From Genesis to Revelation, the story of the Bible is a love story about presence. Jamie unpacks six key movements in the biblical storyline that reveal God's relentless desire to dwell with His children:
- The Garden – God’s presence with Adam and Eve, broken by sin and rebellion.
- Covenant and Tabernacle – God makes a covenant with His people and dwells with them in the wilderness Tabernacle.
- The Temple – God’s presence settles in Jerusalem through the Temple as a permanent dwelling.
- The Incarnation (Immanuel) – Jesus, God in flesh, comes to dwell with us, restoring access to the Father.
- Pentecost – The Spirit is poured out to dwell within believers, making us mobile temples of God’s presence.
- The New Garden – In Revelation 21, God dwells perfectly and permanently with His people forever.
From Garden to New Garden, the Bible tells one story: God, the Father, wants to be WITH you!
Jamie reminds us that this story isn’t just theology—it’s personal. If the Father went to these lengths to be with us, He wants to be with you in your everyday life. Not just in big moments, but in your meetings, commutes, decisions, and relationships.
So, don’t live your life independently. Jesus made it possible for you to live WITH God, the Father—today and every day.
