So be sure to stick around andwe hope that you enjoy today's
episode.
Let's dive in.

Speaker 2 (03:58):
Welcome, welcome, welcome everyone back to the
show and today's conversation.
We're diving into embracingyour own spiritual unique path,
because there's a million andone ways to create that for
yourself and I don't think thatthere's one right way to create

(04:19):
that.
And why I'm saying create?
Because I'm trying to take evenaway the goal orientation of
like, if we could take the goalorientation of.
I'm saying create because I'mtrying to take even away the
goal orientation of like, if wecould take the goal orientation
of.
I'm having a spiritual pathbecause, you know, maybe it is
for serenity, maybe it is forenlightenment, maybe it is for,
but everyone is going to have adifferent reason and purpose and
those can be unique too.
So I'm really looking forwardto the conversation.

(04:41):
Welcome, chantel, for joiningme in on this conversation.
So excited to have you on theshow with me.

Speaker 3 (04:49):
Yes, you know, what I like about this topic is it
really is giving us allpermission to be us and to heal
how we need to, or to practiceor create our own rituals or
whatever it is that we want todo.
It's combining all.
It's having like the ability tocombine all modalities and not
feel like we are overstepping orwe can't do it, Because if it

(05:11):
calls to you this is what I'm afirm believer on If it calls to
you and it's pulling on yourheartstrings, it's meant for you
to do.
It Doesn't mean you have to gobe this big leader of it, but it
means for you and your personalright of choice it gives you
you can go and do that work, youknow.
So it's just whatever calls tous, I think at this time,

(05:31):
because this is a time of us ofawakening, of growth, of
transformation, and however thatshows up, give yourself
permission to do it.

Speaker 2 (05:40):
Yeah, exactly Like I feel like for my own personal
journey.
I feel like I've always beengiven breadcrumbs of like where
that inspiration leads to next,right.
And so I'm getting these littletiny breadcrumbs and my job is
to pay attention, my job is toget curious and lean into it.
So there might be like abreadcrumb of me like I'll sign

(06:05):
up for a retreat or somethinglike that and I'll be like I
have no idea why I'm going.
Maybe it's because I'm supposedto meet someone.
Maybe there's some lesson orlearning I need to have.
Maybe the land needs to speakto me.
Maybe, like there's, you know,so many possibilities and when I
say yes to whatever thatexperience is, I'm opening
myself up to.
Okay, god, universe, creator, source, show me what I'm

(06:26):
supposed to get out of this.
That's going to help continueme on my path Right.
And so if you come in with thatopen-mindedness like the, it's
almost like the tarot card, thefool, where it's like I'm
optimistically open to seeingwhatever is there for me and I'm
going to follow it with an openheart and open mind and just

(06:47):
almost this whimsical nature, rather than having going no,
this was, this is my pastpreconceptions, my past
judgments, my past life andtherefore it needs to look this
way right, like when we're somarried to what it's supposed to
be.
There's not a lot of room forflexibility, flow and alignment

(07:08):
that's offered to us from ahigher source.

Speaker 3 (07:11):
Yeah, it's having that rigid thinking, like you're
saying, it's from pastconditionings or society
conditionings, but definitelylike the full card.
I love that example because itis, it is entrusting in your
journey in the universe andknowing that everything is
coming forward with purpose andreason and growth for yourself.
So when we're trusting in that,we know it and we're led by it

(07:35):
because we're being intuitiveand we're soul-led versus being
ego-led, that is really when wecan embrace all the things that
are coming forward.
Like you're saying, like I'mjust going to go to this retreat
.
You don't know why, but you getthere.
And whether it's the message orthe people or the land that's
calling to you, you're there fora reason and you receive it.

(07:57):
And it's just so amazing Likewhen we did our retreat a couple
of weeks ago just the land andhow it spoke to us.
Right, like each of us, we wereembracing the land in a
different way, in our way.
Whether it was being in thehome, whether it was being out
in the teepee, whether it wasbeing out like in the glamping

(08:18):
tents by the creek, it didn'tmatter, because we each were
exactly where we needed to be.
The bed was made for us and wecould go to it and the medicine
was there, and so it's just thatopen opportunity for us to grow
that way and to follow, to beled To be led.

Speaker 2 (08:38):
That's it.
I'm just like you know.
I think that because we have ashamanic school, um, one might
perceive that we have this oneway that we need to do things.
And I, I think, forever and aday now I've been saying like
let's break the box, let's stopthe conditioning, let's, let's

(08:58):
think what feels good to me andthat's how we're led forward of
on my spiritual path, on thisjourney, what is my soul calling
forward, right?
And so I feel like we offer alot of like the buffet table.
This is what I tell our students.
We're offering the buffet tableof what the possibilities are

(09:20):
for you to develop your ownspiritual practices, rituals and
routines, and there's not a lotof judgment of like which one.
It works for you.
Like, if it works, do thatRight.
And I just feel like ifeveryone just offered themselves
the opportunity of notnecessarily following you know

(09:41):
that content creator or thatspecific book or whatever it may
be that you're like they haveit figured out, I have to do it
their way.
I'm like great, take the goldennuggets from whatever those
opportunities are and thatreally are pulling on your heart
forward and take those, butfeel free to mix it up to make
it uniquely yours.

Speaker 3 (10:04):
I feel like that's like the old teachings that
we're moving away from, whereyou have to follow the guru, you
have to find your master, andwe're in this new age of
realizing we are the master, weare our own guru and, yes, we're
teachers here and we're mentorshere, but we don't want
copycats.
So it is.
It's bringing that buffet ofinformation and knowledge and

(10:27):
tradition and new ways of doingthings that can connect with
every mind and every body.
Right, and so it's.
That's what I feel that weprovide here, and when we're
talking about even the three ofus, when we talk about shamanism
or we work with it, we workwith it even in our own
individual way, and that's okay,because that's what we're doing

(10:50):
.
We're not the same people,we're not the same energy, so
we're going to bring forward ourenergy, our perspective, our
way of doing it, and that isgiving permission for everyone
to do it their way.
Within the scope of what?
Because there are things tohonor within each modality, but
when you can do that and thenmeld them together, that's just

(11:10):
such a beautiful way of workingthrough the world.

Speaker 2 (11:13):
Yes, yeah Well, and I think that's why you know it's
so it feels good because, likethe way you practice and the way
I practice and the way Isabelpractices, where it's all
different and it's not likewe're trying to pressure one
enough each other to do the same, nor are we doing that with our
students and I feel like I lovewatching both of you do it your

(11:37):
way.
I love watching myself do it myway, right, and it's so
beautiful, cause then I can getreally excited about what you're
doing and I'm like, ooh, how dowe do that?
And sometimes I get it Like I'mlike I try it and I and I, and
it feels really good.
And the other times, like likewe had during our retreat,

(12:00):
chantel taught us all how tomake these cute little money
bowls.
Well, literally I burnt mine onthe last I think it was new
moon, was right after you guysleft and I literally almost
burnt my house down.
Oh you had a lot of energy withit, like it was like oh and
there it goes Like I have themoney bowl and literally I had

(12:20):
my like Lift it up a littlehigher.

Speaker 3 (12:23):
I want to see what it is.
Oh, like, no, I mean my likethe lift it up a little higher.

