After the great fire of Thanksgiving 1905, Arcadia was on the brink of bankruptcy until JJ Heard came in and decided to build a two-story building as part of the new downtown.
However, over the years, tragedy and deaths have marked the history of this beautiful building. With that, it has become home to multiple spirits, all having stories of their own.
