Incredibly, we are finished with all 90 of the syndicated episode breakdowns. Two years ago this day seemed SOOOO far away. Now that it's here, we are a little bummed we won't be dropping a new show into your podcast feed each Tuesday. We do hope you keep re-listening to old shows. You'd be surprised how much you forget! (Quick, who invented the Whoopee Cushion??)

As we've rolled along, many listeners have supplied us with corrections, or additional information about some of the things we've discussed. Sometimes we've just totally blown it (President Aaron Burr, anyone?). We started to collect up these corrections with the thought we might address them someday. With no more episodes to dismantle, 'someday' is here.

This is our "Misses & Messes" Episode. Anything we've missed, anything we've messed up, we've tried to include it in this episode. Which state has the most Tornadoes? You wouldn't know after listening to the episode "Tornado." We explain what we messed up and who's really got the most twisters. We've thrown in a couple of laughs, a few music clips, some weird sound effects...so it's our usual grab bag of goofiness, only without a new episode of WKRP to talk about (sniff).

[Want to watch along with us? It's a blast!! We highly recommend the 'Shout Factory' boxed DVD set of the entire WKRP series. For reasons you'll have to listen to in the "Prolog" episode, all streaming versions of the original "WKRP in Cincinnati" have had the original music cues removed. Generic music beds and stings were used in place of the original music for the syndicated version of the series. 'Shout Factory' has been able to restore an estimated 85% of all WKRP music cues to the original "as-aired" content for their DVD release. They've also restored scenes that had been cut to shorten episodes for syndication. The original eps ran 25 minutes. The syndication eps were shortened to 22 minutes. Over 88 episodes that's more than four hours of lost content, including the performance by "Detective" at the end of "Hoodlum Rock." Get the COMPLETE series...get the Shout Factory DVDs. The Shout Factory complete series box has a release date of 2014. All individual seasons of Shout Factory disks were released starting in 2015.]