Speaker 2 (12:25):
I want to see what it like.
No, I mean like everythingburned the bay leaf burned, the
scroll burnt, the, the little, the little orange peel burnt
like.
And I was so glad that I, like,I was told, like my spirit
guides were like move thecurtain away, move, move it,
move it away.
And I went to bed and I woke upin the morning I was like, holy
fuck, I could have burnt thehouse down, cause I had a check

(12:47):
in here, like that was supposedto be represented.
Literally the whole thing burntout.
And I've been meaning to sharethis with Chantel because I'm
like nah, no, no, what does that?

Speaker 3 (13:01):
mean it's burning away old conditions and old
thought patterns of scarcity.
That's how I feel that, and sonow start a new one.
But disclaimer always watchyour candles.

Speaker 2 (13:14):
Don't go to bed.
I learned my lesson right, likeI.
Really I was like I'm tired.
It's just a tea tree like, or alittle tea light Like.
How could, how could itpossibly do any damage?

Speaker 3 (13:26):
Candle work is so powerful because it's igniting
your intention and it's burningaway.
That's what candle fire doesit's burning it away.
So it's interesting because Imade some.
We did bath salts at a DIY thatI had, so we did bath salts,
but then we created these littletea light intentional candles

(13:48):
for your bath, right.
So I took mine home, I put itinside a little glass container
and I should share this in thegroup.
But I lit that and it wassitting next to us.
Dude, that thing burst in flame.
It cracked the glass.
I'm like this is a tea lightthing burst in flame, it cracked

(14:08):
the glass.
I'm like this is a tea light.
And so my brother was there andhe goes did everyone's do that?
He goes, you need to contactthem.
Mine was the only one that didthat, but I was like, well, I
think, because the intentions Iput in it, it was just breaking
it away.
And now they don't burn likethat.
So your next one should beeasier.

Speaker 2 (14:23):
And this is why we need each other People burning
through those cords.

Speaker 3 (14:28):
Man, I didn't believe it.
Yeah, right, and I love that.

Speaker 2 (14:36):
It is so crazy and it just shows like I'm still open
to learning, I'm still open tothe practice, I'm still like
doing the things and I'm doingit from a place of curiosity.
I didn't go, oh my God, I can'ttell anybody because I'm
embarrassed that my money barrelbowl burnt to shit and my
almost lit my house on fire, like it was quite the opposite.
I'm like, oh well, that'sinteresting, let's get curious

(14:58):
about that.
I wonder what Chantel wouldhave to say about this, right?
And so it's me as, yeah, I'vebeen doing shamanic work for 15
years and I'm still saying Idon't know everything and I can
trust the people around me togive their beautiful insights.
And I get to feel into it andgo oh yeah, that makes sense to

(15:18):
me, or fuck that, I don't,that's not it, I don't, I'm not
aligned with it, I'm going tolet that go and either way is
okay.
It's this complete permissionto walk your own spiritual
journey, your own spiritual path, however that looks like for
you, and to stay open-mindedabout it.

Speaker 3 (15:35):
Yeah, a hundred percent.
And to know that everythingthat we're bringing forward
within ourselves and for the,you know, just even in your own
collective groups, right, because we're all mirrors of
each other.
So for our listeners it's whatdo you have to share with your
group of people, right, and whatdo they have to share for you?

(15:56):
So it's even like kind ofhaving a bartering system of
like what do you got, what doyou do, what's your ritual, and
you know learning from eachother, and so that's a great way
to even enhance what you gotgoing on like that, like money
bowls.
You know, that's my go-to onabundance, because I look at
abundance in everything, right, not just financial abundance,

(16:18):
but abundance for everything, the collective, for life.
And I'll have to show you, since we're on that topic, this
is my candle for this week's 888Lionsgate.
So this is my green candle andI'm going to be dressing this up
in our ritual, and so I want toshow you.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
For those who can't see the video, this is like an
eight inch one inch.
An eight inch tall, one inchdiameter, giant ass to candle.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
Okay, Now I'm going to address with oils and
botanicals and herbs and um,that's the.
We're going to set theintention for that.
So, but I'm like, what am Igoing to do with it?
And then I'm in the desert.
I think I'm going to place itin the dirt and let it burn and
let it just melt into the earthand let her do her magic too,
Cause I trust that that will gointo the ley lines of the earth

(17:11):
and it's going to reach far andwide and I'm excited for that.
So I'm excited.
I'm going to do a medicine wheelthis week.

Speaker 2 (17:19):
Yeah, so I love that.
I love that there's.
This is multifunctional, multifaceted in the fact that,
too, we're asking the landherself to participate with us.

Speaker 3 (17:33):
There's permission there, right, that the energy
feels like it's flowing and notlike there's a block.
So this morning, when I waslike thinking and meditating on
our conversation, a lot ofthings came up, like our
circadian rhythm.
It is so important, like wehave been so lost from just our
natural rhythm because of theway we operate in society, and

(17:57):
and so it is like being able torise and fall with the sun,
right.
Like rise with the sunset youstart settling in when the sun
sets, sun rises, sun sets.
Being able to eat when our bodyneeds to eat, being natural
within our own rhythms, right, not feeling like we have to eat
three meals a day and fivesnacks or whatever's recommended

(18:20):
, but to be within your own whatyour body's calling you to eat,
whatever diet that is, whatevertimeframe, that is, if you're a
faster, if you're not, if youhave to get up and eat, and it
really is.
I'm just filling into this wholething of being the earth
keepers.
For us to be able to be anearth keeper, we have to be a
physical keeper first, right.

(18:41):
We have to be able to be anearth keeper.
We have to be a physical keeperfirst, right.
We have to be able to be intune to our physical bodies and
listen to our bodies and knowwhat we need, so that then we
can give that to the earth.
So then we become the exampleout there for our community and
I mean our, our personalcommunities right, our community
here, but our personalcommunities.
Because then your friends startto go hey, what are you doing

(19:02):
different?
Or what's going on?
You feel lighter, you're moreenergetic, you're this, you're
that, and it's because we'retuned into ourself and it starts
with getting back to, I feellike the basics of what earth
has to offer us.
I love that.

Speaker 2 (19:16):
And I feel so much like my body has been really
wonky lately.
Like I, um, I move energywithin my body all the time,
like I don't feel like I haveany necessarily energetic blocks
or stagnancy, like I can easilymove the energy through, I can
easily move that Kundalini riseand I do my, do my Reiki on a

(19:37):
daily basis.
Like I do the things and mybody is like I'm going to teach
you a lesson and I'm like, no, Idon't want another one.
And I um, sometimes I'lldisplay a bit of resistance to
diving in inwardly.
You know, like I can do theoutwardly functions, I can do

(20:01):
the meditation, I can do therituals.
And the other night I was justlike, oh, I need to find a
healer to like do a journey forme or I need a shaman to kind of
do the things.
And my, uh, when I sat with itand it was like you know what I
need myself sat with it and itwas like you know what I need

(20:25):
myself, I need to go take afreaking bath and do a shamanic
journey for myself and letwhatever needs to come up, come
up, because every time in thatI'm in that state of mind, I get
the answers from within me.
You know it's not the X, theanswers aren't external, and you
know there's sometimes there'sresistance to that.
Like I know that when I go intospirit world it's not going to

(20:46):
be um, typical, it's never goingto be like the soft, easy
journey.
It's going to be like all right, we're going to kick your ass
just a little bit, we're goingto show it to you real and
you're going to learn something.
And so there's there's there'sbeen many times in my life where
I'm doing shamanic journeys allthe time.
And there's times in my lifewhere I'm like I don't want to.

