to the element ofthe air.

(47:04):
With the air, the wind isblowing, filling your skin,
opening and expanding with thiswind filling your hair blowing
and opening yourarms, spinning around in this
open space, opening your heartchakra and filling into what is

(47:27):
ready to be released, what isready to be, to ride on the wind
, to be released through the air.
Maybe you feel grief, sadness, heaviness in your heart.
Time to open that center, bringing forward love,

(47:49):
forgiveness of self, forgivenessof others, a balance of
masculine, bringing in theenergy that only you can really
truly expand in your heart.
And as you feel the wind takethis away, you really feel that

(48:13):
expansion.
And as you turn, giving thanksand gratitude for the element of
air, you see an altar and onthis altar it's a box.
I want you to walk over to thataltar, matching the box.
It and within it will be a gift, a gift to you from your heart

(48:40):
chakra.
I want you to reach into thebox, look at what your gift is,
noticing how it looks, how itfeels, how it feels to you,

(49:01):
taking it all in, then placingit in your pocket, wearing it,
if it has a strap, however youfeel, but taking this gift with
you, giving gratitude once againto the element of air and to
the chakra of your heart as youstart to walk back down the path
.
This time we're going backtowards your root.
So as you walk toward down thatpathway, the curves turning

(49:28):
towards the left, you will onceagain come upon your solar
places and on that altar will bea box.
Want you to go to that box andopen it and receive the gift
from your solar plexus, bringingthat out, hopefully in touch.

(49:52):
You looking at me, observingwhat is it message, what gift is
, or what's this happen?
And giving thanks to the fire, giving thanks.
Your solar turns are walkingdown towards your sink and as

(50:21):
you walk down this path that'staking you further and further
out of the box, you start to seein the distance your sacral and
there awaiting you is youraltar.
As you get closer to the altar, you see the box.

(50:42):
I want you to open the box tosee what gift sacral has for you
would get a global house for me, reaching in and lifting this
box up or lifting the gift out, holding it, touching, observing,
noticing the message a singlehouse.
What gift has given you?

(51:04):
Giving thanks to the elementsof water into your sacral chakra
.
As you turn and make your wayback towards the mountain,
walking down the spiral, onceagain moving you out of this

(51:25):
forest, you see an altar wingand on this altar is a box.
I want you to open the box, reach in and pick out the gift

(51:46):
that is waiting, feel it,observe it, noticing the message
that root chakra has for you.
And what message is there foryou?
What gift is there for you?
And as you give thanks to theultimate of earth, to your root

(52:12):
chakra, you continue down thepath, stepping out of the and
back into your happiness, looking at your four gifts,
cradling them, loving them andhaving gratitude for the four

(52:34):
elements and the four chakras, filling yourself completely with
grounding, filling yourcreative energy, filling your
spark of inspiration, fillingyour self-esteem F filling your
self-empowerment and feelingthat release of sadness and

(52:58):
grief in your heart and theexpansion of love, taking in a
deep breath, filling in all ofthe energy and get you out of
sleep, knowing they areimprinted upon you, opening your

(53:19):
eyes when you feel ready, coming all the way back to us.

Speaker 1 (53:33):
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
Taking your time here, comingback to your physical senses,
wiggling your fingers and yourtoes, and taking just a moment
here to journal, to write out, whether that's in the chat or

(53:56):
even in your own journal, justwriting out.
How was that experience for you, what did you feel, what did
you notice, what gifts did youreceive from each chakra, what
was your top takeaway?
Remembering that shamanicjourneys are just like dreams

(54:17):
the further away from them weget, the less we remember.
So take a moment here to writedown the highlights.
We have to thank and releaseour directions, just as we call
them in, we have to thank andrelease them as well.
So let's complete our circletogether, bringing your hands to
prayer, taking a nice deepbreath, releasing, letting go

(54:38):
and taking a moment.
We will release our directionsin the opposite order that we
called them in.
