Let’s be real whether it is election season or not, we often want to AVOID touchy topics with family members during this time of year.

My solution for myself?

I’m leaving the country for a 2-week vacation to Australia and New Zealand this Saturday lol.

Alright back to you, how can I help you lol…

Well, I know a thing or two about protecting your peace post-elections as a former grassroots organizer, and I share 3 steps to protect your peace this holiday season in my recent podcast episode.

For me, elections have always felt challenging (regardless of the outcome), and that’s because my very first job out of college was in political campaigns. I spent my entire twenties in that space, so I’m all too familiar with this whirlwind of emotions.

The goal of this episode is simple: I want to share some strategies that might help you keep your mental and emotional balance steady during this time.

What We Cover in This Episode:

  • 3 tips to protect your peace
  • 1 powerful script so you don’t need to discuss politics
  • What I’m doing myself

If you would like to see how to work with me to create a more sustainable life where you can be more present with yourself and create your own checklist of success that’s not created by society and loved ones, then schedule a complimentary legacy business and career review at elainelou.com/call