(21:08):
I'm like kicking and screaming, going fine, fine, I'll do it,
I'm going to do the thing.
And I like set up my bath and Iput the essential oils in, I
put the epsom salts in, I set myintentions, I call in the
directions and I do the damnthing.
I do the damn thing and thenI'm like, holy fuck, that was a
lot.

Speaker 3 (21:28):
But then how do you feel afterwards?
Because you leaned in on yourown medicine versus going to
somebody else to do it for you.

Speaker 2 (21:35):
Right, well, I think that's it.
It's so empowering to go thatyou know there are a lot of the
elements of the journey is likedo I surrender and and let like
and let it all go, or do I needto get up and fucking fight?
And you know, my body is tired,my body is tired, I'm tired and

(21:56):
the, the, the real message waslike, when I try to lean in and
rest and and just surrender andthe and the journey, it was not,
it was not okay.
It was like no, wake the fuckup, grab your like, call your
power back, get your fuckingwings on, take the lightning
bolt, go, rewrite your soulagreements, sign off on those

(22:19):
freaking things.
And like you know, like it justis, it's just so big and I'm
like, okay, fine, you know, likeI come out of it and no,
there's so much in my life thatI wish I could just let go of or
release, or you know thosetypes of things, whether it's my
daughter, who's been having alot of mental health issues,

(22:41):
like it's been draining on mebecause I have been absorbing so
much of her energy in a way oflike motherly protection, like
her mental health has been so uh, so far down that like I had to
like stand up, be her strength, and I did.
I've been absorbing her energyand not that I have like mental

(23:04):
health issues because of that,I'm just drained.
I'm just tired because I'mtransmuting it for her so that
she doesn't go in these reallydark, bad places.
And you know, the journey waslike don't lie down, do not give
into this.
Like it's time to fight, it'stime to claim your power back,

(23:24):
standing your full power and dothe damn thing.
And I'm like, okay, here we go,like and that's not always the
case.
Sometimes the answer is rest, relax, we got this, we got this
taken care of for you.
And my journey was very muchlike nope, take your tools, go,
use them, go rewrite your storyand claim your fucking power.

(23:48):
And I'm like, okay, here we go,let's boss up the damn thing.
And yeah, and it's like, how doyou find that balance in real
life of going?
My body physically needs torest and I need to call my power
back and I need to be in mywarrior energy right now, and
because I'm claiming my powerand stepping into that warrior

(24:11):
energy, I'll always have enough.

Speaker 3 (24:14):
You always have enough, always have enough.
So there is the time and placefor rest and rejuvenation, and
then there is that time where weneed to warrior up, you know,
and to protect your energy, orto go out and fight and voice
what needs to be said and done.
For me, this week, this is my12 year, 12th anniversary since

(24:35):
my son transitioned, and so lastweek I was supposed to come out
with my husband and then I waslike, why am I going out a week
before I should be out, come outwith my husband?
And then I was like, why am Igoing out a week before?
I should be out here the weekof?
So I, you know, have supportand I can be out here.
And so when I switched it up, itfelt in alignment, and so I had
to rearrange sessions andpeople and stuff.
But you know, I was like it'sall good, I need to take care of

(24:59):
me too.
And so it's like I'm here andI'm happy that I am, because I
get a different perspective justin where I'm at, and if I want
to go walk the trails of thedesert or whatever, I can, I
mean it's like 120 out here, Idon't know, what it is.
It's supposed to be really hot,so I think I'll be in here for a
minute, but but you know, it isreally leaning into what we

(25:36):
need and at what time and whyyou know, and so not everybody
needs to know that our story, but what they need to know is
it's OK for all of us to giveourselves the permission to do
what we need to do.
Calling a day off at work ifthat is sitting your butt
literally on the ground andcrying and just being under a
tree or whatever communing withthe earth, we can do that.
If that is like being angry andfeeling into those emotions, go
be that too right.
But know, in the end we have tocome back to this place of

(25:57):
center point so that we are inbalance.
But there are some emotionsthat we need to release, and
when?
Even in my grief group, when I'msharing with them, because once
a month, at the beginning ofthe month, we always go out and
walk the land, and so that was abig concept for them.
They're like what we're ingrief group.
Why am I going to go hug a tree?
Go hug a tree, go hang out with, go, go walk it.

(26:19):
Go.
Go walk the dirt, go do yourthing, go fill into the breeze
and they always come backfeeling more refreshed and they
enjoy it.
But it's teaching them thatthis is part of the grieving
process, this is part of thegrowth process.
Is we're thinking outside ofour box and we're actually
taking our internal and makingit external right, and that's

(26:41):
still working within our ownpower.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
Oh, my God, I love it .
I love it so much because it'sonce again an invitation for you
to, to, to do your own work, togo within, to tune into your
energy, in balance with nature,in harmony with nature and
alignment with nature and thereare so many different ways you
can do that and it's allowingyour own intuition to open, it's

(27:06):
allowing your own body to findits own nervous system
regulation, because the earthherself can do all of those
things it's do.
Are we taking the time to sayyes to it?
Right, and so this week I wasteaching one of my clients how
to do chakra spinning, likeshe's.
She's very energetically aware, very spiritually awake, can get

(27:31):
messages really easily, and I'mlike let me just teach you how
to do this in our session, andyou know five, 10 minutes, and,
and then go try it, and it's somuch of like.
Know five, 10 minutes, and andthen go try it, and it's so much
of like, how can we do this inaccordance with nature?
How can we do this with thenatural elements, whether it's
water or fire, and really bringthat, that practice, forward

(27:52):
into your body to help yourelease what needs to be
released, wash away what needsto be washed away, and I love
that there are so many practicesthat are available to us.
That's telling us to return tonature.
Right, and even if you're livinga very urban lifestyle, how do
we return to nature?
Could be as as much as watchingthe sun rise above the skyline,

(28:15):
even if the skyline is full ofskyscrapers, right, like it's
still like this honoring of thenatural elements in the world,
and we always have access to themoon, the sun, the stars, the
clouds, the rain, the pottedplant, and so you know, I hear a
lot of pushback when we, whenwe tell people like, return to

(28:37):
nature, and they're like I livein the city, I'm like, find it
anyway, find it anyway.
And even if the nature isn'tthis external thing, what about
the nature of within our ownbody systems?
Like, if you're a bleedingwoman, how can you get in touch
with your moon blood?
If you're like there's all thesedifferent ways of finding

(28:57):
nature within ourselves andconnecting it back into the
earth, connecting it back intothe sky, and I think there's
this beautiful energy flow whenyou can not only movie the
energy from within you, and Ithink one of my favorite ways to
do that is with the breath.
I think with breath, with sound, with movement, and we're

(29:18):
bringing the energy flow all theway through our body can be so
potent.
But what happens when you moveit all the way into your earth
star, that kind of shocker thatlives below your root chakra, or
bring it all the way up aboveyour crown and your eighth
energy field into that luminousenergy and like can you connect

(29:39):
all nine rather than just theseven?
So like there, I think, there'salways another step, there's
always a little more, there'salways more things to explore.
The journey never ends and Ithink that's why you know too, I
get a little discombobulated orfired up when, when someone's
got the here's your XYZ solutionor here's your five steps to

(30:01):
two, and I'm like it's bullshit, there's always more.
I've been doing this for over20 years.

