Wispit by Angela is a podcast designed by an African American female physician for the purpose of giving examples of personal life lessons, experiences, achievements, set backs, and wisps of wisdom. The goal is to hopefully help someone, anyone, who desires more out of this life. Wispit is not a medical forum, but more of an encapsulation of the experiences and words of wisdom of many people, some of whom are colleagues and friends, as a time capsule. In this journey, I will interview people of various ages, gender, race, and socioeconomic status. Although this podcast is designed by a woman, it is not limited simply to women. It is my hope that anyone, and everyone who tunes in, will be enriched, edified, spiritually touched, and moved to bypass the challenges of life, and rise from the ashes of this limited existence to a higher elevation of thinking and creativity. Wispit abbreviated stands for Women and Wisdom in Socially Powerful and Interesting Times! So, Let’s begin this journey together! After all, we sometimes learn and listen more through the examples of others.

Packing a parachute is a tedious process, and requires close attention to detail. What will be packed in your parachute in life? Will it be skill, knowledge, a moral compass, and duty to country and to people?A soft landing is not always guaranteed, but there will be a landing!
Justice does not always come swiftly, but you have to be willing to endure until the end.
"Life Goes On" whether we are ready or not. Some things we choose, and other things are chosen for us. In these days, we have become a bunch of whiners instead of workers. The sense of "entitlement has become the theme of the day. But, in spite of it all, there is HOPE!
The eyes have been called “the window to the soul”, and I believe that. For in my lifetime, I have learned that people say many things, but the truth is in watching the eyes.
Will you be ready when Jesus comes? What will be the condition of your heart? No matter your faults or mistakes, God loves you and cares in spite of it all.
What if you could have everything you wanted without any effort. Wouldn't that be great. Well, that wouldn't be reality would it? Of course not, that would be a world of fantasy and make believe. You want change? Then be the instrument of change!
Why is that everything in life now is addicted to a negative mindset?
Life is filled with all kinds of addictions. Addiction to sweets, addiction to food, and sometimes even bad relationships. Negative thinking has become the new entertainment. Be willing to let go of the addiction of strongholds that keep you in negative thinking patterns.

2024 is here! What will make this year different from the previous one? But whether you do or you don’t, the goal should simply be to strive higher than the year before, and to have learned from the mistakes of the past.

Everyday is a balancing act of some sort. The challenge to be all that you can be for yourself and for others at the same time is never easy.......actually it is impossible! The balancing act is about healthy boundaries and being able to exercise the word NO when it is critically needed!
There is always hope in God. It doesn't mean that situations and circumstances will not arise that will shake your faith. But, we have to be vigilant and focused.