Speaker 3 (30:09):
Yeah, and we're actually we're moving into, well
, we're reclaiming our 12 strandDNA, our 12 chakras, and so, as
we're shifting more into that, awareness is, and so as we're
shifting more into thatawareness, it actually shifts
the perspective of a lot ofthings, and so my mind has been
exposed to this for severalyears now, but my mind's working

(30:32):
towards it, but it is.
It's where we're going, and oneof the things I was listening
to today is about claiming ourluminous body.
That's what we're shifting into, and it was talking about how
we need to reclaim and recreatea new story for humanity, like
the old story of everything wehave been taught and known to

(30:53):
believe in is it's drying out,it's getting old, right, it's
not serving us anymore, and sonow it's us being able to claim
a new story for ourselves aswell as claiming a new story for
the collective.
And so when we start doing that, when we're not being put in
those boxes of being rigid orthinking this is the truth, when

(31:14):
we know there is so much moretruth out there, right, it is
being the truth seekers as well, and so there's so much that is
happening in our planet.
That's happening within theshamanic realms, because the
sages are stepping up, even andsaying, hey, yes, we need to be
doing more of this.
And if it's even going deepinto the jungles to go find the

(31:37):
medicine man, or to go, do youknow, know plant medicine, if
that's your calling, or toconnect with yourself through
your own energy, wherever youare, you know we're all being
guided and led in differentdirections right now and there's
different callings on all of us, because I feel like there's
just this radical, like soulchange that's happening on our
planet right now and so manypeople are stepping up to it.

(32:00):
And it's funny because thisweekend, noe and I, we did a
dream class.
So the spiritual interpretationof what we're doing in our
dreams, right, like we have thisvery limited perspective of
dreams and that dreams is justus going to sleep and we're in
la la land in our dreams.
No, we're doing work.
You know, our soul is doingwork, our spirit's doing work
and this is what we're doingwhile our body rests.

(32:22):
And during this class, you knowit was like people were
understanding that they aredreamwalkers, they're journeying
, they're dream travelers, they're doing the work, and they
didn't know what they weredoing and they're just like, oh
my gosh, I travel here, I gothere, I'm doing, you know, I'm
cutting things, I'm doing allthis stuff.
I'm like, yeah, because you'redoing the work in your dream

(32:43):
state, which is your spiritualstate.
It's your spiritual body thatis doing the work that you
cannot do in your physical.
So it's not really that we'redreaming, we're awakening in our
dream state and so when we canreally tune into all of it, all
the elements of self, it bringsa bigger picture of what we're

(33:04):
doing and our human bodies.
We're here to have this humanexperience on this earth.
But I think there's just somuch more that's awakening that
it's like it's time for us tosee all the aspects of us.

Speaker 2 (33:16):
Well, and it's curious too that maybe this is
one of the first steps of thatawakening process is to awaken,
the first steps of thatawakening process is to awaken
to the power of our dream state, because consciously, we don't
need to necessarily be on boardwith it, like it's going to
happen regardless, exactly, ahundred percent, yeah.
So people are like shiftinginto this new energy of of this
awakening time.

(33:37):
Like I do feel like the veilsare thinner.
People are open to new things, people are committed to figuring
out their traumas and going totherapy and it's not so
stigmatized anymore.
Like if you even looked 20, 30years ago and you said, yeah, I
have a therapist, you'll be like, oh, wow, you know.
Like there was judgment there.
And now it's like if you don'thave a therapist, if you don't

(33:59):
have a life coach, if you don'thave some type of spiritual
practice, then what are youdoing?
You know like where are youRight?
Like the whole, like even thatshift to me is kind of amazing.
People are so ready to do thework in some capacity, maybe not
dive all the way in, but insome capacity they're open to

(34:19):
learning, to exploring, to beinga better version of themselves
and no longer be dictated bysocietal programming, right?
So we're hitting a giant pausebutton on the programming and
starting to get curious of whythe programming is there and
then going okay, well, what do Ineed to deprogram?
How do I want to be myauthentic version of who I am

(34:41):
and not be so blindly led Right, and one of that that just I'm
open to this.
I think one of the first stepscould very well be the dream
work, because our dream state isso much where the subconscious
gets to reside, your superconscious gets to reside, but
the conscious mind gets to relax, right, it's, it's sleeping,

(35:05):
and the other parts of who weare get to come out and do
whatever processing needs to bedone, whether that's in the
subconscious.
Those are like the quoteunquote little dreams I'm just
processing my day, I'mprocessing what traumas came up
for me, I'm just processing.
And then you have the quoteunquote big dreams.
Which big dreams in theshamanic world are?

(35:26):
Those with messages, withstories, with the work they're
doing, the cord cutting, they'redoing the soul walking.
And so it's really interestingthat when you are asleep you
have availability, both thesesides you can have the little
dreams, you can have the bigdreams and both of them are
doing work for you, right.
And so, even if you're nothaving quote unquote the big

(35:47):
dreams right now, knowing thatyour subconscious is doing the
work, and I feel like that'shappening across the board, like
you don't have to set anyintentions for that, like it
will just happen, right.
And so when we start going, Iwant to play in the dream world
and make this more intentional.
It's so much easier to havethose big dreams and to remember

(36:10):
your dreams and to like getcurious about what's going on
there.
And I know for myself for manyyears I couldn't remember my
dreams and I'm more and morerecently I'm remembering my
dreams, I'm seeing what's beenhappening in them and I feel
like that is such a positive, apositive sign.

(36:33):
Like not even a positive path, but it's just a positive sign.

Speaker 3 (36:35):
Like me, remembering when I couldn't do that in the
past is like, oh, there's stuffhappening there, remembering
when I couldn't do that in thepast is like oh, there's stuff
happening there, cool, yes, yeah, you know, one of the aspects
that we brought forward too wasthat when you, when we are
resonating with our, our lowerfrequencies, you know like our
root, our fear, our anxiety, ourstressors, not having enough,

(36:57):
all of that that's where we'redoing most of our work is in our
dream, right?
Because here in the physical,we're feeling all of this angst.
And then you go into your dreamstate and suddenly you feel
like you're being chased bythings or you're, you know, like
there's not enough.
You go to the cupboard.
The cupboard's bare, like it'sall about interpretation and
symbology, right?
So whatever our dreams areshowing up, as they're also

(37:18):
showing you that those are themessages that are coming through
.
So if you're not a journeyerand you're not doing that kind
of work where, like what weteach here with Soul Rising and
stuff, is to journey to therealms and to be able to connect
with our spiritual teams and toreceive those messages
intentionally, when you're doingit in your dream state, whether

(37:39):
you're even if for, likesleepers who are still not aware
of that, you're still doingthat work because ultimately
you're still, you're that soulbody, and so the work is being
done for you.
But if you're so, if you'rehaving those dreams at that
lower frequency, right.
But then as you advanceyourself more into the higher

(38:00):
conscious and awareness, yourdreams start to show that it
reflects back to where you are.
So it's interesting because youmight not remember the dream
you know, but then later on youdo and that shows you the
evolution of self, like, why amI now remembering it?
I used to be a really vividdreamer and then, through with

(38:21):
Austin, it all stopped and thenI had to learn how to be a
visual dreamer again.
I had to learn how to be visualand just in general, and now,
you know, my whole work isvisually in my third eye, like
I'm just a visual practitioner,and so in my dreams I know I'm
dreaming what I'm dreaming, butit doesn't always mean that I'm
going to remember it.

(38:42):
Like it's real, fleeting when Iwake up and that's okay, but
I'm aware of it in the momentand I can say, okay, I'm aware
of it, I know you're here and Iknow what I'm doing.
But then when I wake up, ifit's not meant to imprint, it
doesn't, and that's okay too,right, and that's still like

(39:04):
flow.
They're just flowing through, yeah, yeah, and I see it like
looking, seeing through the veil.
I still find feel that as ashamanistic like way of looking
at who we are, because it'staken in the whole body, the
whole, all the realms, right,yeah.

Speaker 2 (39:18):
Yeah, and I feel like this is that piece of you know
your spiritual path can be verymuch.
It's full bodied.
It's all of the chakras right,it's not just one and I think
that's another just doing thirdeye work.
This is a full, balancedembodiment and to be able to go

(39:46):
into these astral realms, wealso need to be able to fully
embody and ground ourselves inthe mysteries of the earth and
let her power support us and Ijust can't emphasize that enough
.
I just can't emphasize thatenough, Like when we are only
focusing on these crown chakraareas and not the physicality of

(40:09):
our body, the physicality ofthe earth.
Like, first and foremost, itdoesn't matter what your zodiac
sign is.
We're all earthlings, Like evenif we are from some other
celestial planes, we're in thislifetime, in this body.
We're an earthling, and whatare we doing to help support us
in that journey?

Speaker 3 (40:28):
I love that.
The mysteries of the earth, yes, embracing the mysteries of the
earth, right, and what is it?
And the other thing, too, isembracing when we are in, you
know, like not making it a taboo, like to say lower frequency,
lower energy, all of that.
We need to embrace that as well, because those are all lessons

(40:51):
for us.
What are we working through?
And it's interesting becauselast week I don't know what was
up, but I had a lot of intrusivelike thoughts, like, and I was
like, okay, you know, like Ineed to sit with this.
What am I working on?
What part or version of me hasfelt abandoned or isolated or
not accepted or not included orwhatever it was Right.

(41:13):
And so I had to work throughthat for a few days last week.
And then I realized, as I'mcoming in, there was like
physical things that were comingwith it.
There was all kinds of stuffLike I was like a hot mess for a
few days but still having toshow up because life expects you
.
But I was like what the heck isgoing on.
And so Noe comes home for theweekend and he's just like you

(41:37):
good, and I'm like, yeah, yeah, you know.
And then I start realizing thetime that's coming up for me,
the grief that my body isalready feeling, all this stuff
it's connected to my mind, isconnecting to all this stuff and
I'm doing some real root chakrastuff, you know, and I'm like,
all right, I can, I'm workingthrough this.
And so because I was able tojust accept that and know I'm

(42:01):
working through it, I was ableto do it a lot faster.
And if I would have sat indenial, if I would have
regretted, like resisted itright, if I would have sat in my
regret or whatever, but Iwasn't able to, I was able to
actually just embody that partof myself and it took me a
minute.
It did.
And so know that this journeyjust doesn't end right.

(42:22):
And I had a woman in griefgroup with me that she's been
there for several months andshe's having it's her husband's
fifth year anniversary of beinggone and she's just having a
meltdown.
And I said yes, because ouremotions they cycle right.
It's not just because yougrieved and you're done.
No, that's anything.
Anything we're going through, the universe is always going to

(42:45):
cycle it back right.
That is the natural.
It's the spiral.
It's coming back to say did youlearn that?
Do you still feel that.
Is there still some residualenergy, emotions that need to be
released?
Is the mind playing tricks onyou?
Right, because the ego, that'swhat it does and that's really
what mine was doing.
It was just this constant likethought.
I'm like what is happening, sodo the work, do the work.

Speaker 2 (43:09):
And I think that's one of the reasons why I really
love working with you and Isabeland yourself is because when we
see the stuff that's showing up, we lean into it, and I had the
same response to something thatcame up for me last week.
There's this recognition of amI suppressing my emotions?

(43:32):
Am I honoring my emotions?
Am I looking at my emotions?
Am I getting curious aboutwhat's showing up for me and
leaning into it rather thanresisting it?
Like so there was, yeah, therewas a few days last week where I
was a hot mess too and it wasjust like there's no pushing it
down, shoving it away.

(43:52):
It's like no, why am Iexperiencing this?
What is this supposed to try toteach me?
What is my lesson here?
How do I need to move thisenergy through so it doesn't get
stuck somewhere in my body?
And I just absolutely love theamount of willingness to do the
work.
When I see it in my students,I'm like they're my star

(44:13):
students, like it's like findingwhere those growth edges are
and going.
I wonder why that's the growthedge.
I wonder why I start gettinguncomfortable there and if I
push that, I'm going to go intofeeling triggered, like when we
get to explore those growthedges and we get to explore
where things start to getuncomfortable and get curious

(44:34):
about them.
And it's absolutely okay Oflike.
The answer is no, I'm notcrossing that line, like that's
a hard boundary for me.
It's, that's fine.
But getting curious of why isthe line there, why is it the
way it is?
And oftentimes those lines arethere to protect us and they're
perfectly fine being there.
But it's understanding yourselfto such a deep level that

(44:55):
you're okay with the explorationof, you're okay with feeling
into it all and acceptingyourself for who you are and and
just leaning in, leaning allthe way in.
So it's, it's not.
You fully know yourself.
And when you fully knowyourself, you can present in

(45:15):
your most authentic truth.

Speaker 3 (45:19):
Yeah, yeah, absolutely.
And I feel, though, too, iswhen we become, as we become,
more empowered beings, people, right, when these things start,
these emotions, experience,thoughts, whatever starts
showing up, you almost can'tignore it.
Yeah, right, like we might wantto suppress it.
We might want to say, no, I'mnot going to deal with that

(45:39):
right now, suppress it.
We might want to say, no, I'mnot going to deal with that
right now, but there's thisinner knowing that nags you and
says, no, you got to go dealwith this, go handle it, and
that's for everyone.
That's how I think, that's howwe can.
It's a benchmarks of growth, right, we can see where we were,
you know, like I can see whereI was before, where the fight
was the fight, and I'm going to,you know, suppress every
emotion, everything I had, andwhen I would.

(46:02):
Eventually it would come up andit would be like a blowout
versus me, being authentic to meand handling it the way I need
to handle it.
Now.
We're still going to havetriggers in life, right, because
that's like our family.
I was telling someone the otherday I go, you want to know how
healed you are?
Go hang out with your family,go hang out with your family,

(46:22):
because you will find that everytrigger in your world is going
to show up when you're aroundyour siblings and your parents
or whoever in your family, because that's what they're here
to do.
Right, yeah, we signed up,that's our soul.
Family is like.
When I'm over here feeling allin my, my, everything's right,
and then I go to my family, I'mlike, oh shit, yeah, you just

(46:43):
totally humbled me and that'swhat we're here to be, you know,
and so I just I see it and I do, I do witness those benchmarks
in myself.
So it's also giving yourself thepermission to congratulate
yourself when you see it, whenyou know that it only took you

(47:04):
three days to process some heavyemotions, versus three weeks,
you know, or that I was able tolimit how much time I gave
myself to do it and in that timeI was able to do all of that I
needed to do.
But yet I didn't let it suck upmy whole day, or suck up, you
know, days of my time, and so it.

(47:24):
I just embraced that and I amso on board with, like um,
setting timers on grieving, onbeing angry on any of the heavy
emotions, because it's okay togo back to it tomorrow.
You know like, give yourselfthat timeframe today, and if you
still feel it tomorrow when youwake up new day, new,
everything, new thing and youstill feel those emotions, okay,

(47:46):
set it in again.
It's like almost scheduling ouremotional fits.
We can do that, it's okay.

Speaker 2 (47:54):
Yeah, absolutely.
I think that's totally fine.
I love it when we can get to apoint where we can witness our
emotions, honor our emotions, give time for our emotions, but
it doesn't become all of what weare.
And there's this language piecethat drives me nuts.
In the English language, I amsad, whereas in a lot of

(48:16):
language it will be like I havesadness.
I am sad, whereas in a lot oflanguage it will be like I have
sadness right, like I havesadness right now.
It's not who I am, it'ssomething that I'm taking on in
this moment and to recognizethat in this moment you have it,
you not, you aren't it, youknow.
And so I just want to, I justwant to love on all of our

(48:38):
listeners right now.
Thank you so much for listeningand really getting curious, like
I think that's always, thestart of our spiritual path
begins with this open mind iscuriosity, whether it's about
our emotions, whether it's aboutdifferent modalities, whether
it's about what is this?
What does this past trauma meanto me?
What, what?
What inspires me?

(48:58):
What creative art do I want todo?
How does breath work work?
Whatever it is, I want tocommend you for showing up and
listening to your own curiosityof your own.
What inspirations can I get outof not only listening for this
hour, but what can I get out ofmy dream state, what can I get
out of my own curiosity?

(49:20):
And I think that it will alwayslead you.
So I just want to invite you tocome on over to our Facebook
group, which is Shamanic MysticsMoon Rising.
Let us know what you're gettingcurious about.
What spiritual path are you onright now?
What is showing up in your lifefor emotions and knowing that

(49:43):
it's all like?
I think that our group and ourum, our school, is so much about
leaning into that curiosity andreally finding your own
authentic voice.
Truth, it's so much aboutauthenticity and you're
contained in this energy of loveand support and guidance and

(50:08):
knowing that your internal voiceis always going to be the most
important.
It doesn't matter what I say, what Chantel says, what Isabel
says or anyone else.
You get to reflect it back toyou every single time.
And going is this true for me?
And there's no judgment orrejection.
If you go, you know thatdoesn't resonate.

(50:29):
I'm like cool, Don't do itanymore.
Do this, try this one instead.

Speaker 3 (50:33):
Keep getting curious until you find your thing and
I'll have to say that if youhave a teacher that's telling
you their way is the only wayand you have to walk their walk,
you might need a new teacher, yeah yeah.
Or you might need to teach thema little bit of something, and
that is I am my own master ofself.
I get to listen to mydiscernment and my intuition and

(50:54):
my inner voice, self.
I get to listen to mydiscernment and my intuition and
my inner voice and you can, youknow, even praise them on what
it is you're learning from them, but at the same time, always
own yourself, because no oneelse knows you like you do.
No one's going to walk your walkright, and even if you try to

(51:16):
copy whoever you're learningfrom, you're never going to copy
it identically.
You're still going to have yourown spin, your own medicine,
your own energy in that, and sodon't do that.
Don't do that Because we spendso much time wasting our time
trying to be or do somethinglike somebody else right, and
then it doesn't work out, andthen we have all kinds of regret
and all these emotions.
So be you, do you, becauseyou're the best one to do it.

Speaker 2 (51:41):
And we have a super exciting special announcement
for today.
So we're bringing on Isabel tojoin us for this last piece for
today's Whispers of Wisdom, because we are now officially
open for enrollment for our SoulRising four month program and I
am so excited because it hastransformed and supported so

(52:04):
many of our students and findingtheir own unique spiritual path
.
Like it was so supportive inthat process, that we want to
share it with all of you as well.
And I want to pass this over toIsabel because she has been
diving into the end of our lastcohort, looking at all of our
takeaways and highlights fromour students and their
testimonials of what they lovedabout our program, and so I just

(52:27):
want to really have this heartopen share from this.
These are what some of ourstudents have actually said
about our program.

Speaker 1 (52:35):
Yes, and I'm so excited because I know today you
guys were talking aboutembracing your unique spiritual
path and I love that we havethis container where our
students kind of speak forthemselves right In that this is
really a space where they havegotten to find their unique
spiritual path.
They've had this buffet tableof options and this incredible

(52:57):
support and their studentswalking along with them, and
they've been able to look at itand say where's my intuition
calling me to, what tools aregoing to help me?
And so I've been.
At the end of our course weoffer everybody this opportunity
to kind of reflect oneverything that you've learned,
you know, from the shamanicjourney work to the inner child
healing, to connecting with yourguides and your intuition, to

(53:19):
the cord cutting and the Reikiand the elements and so much
that they've learned, andreflect back and look at you
know how far have you come, what's really changed?
What helped you?
Did you get what you wanted outof the program?
And I've had kind of the honorof going through all of the
reflections that all of ourstudents have submitted and so
many of them have said that it,you know, exceeded their

(53:41):
expectations and all of it, butone that really sticks out in my
mind is we had a student whohad been in this really deep
grief cycle for about four yearsand he was really incredibly
well-versed in his journey andin his feelings and in the
philosophy of healing and whatthat means and still was feeling

(54:03):
stuck in it and like he wasreliving it.
And we have a video from him atthe end of the course talking
about how, because of the workthat he did over the four months
with us, he was able to processthat grief, honor it, walk with
it and ultimately release it.
And that is just such anincredibly touching testimonial

(54:23):
to me, especially because I havea very dear relationship with
this student and being able towatch that journey was just so
beautiful.
And that full testimonial is onour website now to go look at
and enjoy and really witnessthis incredible human and the
growth that they experienced andthe healing that they

(54:43):
experienced.
And looking at these othertestimonials that we have of
someone saying that they hadnever felt safe before in their
life ever and from their firstshamanic journey they found this
really sacred, safe spacewithin themselves that they
could go to at any point andthat all of their self-worth and

(55:16):
all of their healing and all ofit.
That we do in this course isbecause it opens up people to
having the safety, the sacredspace to not only explore all of
these tools and connect withtheir spiritual gifts and really
come into connection withthemselves, but also to release
everything that's not theirs, everything that's not true, and
really blossom and bloom fromthat and seeing all of the

(55:38):
people who have said that theirlives have been changed and
transformed by this.
So if you want to see some ofthe stories that I'm referring
to in even more depth and intheir own words instead of mine,
you can head over to ourwebsite.
The link is down in the shownotes and you can see all of
these amazing individuals thatwe're highlighting.
Also, over in our Moon RisingShamanic Mystics Facebook group,

(55:59):
we're doing a series ofcelebration posts to really
celebrate the incredible workand transformation that all of
our recent graduates have put in.
So if you want to hear moreabout them and their stories,
please do join us over in theFacebook group, where you can
hear more about theirexperiences in the course and a
little bit more about why we dowhat we do with Soul Rising.

Speaker 2 (56:19):
Absolutely and just for the nuts and bolts, little
bit more about why we do what wedo with soul rising Absolutely.
And I just for the nuts andbolts we are speaking to our
shamanic Reiki four monthprogram.
That's a deep dive.
It is a deep dive and healingand alignment and really finding
that own unique spiritual pathfor you and really able to put
it in place for your everydaylife.
And Chantel actually was one ofour students and did our

(56:42):
program and we loved her so muchwe had to keep her on.
But I would love to hearChantel, like what, what was
your, what?
What do you want to share fromthe perspective of a student?
And then moving into whereyou're at now and then moving
into where you're at now.

Speaker 3 (56:58):
Ah, so much so when I first started as a student, if
you remember my very firstshamanic journey and I was eaten
by an anaconda and not knowingwhat that was all about, but
knowing, learning that throughthe process, it was my rebirth,
it was my death and rebirthcycle, and so once I really was

(57:20):
able to embody that knowing ofself and that I was peeling back
these layers, I was reallysupported by the both of you.
I was supported by the abilityto watch the coursework on my
own time as well and I was in avery busy schedule at the time
and come to class and be able tobe supported within the group

(57:41):
and with my co-students.
And so I went through all theprograms and then started doing
my apprenticeship with you.
But looking back at where I'mat now having a full in-person
business as well as being aco-student, but well as being,
you know, on being a co well, Iwas going to say co-student, but

(58:02):
I'm not a student anymore butto be working with yeah, a
facilitator, with the both ofyou, and to show up for our
students to not only know wherethey're headed but where they
are, where they start right.
And so now as a facilitator, asa teacher here, I'm really able
to bring forward the things thatwe teach and we embody and that

(58:24):
we live through and growthrough.
And so I just love thatplatform for our students, that
they get to come wherever theyare, they get to grow, they can
heal, they can align themselves, they can do all the releasing,
they can work at their ownschedule, yet they're within a
schedule that we create so thatcontainer is always there
holding them and we hold spacefor them so beautifully and we

(58:49):
co-collaborate behind the sceneswith each other so that we can
fully bring in that supportsystem for them.
So when we show up in class weare ready to be fully embodied
as your teacher, your mentor, bringing you through this
process and teaching everything.
And I just love how thestudents show up and where they

(59:11):
evolve to and listening to thesetestimonies.
It's gold, it's gold, it is.

Speaker 2 (59:18):
Well, I love that.
Like I feel like the SoulRising program, everyone's going
to get exactly what they need.
However, they need to get in,whether that is from the live
calls, whether that is from theworkbooks, whether that is from
the guided meditations, whetherthat's from the group chat,
whether it's from the community, whether it's from the
activating actions like thereare so many different ways and
resources to step into thefullness of who you are and to

(59:42):
really recognize.
This is what's working for meand it might not look like
anyone else's and it can just beyour unique spiritual
development, your uniquespiritual path and you get to
say yes to all of you, howeverthat looks, and I love that
there's that flexibility.
Like I see so many onlineprograms that it's like here's
the five steps to spiritualenlightenment and I'm like

(01:00:04):
bullshit, right, because thatdoesn't, that doesn't exist.
I think there are so manydisappointed people out there
who take these programs becausethey're not able to fully
immerse themselves and the lightand in the shadow and and
looking at where's our, where'sour like inner childhood wounds

(01:00:24):
and where's our shadow workreside and how does that
highlight our path and ourpurpose and how, how do we move
through that energy and likeit's all wrapped up and soul
rising and going.
You are exactly who you need tobe Like.
You are divine in your purestnature.
There's nothing wrong.
You are exactly who you need tobe Like.
You are divine in your purestnature.
There's nothing wrong with you.
There's nothing to fix it's welove and support all of you as

(01:00:46):
you show up and so people canhave these big emotional
processes throughout the programand it's like, yeah, do the
work.
That's fantastic, we're herefor it.
And it's not something to beashamed of or to make yourself
small around.
And you know, I love that whenI can get on a call with our
students and I'm inviting theminto movement or sound or

(01:01:08):
whatever it may be, and they'relike all right, I'm going to get
curious, I'm going to lean in,I'm going to, I'm going to do
the thing and try it, eventhough this isn't my normal.
And there's always thisinherent permission to say, to
lean in and feel something, andalso to go like, if there's a no
there, if there's a boundarythere, and that's not your thing
, it's totally okay.
Like there's always this spaceof flexibility and of going

(01:01:33):
where are you at and what'sgoing to be supportive for you
in this moment.

Speaker 1 (01:01:38):
Yeah, and knowing that, you know, we do have so
many students who come to us andsay, you know, I've taken so
many other programs and nothinghas helped or nothing has
transformed me this much.
And that's not us saying it outof this like, hey, look what
we've done, please.
It's really us coming from thisunderstanding that true healing
, like that true transformation, like they walk away with,

(01:02:00):
happens when you don't need tobe fixed, when you're not broken
, when you don't have to heal.
You get to choose to getcurious and look at what's
showing up in front of you anddo the work to process the
emotions and release thelimiting beliefs and heal those
wounds, so that you can connectto your intuition, so that you
have access to that voice thatcan then tell you here's your

(01:02:22):
next step, here's what's rightfor you, here's the one tool, or
the five tools, or the 20 toolsout of the 40 plus that we
teach you in this program, thatare meant for you.
And that, for me, is one of myfavorite aspects of the course
is the fact that, yeah, it'sbased in Reiki and it's based in
shamanism and it's based inhealing with nature and all of

(01:02:42):
this right, but what it reallyis is an invitation to come as
you are, to recognize yourselfas already worthy, as already
enough.
And then from that place can weprocess the emotions, can we
release the limiting beliefs andcan we create space within you
so that you can go into yourselfwith the tools and techniques
that we teach you and find yourpath forward, your unique path

(01:03:05):
forward, one step at a time.
From there and so on, thatbuffet table of options that we
give you over the course of fourmonths.
It's broken up into fourmodules, one for each direction,
and across those four moduleswe learn very deeply about the
first four chakras, which isalso our subconscious, it's our

(01:03:25):
nervous system, it's ourself-worth, it's our creativity,
it's all of these places wherewe store most of our wounds,
most of our traumas, most of ourlimiting beliefs.
So we're looking at thoseplaces and opening them up to be
witnessed, not to be judged, not to be shoved aside, not to
say this part is less worthy ormore worthy than this part, but
to look at all of you and inthat witnessing, in the act of

(01:03:48):
letting all of yourself come tothe table, watching what
naturally unfolds as we alsolearn how to understand the
three shamanic realms andcomplete shamanic journeys to
the upper, middle and lowerworlds to receive guidance and
answers and connection to natureand the divine.
When we are learning about howto connect with your power
animal, with your spirit guide, with your highest self, with the

(01:04:11):
elements of nature.
When we're learning the basicsof self-healing and getting your
Reiki one attunement orreattunement if you've already
got your Reiki 1.
We're learning about thechakras.
We're learning about how toalter and rewire and renegotiate
our subconscious patterns.
We're learning how to healtraumas and release limiting
beliefs using spiritual coachingtechniques and things taken

(01:04:33):
from NLP and EFT and all ofthese modalities that can be so
powerful if we know how tointegrate them into our own
personal lives.
And we're also talking abouthow to connect with and heal
your inner child and giving youactivating actions for every
single week so that you havesomething tangible that you can
then take the theory, take theidea, take the energy that we're

(01:04:56):
playing with that week and goapply it to your life.
Go try the thing, go do thething and then say did it work
for me or did it not?
Did I like this exercise or didI not, knowing that, whatever
the answer is, it's okay becausewe have 40 plus techniques that
we cover over these four monthsthat you get to choose.
This one resonates for me.
This one helps me connect tomyself more deeply.

(01:05:18):
This one helps me release thatanxiety or heal that wound or
heal that trauma, or this onemade me feel more confident and
empowered and it brought a pieceof me back.
And this one didn't.
And that's okay, because I nowknow that I can witness myself,
I can accept myself and I canclaim my unique path forward
with my cohort of 20 otherstudents who are doing this work

(01:05:40):
too and giving themselves andeach other by proxy permission
to show up as we are, to walkthe walk, to get curious, to go
through these four months andexperience the transformation
that is naturally going tohappen because of the intention
and the magic and, to useChantel's word, the gold that
this course was made from Right, and I think we have a lot of

(01:06:04):
understanding that this is adeep dive, like this isn't
surface level work.

Speaker 2 (01:06:09):
And so, even when Chantel went through the program
and her life was full, like Iwas not I don't know what magic
she had to make it all happenbecause she had a very full
schedule and she was socommitted.
And there's people who comeinto the program where they have
time restrictions or they havemoney restrictions or they have
whatever, whatever othercommitments they have in their

(01:06:31):
life, but when they say yes tothis program, the program meets
them where they're at.
And so I we've had students whowere like I have no idea how
I'm going to pay for this, but Ifeel the calling, I feel like
I'm meant to be in this cohort,I'm meant to do this now and I
can meet their energy of likewell then, it's yes, let's like
feel into it.
I have seen people come intoour program who, because we are

(01:06:54):
giving them the opportunity tomove through this work, to move
through that shadow, to movethrough those money limiting
beliefs or whatever it may be,that they go around, not only
pay off the program early, butthey go and like wipe out
$50,000 of debt, that they go onto create successful businesses
that I see in people who havetheir business not just double

(01:07:15):
or quadruple, but like times 10.
Like I really believe in theprogram and the container in
which it's offered to meet youwhere you're at.
If you feel the call, it'sthere for reason and purpose and
the divine is going to meet youin that.
And so here's some of the nutsand bolts, some of the questions
I get most often asked.
Yes, we keep saying this is afour month program, but really

(01:07:36):
it feels more like a five-monthcontainer because we have a week
off for Thanksgiving and twoweeks off for winter break.
The container is stillcontained, but we're not having
calls those weeks.
So you get to play a littlecatch up and not be distracted
from your family obligations forthe holidays, right?
So that's important to us.
We really want to meet ourstudents where they're at and we

(01:07:58):
do that time and time again.
So when it comes to the callschedule, we're going to meet
you where you're at, we're goingto give you a call schedule
survey to tell me when you'reavailable, and then I'm going to
build the call schedule aroundeveryone's availability.
It is a Tetris problem that Iget way into every single time

(01:08:19):
we develop a new cohort becauseit is so important to me that
every single student be able tomake at least one call a week.
It's my commitment.
We will create a call schedulethat will work for you.
So if you're worried about am Igoing to be able to make the
live calls, yes you will.
You're going to tell me whenyou're available and I'm going
to make it happen for you.
Those calls are two hours inlength and you can come to as

(01:08:41):
many calls as you want, but wehighly highly recommend that you
come to at least one call.
Come to one right.
Other nuts and bolts questionsthat I get is I'm trying to
think like I think those are thebig ones.
It's like money, the call survey, the time commitment and that

(01:09:03):
it because it is a deep dive,it's it's, it is filling into
that resistance, it is feelinginto where those growth edges
are.
It's an invitation to lean inin a sacred container to do the
work.
So it's, this isn't somethingthat's just going to be oh, I

(01:09:23):
checked that off my list, I'mgood now.
It's going to be like you'regoing to feel all the way into
it and know that, like you're ina the moment you sign up.
Like the moment, even beforeyou sign up, things are going to
come to the surface of goingwow, there's the resistance,
there's my shadow.
These are the things that I'mgoing to start getting curious
about, and my life is already ona projection of transformation,

(01:09:45):
because that is what theprogram is designed to do.
There is spirit work alreadyhappening for those who are even
getting the call, who is evengetting interested.
Things are starting to shift inorder to bring you into
alignment for your yes, so trustit.

Speaker 1 (01:10:04):
Absolutely.
And so, with all of that said, enrollment is now open and we
are so, so excited to step intoanother cycle of healing and
transformation and connectionwith another round of students.
So classes officially start onSeptember 21st 2025.

(01:10:24):
But as soon as you enroll, you'll get access to our
orientation materials.
So this is things like ourtwo-hour metaphysical anatomy
and physiology course.
This is energetics of time andmoney, so you can really start
learning how to bend time, bendmoney, so that you have enough
time to do this course.
You have enough abundance to dothis course because you do.

(01:10:45):
We just have to learn how tounlock that, and so we're going
to teach that to you right fromthe start in orientation.
And there's so much more inthat module as well, so you'll
get immediate access to it assoon as you enroll.
So we'll put the link down inthe show notes so you can go to
the sales page, learn more aboutthe nitty gritty about what we
teach you in the course.
You can book a free call with us.

(01:11:06):
So if you're not sure, or youhave more questions or you want
to talk to an actual humaninstead of reading the webpage,
you can do that.
Book a call with us.
We'd love to chat with you andif Soul Rising isn't right for
you, we'll tell you.
We're not going to force youinto this course.
We're not just calling ineverybody and everybody because
we want you in the course.
I mean we do.
But if it's not meant for you,it's not meant for you and

(01:11:28):
that's okay.
But if you feel the call, ifyou're excited about this work,
if anything that we've talkedabout over the last few minutes
has sparked something in you, then at least book a call, talk
with us, ask your questions, connect with us, feel into our
energy, see if this is right foryou and if it is, you can
enroll on the sales page, getaccess to those orientation

(01:11:49):
materials right away, and we areso, so excited to work with you
.

Speaker 2 (01:11:54):
Yes, yes yes, I'm excited to work with you as well
, and I know Chantel is, andwe've got this team and we're
here and we're ready, and weknow that, if that calling is
there, we know that somewhere inyour soul you're ready as well.
